Description
a)式(I)の(メタ)アクリラートから誘導されている繰り返し単位0〜25質量%、
b)式(II)の(メタ)アクリラートから誘導されている繰り返し単位50〜100質量%、
c)式(III)の(メタ)アクリラートから誘導されている繰り返し単位0〜50質量%、
を含み、3000〜25000g/molの範囲の質量平均分子量、及び、1.1〜2.5の範囲の多分散度を有し、かつ
式(II)の繰り返し単位が、鎖状及び分枝状の基の混合物であり、その際、式(II)の繰り返し単位の質量に対して、基R2の5〜80%が分枝していることを特徴とする、潤滑剤において使用するためのポリアルキル(メタ)アクリラートを提供する。
1. 連続的な表面材料除去による摩耗(wear)又は両方の摩擦パートナーの表面溶接後の突然の材料除去によるスカッフィング(scuffing)、
2. 灰色の汚点(grey staining, surface fatigue, micro-pitting)又はピット(sub-surface fatigue, pitting)により可視可能である疲労(fatigue)。これら損傷は、表面の20〜40μm又は100〜500μm下で金属格子中の剪断応力により誘発される裂けに基づく、材料の剥離又は浮き上がりにより発生する。
a)式(I)の(メタ)アクリラートから誘導されている繰り返し単位0〜25質量%、特に20質量%まで、特に好ましくは15質量%まで、
b)式(II)の(メタ)アクリラートから誘導されている繰り返し単位50〜100質量%、特に少なくとも70質量%、特に好ましくは少なくとも80質量%、
c)式(III)の(メタ)アクリラートから誘導されている繰り返し単位0〜50質量%、好ましくは30質量%まで、特に好ましくは20質量%まで、
マレイン酸及びマレイン酸誘導体、例えばマレイン酸モノエステル、マレイン酸ジエステル、マレイン酸無水物、メチルマレイン酸無水物、マレインイミド、メチルマレインイミド;
イタコン酸及びイタコン酸誘導体、例えばイタコン酸モノエステル、イタコン酸ジエステル及びイタコン酸無水物;
フマル酸及びフマル酸誘導体、例えばフマル酸モノエステル、フマル酸ジエステル及びフマル酸無水物;
1−アルケン、特に1−ブテン、1−ペンテン、1−ヘキセン、1−ヘプテン、1−オクテン、1−ノネン、1−デセン、1−ウンデセン、1−ドデセン、1−トリデセン、1−テトラデセン及び1−ペンタデセン。
メチルエチルケトンペルオキシド、アセチルアセトンペルオキシド、ジラウロイルペルオキシド、tert−ブチルペル−2−エチルヘキサノアート、ケトンペルオキシド、tert−ブチルペルオクトアート、メチルイソブチルケトンペルオキシド、シクロヘキサノンペルオキシド、ジベンゾイルペルオキシド、tert−ブチルペルオキシベンゾアート、tert−ブチルペルオキシイソプロピルカーボナート、2,5−ビス−(2−エチルヘキサノイルペルオキシ)−2,5−ジメチルヘキサン、tert−ブチルペルオキシ−2−エチルヘキサノアート、tert−ブチルペルオキシ−3,5,5−トリメチルヘキサノアート、ジクミルペルオキシド、1,1−ビス−(tert−ブチルペルオキシ)−シクロヘキサン、1,1−ビス−(tert−ブチルペルオキシ)−3,3,5−トリメチルシクロヘキサン、クミルヒドロペルオキシド、tert−ブチルヒドロペルオキシド、ビス−(4−tert−ブチルシクロヘキシル)−ペルオキシジカーボナート、2,2′−アゾビスイソブチロニトリル、2,2′−アゾビス−(2,4−ジメチルバレロニトリル)、1,1−アゾビスシクロヘキサンカルボニトリル、ジイソプロピルペルオキシジカーボナート、tert−アミルペルオキシピバラート、ジ−(2,4−ジクロロベンゾイル)−ペルオキシド、tert−ブチルペルオキシピバラート、2,2′−アゾビス−(2−アミジノプロパン)−ジヒドロクロリド、ジ−(3,5,5−トリメチル−ヘキサノイル)−ペルオキシド、ジオクタノイルペルオキシド、ジデカノイルペルオキシド、2,2′−アゾビス−(N,N′−ジメチレンイソブチルアミジン)、ジ−(2−メチルベンゾイル)−ペルオキシド、ジメチル−2,2′−アゾビスイソブチラート、2,2′−アゾビス−(2−メチルブチロニトリル)、2,5−ジメチル−2,5−ジ−(2−エチルヘキサノイルペルオキシ)−ヘキサン、4,4′−アゾビス−(シアノペンタン酸)、ジ−(4−メチルベンゾイル)−ペルオキシド、ジベンゾイルペルオキシド、tert−アミルペルオキシ−2−エチルヘキサノアート、tert−ブチルペルオキシ−2−エチルヘキサノアート、tert−ブチルペルオキシイソブチラート並びに前述の重合開始剤の混合物。
ポリマーの製造のための一般的規定
KPG撹拌機(サーベル形)及びガラス製のKPGR撹拌ケース(1分あたり150回転で運動)、温度計及び還流冷却器を備える1リットルの四ツ口丸底フラスコ中に、モノマー混合物(その組成は表1に説明されている、例えば実施例2のためにはC12〜C15−アルキルメタクリラートからなる)760.0gを、ドデシルメルカプタン14.06g及びtert−ドデシルメルカプタン14.06g及び溶媒として鉱油Nexbase 3020 32.4gと一緒に装入した。温度を110℃に調整した。その後、Nexbase 3020 7.60gに溶解させたtert−ブチルペル−2−エチルヘキサノアート1.9g(20%溶液)を3時間のうちに計量供給し、その際、初めの1時間のうちに記載した量の5%を、第2の1時間のうちに25%、そして、第3の1時間のうち70%を添加した。120分及び180分後に、再度そのつどtert−ブチルペル−2−エチルヘキサノアート1.52gを添加した。全反応時間は6時間である。
IDMA:約10個のC原子をアルキル基中に有するアルキルメタクリラート、その際、このアルキル基は主として分枝状の基を有する混合物である(分枝状の基の割合は約98質量%;C10の割合は約89.9質量%、C11の割合は約4.6質量%)
LIMA:12〜15個のC原子をアルキル基中に有するアルキルメタクリラート、その際、このアルキル基は分枝状の基及び鎖状の基を有する混合物である(C12分枝の割合:約12質量%及びC12鎖状;約11.3質量%;
C13分枝の割合:約17.3質量%及びC13鎖状:約13.5質量%;
C14分枝の割合:約15.7質量%及びC14鎖状:約11.9質量%;
C15分枝の割合:約9.8質量%及びC15鎖状:約6.2質量%;
メチル分枝の割合 約14%、エチル分枝の割合 約10%、プロピル分枝の割合 約10%、より長鎖の分枝、特にブチル以上の割合、約17%(鎖状及び分枝状の基の合計に対する)
iC13MA 約13個のC原子をアルキル基中に有するアルキルメタクリラート、その際、このアルキル基は主として分枝している(C13分枝の割合:約99質量%)、
C13〜C15MA 13〜15個のC原子をアルキル基中に有するアルキルメタクリラート、その際、このアルキル基は分枝状の基及び鎖状の基を有する混合物である(C13分枝の割合:約35.6質量%及びC13鎖状;約30.7質量%;
C15分枝の割合:約16.9質量%及びC15鎖状:約13.9質量%)。
得られたポリマーの特性を、2.65質量%の助剤添加(Hitec(R) 307)及びポリアルファオレフィン(PAO8)を含む潤滑剤組成物に基づき検証した。PAO及びポリマーの量は、97.35質量%まで補われた。表1には、ポリマーの割合だけが記載されており、その際、潤滑剤を40℃で動粘度320mm2/s(KV40)に調節した。40℃及び100℃で測定した動粘度KV40又はKV100をASTM D 445に応じて測定した。粘度指数VIは、ASTM D 2270に応じて明らかになった。Pour Pointを、ASTM D97に応じて測定した。−26℃での低温流動能をASTM D2983に応じて測定した(ブルックフィールド;BF)。得られた結果は表2に説明されている。ブルックフィールド粘度を2つの測定値をもとに算出し、その際、算術平均値が挙げられている。
Claims (27)
- 少なくとも30質量%のポリアルキル(メタ)アクリラートを有し、かつ、
ASTM D 445に応じて100℃で測定して3〜10mm 2 /sの範囲にある動粘度KV 100 を有するポリアルファオレフィン(PAO)を含む、かつ/又は、少なくとも1の流動点改善剤及びグループIIIの少なくとも1の鉱油であってASTM D 445に応じて100℃で測定して3〜10mm 2 /sの範囲にある動粘度KV 100 を有するものを含む
ことを特徴とする、風力発電機の伝動装置のための潤滑剤。 - ポリアルキル(メタ)アクリラートが3000〜25000g/molの範囲にある質量平均分子量を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の潤滑剤。
- ASTM D 445に応じて100℃で測定して少なくとも30mm2/sの動粘度KV100を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の潤滑剤。
- ポリアルキル(メタ)アクリラートが、
a)式(I)の(メタ)アクリラートから誘導されている繰り返し単位0〜25質量%を含み
b)式(II)の(メタ)アクリラートから誘導されている繰り返し単位50〜100質量%を含み
かつ
c)式(III)の(メタ)アクリラートから誘導されている繰り返し単位0〜50質量%を含む
- 式(II)の(メタ)アクリラートから誘導されている繰り返し単位の割合が、少なくとも70質量%であることを特徴とする請求項4記載の潤滑剤。
- ポリアルキル(メタ)アクリラートが、分散性モノマーから誘導されている繰り返し単位を有することを特徴とする請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の潤滑剤。
- a)式(I)の(メタ)アクリラートから誘導されている繰り返し単位0〜25質量%
b)式(II)の(メタ)アクリラートから誘導されている繰り返し単位50〜100質量%、
c)式(III)の(メタ)アクリラートから誘導されている繰り返し単位0〜50質量%、
を含み、3000〜25000g/molの範囲の質量平均分子量、及び、1.1〜2.5の範囲の多分散度を有し、かつ、
式(II)の繰り返し単位が、鎖状及び分枝状の基の混合物であり、その際、式(II)の繰り返し単位の質量に対して、基R2の5〜80%が分枝していることを特徴とするポリアルキル(メタ)アクリラートの、ASTM D 445に応じて100℃で測定して3〜10mm 2 /sの範囲にある動粘度KV 100 を有するポリアルファオレフィン(PAO)、及び/又は、少なくとも1の流動点改善剤及びグループIIIの少なくとも1の鉱油であってASTM D 445に応じて100℃で測定して3〜10mm 2 /sの範囲にある動粘度KV 100 を有するものと組み合わせた、風力発電機の伝動装置のための潤滑剤における使用。 - 式(II)の繰り返し単位が、鎖状及び分枝状の基の混合物であり、その際、式(II)の繰り返し単位の質量に対して、基R2の10〜65%が分枝していることを特徴とする請求項7記載の使用。
- ポリアルキル(メタ)アクリラートが5000〜15000g/molの範囲に質量平均分子量を有することを特徴とする請求項7又は8記載の使用。
- ポリアルキル(メタ)アクリラートが1.4〜1.9の範囲に多分散度を有することを特徴とする請求項7から9のいずれか1項記載の使用。
- 式(II)の繰り返し単位が、鎖状及び分枝状の基の混合物であり、その際、9〜11個の炭素原子を有する分枝状の基R2の質量割合が、9〜11個の炭素原子を有する鎖状の基R2の質量割合よりも高いことを特徴とする請求項7から10のいずれか1項記載の使用。
- 式(II)の繰り返し単位が、鎖状及び分枝状の基の混合物であり、その際、12〜15個の炭素原子を有する鎖状の基R2の質量割合が、12〜15個の炭素原子を有する分枝状の基R2の質量割合よりも高いことを特徴とする請求項7から11のいずれか1項記載の使用。
- 式(II)の繰り返し単位が、分枝状及び鎖状の基の混合物であり、その際、分枝状の基R2対鎖状の基R2の質量比が60:40〜20:80の範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項7から12のいずれか1項記載の使用。
- 式(II)の繰り返し単位が、異なる数の炭素原子を有する基R2の混合物であり、その際、12〜15個の炭素原子を有する基R2の質量割合が、7〜11個の炭素原子を有する基R2の質量割合よりも高いことを特徴とする請求項7から13のいずれか1項記載の使用。
- 式(II)の繰り返し単位が、鎖状及び分枝状の基の混合物であり、その際、分枝した基R2を有する式(II)の繰り返し単位の少なくとも50質量%が2位に分枝を有することを特徴とする請求項7から14のいずれか1項記載の使用。
- 式(II)の繰り返し単位が分枝した基の混合物であり、その際、前記混合物はメチル分枝及びエチル分枝を有する繰り返し単位を含むことを特徴とする請求項7から15のいずれか1項記載の使用。
- 式(II)の繰り返し単位が分枝した基の混合物であり、その際、前記混合物はプロピル分枝及びより長鎖の分枝を有する繰り返し単位を含むことを特徴とする請求項7から16のいずれか1項記載の使用。
- 式(II)の(メタ)アクリラート少なくとも1を含む組成物をラジカル重合することを特徴とする請求項4から6のいずれか1項記載の、ASTM D 445に応じて100℃で測定して3〜10mm 2 /sの範囲にある動粘度KV 100 を有するポリアルファオレフィン(PAO)、及び/又は、少なくとも1の流動点改善剤及びグループIIIの少なくとも1の鉱油であってASTM D 445に応じて100℃で測定して3〜10mm 2 /sの範囲にある動粘度KV 100 を有するものと組み合わせて、ポリアルキル(メタ)アクリラートを含む潤滑剤の製造方法。
- 重合を少なくとも1の連鎖移動剤の使用下で行うことを特徴とする請求項18記載の方法。
- 重合を少なくとも2の連鎖移動剤の使用下で行うことを特徴とする請求項19記載の方法。
- 重合可能な組成物が、モノマーの質量に対して2〜4.5質量%の連鎖移動剤を含むことを特徴とする請求項19又は20記載の方法。
- 少なくとも60質量%のモノマーを重合開始前に初期装入することを特徴とする請求項18から21のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 開始剤を少なくとも2の工程において添加し、その際、第1の工程において、後続の工程におけるよりもより少ない開始剤を添加することを特徴とする請求項18から22のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 溶媒の割合が、重合の間に0.5〜10質量%の範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項18から23のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 重合を、開始剤の半減期が30分間である温度を0〜30℃超える範囲の温度で実施することを特徴とする請求項18から24のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- ポリアルキル(メタ)アクリラートが、3000〜25000g/molの範囲の質量平均分子量を有することを特徴とする、請求項7記載の使用。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか1項記載の、ポリアルキル(メタ)アクリラートを有する潤滑剤を含む少なくとも1の伝動装置を含む風力発電機。
