Description
・シャフト及びシャフトを包囲した磁性材料で作られている複数個の磁性部品を有し、極性部品相互間には収納部が画定され、
・シャフトに沿って極性部品の軸方向各側部に設けられた第1の側方シュラウド及び第2の側方シュラウドを有し、シャフトは、各側方シュラウドに設けられた中央開口部を通って各側方シュラウドを貫通して延び、
・極性部品1つ当たり少なくとも1つのタイロッドを有し、タイロッドは、各極性部品を側方シュラウド相互間にクランプし、
・収納部内に配置された永久磁石とを有する、ロータにおいて、
シャフトは、第1の側方シュラウドに関し、シャフトに固定された外部リングによって第1のシュラウドを軸方向に保持する軸方向当接部を形成するよう設計された内部肩を有することを特徴とするロータに関する。
Claims (8)
- 回転電気機械用の磁石埋め込み型内部ロータ(1)であって、前記ロータは、
シャフト(2)及び前記シャフトを包囲した磁性材料で作られている複数個の極性部品(30)を有し、前記極性部品相互間には収納部(40)が画定され、
前記シャフト(2)に沿って前記極性部品の軸方向各側部に設けられた第1の側方シュラウド(5)及び第2の側方シュラウド(5′)を有し、前記シャフトは、各側方シュラウドに設けられた中央開口部を通って各側方シュラウドを貫通して延び、
極性部品1つ当たり少なくとも1つのタイロッド(6)を有し、前記タイロッドは、各極性部品を前記側方シュラウド相互間にクランプし、
前記収納部(40)内に配置された永久磁石(4)と、を有する、ロータにおいて、
前記ロータは、前記第1の側方シュラウド(5)より軸方向外側の前記シャフトの外周面に固定された外部リング(26)を有し、前記シャフトは、前記第1の側方シュラウド(5)の半径方向内周部の側面と当接するように形成された内部肩(22)を有し、前記外部リング(26)が前記第1の側方シュラウド(5)の半径方向内周部の側面を前記シャフト(2)の内部肩(22)に軸方向に押し付けるようになっている、ロータ。 - 前記外部リング(26)は、前記シャフトに半径方向に焼嵌めされている、請求項1記載のロータ。
- 前記第2の側方シュラウド(5′)は、前記シャフトに沿って摺動することができる、請求項1又は2記載のロータ。
- 前記第2の側方シュラウドの前記中央開口部(50′)は、これが前記シャフトの前記内部肩(22)を通過することができるようなものである、請求項3記載のロータ。
- 前記シャフトの前記肩は、前記第1の側方シュラウドの厚みの中に形成された皿穴(50)に当接する、請求項1乃至4の何れか1項に記載のロータ。
- 前記極性部品は、磁性金属シート(3)のスタックから成る、請求項1乃至5の何れか1項に記載のロータ。
- 前記シャフトは、スプライン付き中央部分(23)を有し、前記内部肩(22)は、前記スプライン付き中央部分の端部のうちの一方によって構成されている、請求項1乃至6の何れか1項に記載のロータ。
- 請求項1乃至7の何れか1項に記載のロータ(1)を有する回転電気機械。
