Claims (1)
- 受液タンク部に充填した冷媒を減圧する膨張部と、この膨張部で低温低圧となった前記冷媒が外部に対して冷却作用をもたらす蒸発部と、この蒸発部でガス状になった前記冷媒を圧縮する圧縮部と、この圧縮した前記冷媒を冷却し液状にしてから前記受液タンク部に戻す凝縮部とからなる冷凍サイクルの前記冷媒の漏洩の有無を検知する冷凍サイクルにおける冷媒漏洩検知装置であって、前記受液タンク部の外部に設けられ前記受液タンク部と連通管を介して連通状態に連結する漏洩検知用の冷媒収容部と、この冷媒収容部内に収容され、この冷媒収容部内の冷媒の液面変動に連動し、前記冷媒の液面位置を知らせる液面レベル出力手段と、前記冷媒収容部内の前記液面レベル出力手段の位置を検知することで前記冷媒収容部内の冷媒の液面位置を検知する液面レベル検知手段と、前記冷凍サイクルに漏洩が生じた際に、この漏洩が生じていることを報知する報知部とから成り、前記冷媒収容部は、前記受液タンク部の高さ寸法よりも長い筒状体に形成し、上端部が前記受液タンク部の上端よりも高い位置となるようにして、前記受液タンク部の外部にこの受液タンク部と並設状態に配設する構成とし、前記液面レベル出力手段は、磁石であり、丸棒状のアルミニウムの内部を片側から削り出して内部を中空状態にし、これを真空状態の中で削り出し部に蓋をして形成した浮遊体に設けて、前記冷媒の液面位置とほぼ同位置に配されて前記冷媒の液面変動と連動して移動する構成とし、前記液面レベル検知手段は、トランジスタセンサー若しくは磁気センサーであり、前記冷媒収容部の外周面の前記受液タンク部内に冷媒を初期充填したときの前記冷媒収容部内の冷媒の液面位置に設けた構成として、前記冷凍サイクルの漏洩を確認するために、前記冷凍サイクルをポンプダウンしてこの冷凍サイクル内の冷媒を前記受液タンク部に回収し、このポンプダウンしてこの冷凍サイクル内の冷媒を前記受液タンク部に回収した際の前記冷媒収容部内の冷媒の液面位置を前記液面レベル検知手段で検知することで、前記冷凍サイクルにおける冷媒漏洩の有無及び前記受液タンク部内に冷媒を初期充填したときの前記冷媒収容部内の冷媒の液面位置からの液面変動量を確認して前記冷凍サイクルにおける冷媒の漏れ状況を管理するように構成したことを特徴とする冷凍サイクルにおける冷媒漏洩検知装置。
