Claims (8)
- 通路ハウジングに設けられた孔内に配置された弁であって、
該弁が、弁ハウジングを備えており、該弁ハウジングに、1つの入口と、少なくとも1つの出口とが形成されており、
通路ハウジングの孔内に弁ハウジングが差し込まれており、該弁ハウジング内に、並進運動可能な1つの弁ロッドが配置されており、該弁ロッドに、弁座に対応する少なくとも1つの弁閉鎖体が配置されている、通路ハウジングに設けられた孔内に配置された弁において、
孔(22)が、段状に形成されており、孔直径が、弁ハウジング(10)の差込み方向において縮径されており、
弁ハウジング(10)の外径は、少なくとも1つの弁座を取り囲む領域(36,40)に各孔直径に対する嵌合部が形成されているのに対して、別の領域(34,38,42)は、半径方向で取り囲む孔直径よりも小さい外径を有しているように段付けられており、
半径方向で取り囲む孔直径よりも外径が小さい、前記弁ハウジング(10)の差込み方向で見て第1の領域(34)が、前記通路ハウジング(24)の孔(22)に対する嵌合部が形成された、前記弁ハウジングの続く第2の領域(36)よりも小さな外径を有していることを特徴とする、通路ハウジングに設けられた孔内に配置された弁。 - 弁が、1つの弁ロッド(2)に2つの弁閉鎖体(4,6)を有しており、両弁閉鎖体(4,6)を介して、弁座(18,20)により取り囲まれた2つの通流横断面が調整可能であり、両通流横断面が、弁ハウジング(10)に設けられた2つの出口(14,16)に通じるようになっており、両出口(14,16)の間に入口(12)が配置されている、請求項1記載の弁。
- 弁座(18,20)を取り囲む弁ハウジング(10)の両領域(36,40)が、通路ハウジング(24)の対応する孔直径にほぼ相当する外径を有している、請求項2記載の弁。
- 通路ハウジング(24)が、3つの異なる孔直径を有しており、該3つの孔直径のうち、2つの孔直径が、弁座(18,20)を取り囲む両領域(36,40)に対応しており、該両領域(36,40)が、軸方向で入口(12)の両側に配置されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の弁。
- 弁ハウジング(10)の差込み方向で見て、対応する嵌合部の直前に孔段部(30,32)がそれぞれ形成されている、請求項4記載の弁。
- 弁ハウジング(10)が、差込み方向で見て先行する端部に面取り部(40)または丸み付け部を有している、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の弁。
- 弁ハウジング(10)が、両弁座(18,20)の間に、弁ハウジング(10)の外径が、取り囲む孔直径よりも小さい領域(38)を有している、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の弁。
- 弁ハウジング(10)が、通路ハウジング(24)に設けられた差込み開口と、該差込み開口に近い方に配置された弁座(18)との間に、弁ハウジング(10)の外径が、取り囲む孔直径よりも小さい領域(34)を有している、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の弁。
