Claims (10)
- 固化樹脂粒子(202)を可塑化するための可塑化システム(100)であって、
ハウジングアセンブリ(102)であって、
前記固化樹脂粒子を供給するように構成されるペレット注入口(109)と、
そのペレット注入口(109)から供給された前記固化樹脂粒子(202)を受容して前記固化樹脂粒子(202)を溶融するように構成される融液チャネル(103)と、
金型アセンブリ(850)と流体連通し、前記固化樹脂粒子(202)を溶融することで得られる溶融樹脂を前記金型アセンブリ(850)との間で流れるようにする射出チップ(107)と、
対向する表面(104)であって、
前記融液チャネル(103)の壁と、
前記融液チャネル(103)の内側に位置する静止アセンブリ(300)の外壁と、
によって与えられ、
前記固化樹脂粒子(202)の対向側面(200A、200B)と使用中、少なくとも部分的に接触するように構成され、互いに離間されており、前記固化樹脂粒子(202)を受容するように構成される収束チャネル(105)を少なくとも部分的に画定し、前記対向する表面(104)および前記収束チャネル(105)が、前記融液チャネル(103)の一部を形成する、対向する表面(104)と、
を与えるハウジングアセンブリ(102)と、
前記融液チャネル(103)内に位置決めされ、前記対向する表面(104)を与えるメッシュアセンブリ(400)と、
前記対向する表面(104)に対して少なくとも部分的に可動であるプランジャアセンブリ(111)であって、前記プランジャアセンブリ(111)は、少なくとも部分的に前記収束チャネル(105)に沿って前記対向する表面(104)に対して前記固化樹脂粒子(202)を少なくとも部分的に移動させるように構成され、前記固化樹脂粒子(202)と前記対向する表面(104)との間の相対移動に応じて、使用中に、前記固化樹脂粒子(202)は、前記対向する表面(104)から可塑化誘導効果を受け、前記可塑化誘導効果は、前記固化樹脂粒子(202)を金型アセンブリ(850)の中に射出される流動性融液へと可塑化するように構成される、プランジャアセンブリ(111)と、
を備える、可塑化システム(100)。 - 請求項1に記載の可塑化システム(100)であって、
前記プランジャアセンブリ(111)は、前記固化樹脂粒子(202)を前記ハウジングアセンブリ(102)の前記射出チップ(107)に向かって移動させるように構成され、
前記プランジャアセンブリ(111)は、前記流動性融液を前記ハウジングアセンブリ(102)の前記射出チップ(107)から射出するように構成される、請求項1に記載の可塑化システム(100)。 - 請求項1に記載の可塑化システム(100)であって、
前記プランジャアセンブリ(111)は、
溶融プランジャアセンブリ(500)と、
射出プランジャアセンブリ(502)と、
を含み、
前記溶融プランジャアセンブリ(500)は、前記対向する表面(104)に対して少なくとも部分的に可動であり、
前記溶融プランジャアセンブリ(500)は、少なくとも部分的に前記収束チャネル(105)に沿って前記対向する表面(104)に対して前記固化樹脂粒子(202)を少なくとも部分的に移動させるように構成され、
前記溶融プランジャアセンブリ(500)は、前記固化樹脂粒子(202)を前記射出チップ(107)に向かって移動させるように構成され、
前記射出プランジャアセンブリ(502)は、前記射出チップ(107)に向かって前記融液チャネル(103)に沿って摺動可能に可動であり、
前記射出プランジャアセンブリ(502)は、前記流動性融液を前記射出チップ(107)から前記金型アセンブリ(850)の中に射出するように構成される、可塑化システム(100)。 - 請求項3に記載の可塑化システム(100)であって、
前記溶融プランジャアセンブリ(500)および前記射出プランジャアセンブリ(502)は互いに対して同軸上に位置決めされる、可塑化システム(100)。 - 請求項3に記載の可塑化システム(100)であって、
前記射出プランジャアセンブリ(502)に沿って同軸上で可動である遮断アセンブリ(504)であって、前記ハウジングアセンブリ(102)の前記射出チップ(107)において溶融樹脂の流れを選択的に遮断し、流動させるように構成される、遮断アセンブリ(504)をさらに備える、可塑化システム(100)。 - 請求項3に記載の可塑化システム(100)であって、
前記射出プランジャアセンブリ(502)に沿って同軸上で可動である遮断アセンブリ(504)であって、前記ハウジングアセンブリ(102)の前記射出チップ(107)において溶融樹脂の流れを選択的に遮断し、流動させるように構成され、
前記射出プランジャアセンブリ(502)に沿って同軸上で可動である、遮断アセンブリ(504)をさらに備える、可塑化システム(100)。 - 請求項3に記載の可塑化システム(100)であって、
(i)前記ハウジングアセンブリ(102)に対して位置決めされ、(ii)使用中に、前記ハウジングアセンブリ(102)内に位置する樹脂に熱を加えるように構成されるヒーターアセンブリ(101)をさらに備える、可塑化システム(100)。 - 請求項3に記載の可塑化システム(100)であって、
前記ハウジングアセンブリ(102)または前記射出プランジャアセンブリ(502)に載置され、使用中に、前記ハウジングアセンブリ(102)への前記融液チャネル(103)の収束への移り変わり部分および前記溶融プランジャアセンブリ(500)に熱エネルギーを提供するヒーターアセンブリ(101)をさらに備え、
前記融液チャネル(103)は、ペレット注入口(109)から前記ハウジングアセンブリ(102)の前記射出チップ(107)まで延在する、可塑化システム(100)。 - 請求項3に記載の可塑化システム(100)であって、
前記溶融プランジャアセンブリ(500)および前記射出プランジャアセンブリ(502)は互いに対して同軸上に整列されない、可塑化システム(100)。 - 請求項3に記載の可塑化システム(100)であって、
前記溶融プランジャアセンブリ(500)および前記射出プランジャアセンブリ(502)は互いに垂直であるように配設される、可塑化システム(100)。
