Claims (5)
- それぞれ、回転子を支持するシャフト(9)用のベアリング(6、15)が提供されており、それぞれ、複数の半径方向の溝(29)と前記半径方向の溝内に挿入されたリードを有する電気コイル(30)とを具備する磁鉄部(28)を備える2つの固定子半体(2、3)間に配置されたディスクの形状の回転子(1)を有する交流同期サーボモータであって、

前記永久磁石片(34)は、前記シャフトを形成するハブ(31)の周りを延長する隙間(35)を含む環状連続体を形成しており、かつ、磁気的に非伝導性の材料から構成されており、かつ、前記シャフト(9)の前記軸がそれに対して垂直に延長している平行な平面内において延長し連続的にN極およびS極を交互に変化させる磁極表面(N、S)として機能する平らな側部を有しており、
この結果、隣接する永久磁石片(34)間の前記隙間は、外に向かって半径方向に広がっており、
前記ハブ(31)の外側周辺部は、正多角形の側部に沿って延長するハブ周辺プレーン(31A)と、これらの間に配置されたエッジ(31B)と、を備え、
前記永久磁石片(34)は、半径方向内側に配置された限定表面(34A)を有し、これらは、それぞれ、前記ハブ(31)の前記ハブ周辺プレーン(31A)の1つの面で支持されており、
前記ハブ周辺プレーン(31A)および前記限定表面(34A)は、前記ハブ周辺プレーンに対して垂直な平面上に延長し前記ハブ(31)上において前記永久磁石片(34)を固定する協働手段、を備え、
前記協動手段は、前記ハブ周辺プレーンに対して垂直な平面において前記ハブに対して前記永久磁石片をかみ合わせ固定することを特徴とする、サーボモータ。 - 前記協働手段は、協働手段プレーン(47)と、対応する溝(46)と、を備える、請求項1に記載のサーボモータ。
- 前記協働手段プレーン(47)は、前記ハブ(48)上に位置しており、前記溝は、前記永久磁石片(45)上に位置している、請求項2に記載のサーボモータ。
- 前記協働手段プレーン(47)は、前記永久磁石片(50)上に位置しており、前記溝は、前記ハブ(51)上に位置している、請求項2に記載のサーボモータ。
- 前記回転子(1)の周りに配置された帯を更に備える、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のサーボモータ。
