Abstract
一種模組式發電裝置,包含沿軸向排列之複數發電模組,每一發電模組皆包含一定子及一轉子,該定子包含至少一殼件及複數發電線圈,前述殼件界定一迴轉空間,前述殼件並有連通該迴轉空間且沿該軸向貫穿之第一流通口,該轉子包含至少一盤體及複數磁性件,前述盤體包含一軸接部及一磁性件安裝區域,該磁性件安裝區域與該軸接部之間有沿該軸向貫穿之第二流通口,前述磁性件間隔地設置於前述磁性件安裝區域;藉之,在該轉子旋轉時,使該定子之發電線圈產生電力,並使氣流在前述第一流通口、前述第二流通口及前述迴轉空間之間流動進行散熱。
Description
本發明係關於一種發電裝置,尤指模組式發電裝置。
發電機可運用各種動力(如水力、風力等),讓轉子相對定子轉動,透過磁場的改變使發電線圈因為電磁感應效應而產生感應電流;又或者是先進行發電(例如利用太陽能)產生DC電力後,再啟動DC馬達帶動發電機進行發電也是可行的方式。
發電機相關技術例如有中華民國發明專利公開第201715823號之「大功率盤式發電機」,主要包括上端蓋、下端蓋以及層疊設置在所述上端蓋和下端蓋之間的多個轉子組件,相鄰的轉子組件之間設置有定子組件,所述上端蓋與和所述上端蓋相鄰的轉子組件之間也設置有定子組件,所述下端蓋與和所述下端蓋相鄰的轉子組件之間也設置有定子組件。
但如何讓發電機進一步可方便因應不同用電需求調整數量配置,以增進產品使用的靈活性,且發電機可更易於啟動、散熱,增進產品的發電效率,仍為各界致力於研究的課題。
爰此,本發明人為進一步提升發電裝置使用的靈活性及發電效率,而提出一種模組式發電裝置,包含:複數發電模組,沿一軸向排列,每一發電模組皆包含一定子及一轉子,該定子包含至少一殼件及複數發電線圈,前述殼件包含一對側壁及一連接壁,該連接壁連接該對側壁,以在該對側壁及該連接壁之間界定一迴轉空間,前述殼件並有連通該迴轉空間且沿該軸向貫穿之
一第一流通口,前述發電線圈設置於前述側壁;該轉子包含至少一盤體及複數磁性件,前述盤體包含一軸接部及一磁性件安裝區域,該磁性件安裝區域圍繞該軸接部且對應該對側壁,該磁性件安裝區域與該軸接部之間有沿該軸向貫穿之至少一第二流通口,前述磁性件間隔地設置於前述磁性件安裝區域;藉之,在該轉子旋轉時,使該定子之發電線圈產生電力,並使氣流在前述第一流通口、前述第二流通口及前述迴轉空間之間流動進行散熱。
進一步,該磁性件安裝區域間隔地設有複數安裝槽,以分別供前述磁性件安裝。
進一步,每一安裝槽及每一磁性件皆呈弧形。
進一步,該軸接部上有一軸孔;更包含一轉軸件,包含至少一軸桿,該軸桿穿組於該軸接部之軸孔。
進一步,該轉軸件包含複數軸桿,相鄰的二軸桿間藉由一聯軸器串接。
進一步,該軸接部於相鄰該軸孔處有複數卡合部,以卡合前述軸桿。
進一步,該軸接部上有連通該軸孔之至少一螺孔,前述螺孔供一迫緊螺絲鎖設,以迫緊前述軸桿。
進一步,該轉子包含有複數個間隔設置的前述盤體。
進一步,每一發電模組皆更包含一固定座,該固定座供該定子固定地安裝,每一發電模組皆以該固定座併靠相鄰的前述發電模組。
進一步,前述第二流通的數量為複數個,且間隔地圍繞該軸接部。
根據上述技術特徵可達成以下功效:
1.定子及轉子有軸向貫穿且彼此連通的第一流通口及第二流通口,一方面可減輕轉子重量而易於驅動,另一方面也可讓氣流在第一流通口、第二流通口及定子的迴轉空間之間流動進行散熱,以藉此增進發電效率。
2.每一發電模組皆模組化有獨立的發電功能,方便因應不同用電需求調整數量配置,以增進產品使用的靈活性。
3.各發電模組可由同一軸桿驅動,亦可將複數軸桿藉由聯軸器串組而驅動。
4.軸接部可提供迫緊螺絲及卡合部,使軸桿可與軸接部形成確實的連動關係。

綜合上述技術特徵,本發明模組式發電裝置的主要功效將可於下述實施例清楚呈現。
請先參閱第一圖,係揭示本發明第一實施例模組式發電裝置(100),包含沿一軸向(L)排列之複數發電模組(10),每一發電模組(10)皆包含一定子(1)及一轉子(2),該定子(1)包含一殼件(11)及複數發電線圈(12)。於本實施例中,每一發電模組(10)皆可更包含一固定座(3),該固定座(3)供該定子(1)利用
嵌接、焊接、鎖接等固定方式固定地安裝,以方便各個發電模組(10)可藉由該固定座(3)併靠相鄰的前述發電模組(10)。
續請參閱第二圖搭配第一圖,該殼件(11)可一體成形、或可包含彼此藉由嵌接、焊接、鎖接等固定方式對接的複數殼體(110)。前述殼體(110)皆包含一對側壁(111)及一連接壁(112),該對側壁(111)至少之一設置有前述發電線圈(12),前述發電線圈(12)例如可為印刷電路或電鑄製程所形成之電路佈線式線圈,以減少佔據體積,但亦可採用漆包線圈。於本實施例中,該對側壁(111)皆設置有前述發電線圈(12),而各發電線圈(12)可共同或分別連接至一充電電路或一供電電路等,以進行充電或供電,由於此為所屬領域者所熟知,故為求簡明,於此不再詳加敘述電路連接構造。該連接壁(112)連接該對側壁(111),以在該對側壁(111)及該連接壁(112)之間界定一迴轉空間(113),前述殼件(11)並有連通該迴轉空間(113)且沿該軸向(L)貫穿之一第一流通口(114)。
復請參閱第二圖搭配第一圖,該轉子(2)包含一盤體(21)及複數磁性件(22),前述盤體(21)包含一軸接部(211)及一磁性件安裝區域(212)。該軸接部(211)上有一軸孔(2111),而可供一轉軸件(4)之一軸桿(41)穿組。較佳的是,該軸接部(211)於相鄰該軸孔(2111)處有複數卡合部(2112),以卡合前述軸桿(41)(例如可為鍵與鍵槽的配合型態)。較佳的是,該軸接部(211)上有連通該軸孔(2111)之複數螺孔(2113),每一螺孔(2113)皆供一迫緊螺絲(2114)鎖設,以進一步迫緊前述軸桿(41)。
復請參閱第二圖搭配第一圖,該磁性件安裝區域(212)圍繞該軸接部(211)且對應該對側壁(111),該磁性件安裝區域(212)與該軸接部(211)之間有沿該軸向(L)貫穿之複數第二流通口(23),於本實施例中,前述第二流通孔(23)是呈弧形且間隔地圍繞該軸接部(211)。前述磁性件(22)間隔地設置於前述磁性件安裝區域(212)。詳細而言,該磁性件安裝區域(212)間隔地設有複數安裝槽
(2121),以分別供前述磁性件(22)藉由嵌接、黏接等固定方式安裝。於本實施例中每一安裝槽(2121)及每一磁性件(22)皆呈弧形,又每一安裝槽(2121)及每一磁性件(22)皆有用於彼此配合之一配合特徵(2210)(220),該配合特徵(2210)(220)例如分別為沿該軸向(L)延伸之肋條及溝槽。
續請參閱第三圖,當該轉軸件(4)受一外部動力(如水力、風力等)驅動,而連動該轉子(2)旋轉時,該轉子(2)的磁性件(22)將使該定子(1)之發電線圈(12)因為電磁感應效應而產生電力。此時,由於前述定子(1)及前述轉子(2)有沿軸向(L)貫穿且彼此連通的第一流通口(114)及第二流通口(23),可讓氣流在前述第一流通口(114)、前述第二流通口(23)及前述迴轉空間(113)之間流動進行散熱,讓前述發電線圈(12)因為發電所產生熱可藉由氣流進行散熱,以增進發電效率。
續請參閱第四圖,係本發明之第二實施例,與第一實施例大致相同,皆包含沿一軸向(L)排列之複數發電模組(10)。主要差異在於該轉軸件(4A)包含複數軸桿(41A),而相鄰的二軸桿(41A)間是藉由一聯軸器(42A)串接,藉此亦可達到共同驅動多組發電模組(10)的目的。
續請參閱第五圖,係本發明之第三實施例圖,與第一實施例的主要差異在於,該轉子(2B)可包含有複數個沿軸向間隔設置的盤體(21B),而這些盤體(21B)是共用同一個軸接部(211B);相對應地,定子便可包含有複數個沿軸向間隔設置的殼體。
綜合上述實施例之說明,當可充分瞭解本發明之操作、使用及本發明產生之功效,惟以上所述實施例僅係為本發明之較佳實施例,當不能以此限定本發明實施之範圍,即依本發明申請專利範圍及發明說明內容所作簡單的等效變化與修飾,皆屬本發明涵蓋之範圍內。
Claims (10)
- 一種模組式發電裝置,包含:複數發電模組,沿一軸向排列,每一發電模組皆包含一定子及一轉子,該定子包含至少一殼件及複數發電線圈,前述殼件包含一對側壁及一連接壁,該連接壁連接該對側壁,以在該對側壁及該連接壁之間界定一迴轉空間,前述殼件並有連通該迴轉空間且沿該軸向貫穿之一第一流通口,前述發電線圈設置於前述側壁;該轉子包含至少一盤體及複數磁性件,前述盤體包含一軸接部及一磁性件安裝區域,該磁性件安裝區域圍繞該軸接部且對應該對側壁,該磁性件安裝區域與該軸接部之間有沿該軸向貫穿之至少一第二流通口,前述磁性件間隔地設置於前述磁性件安裝區域;藉之,在該轉子旋轉時,使該定子之發電線圈產生電力,並使氣流在前述第一流通口、前述第二流通口及前述迴轉空間之間流動進行散熱。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之模組式發電裝置,其中,該磁性件安裝區域間隔地設有複數安裝槽,以分別供前述磁性件安裝。
- 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之模組式發電裝置,其中,每一安裝槽及每一磁性件皆呈弧形。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之模組式發電裝置,其中,該軸接部上有一軸孔;更包含一轉軸件,包含至少一軸桿,該軸桿穿組於該軸接部之軸孔。
- 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之模組式發電裝置,其中,該轉軸件包含複數軸桿,相鄰的二軸桿間藉由一聯軸器串接。
- 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之模組式發電裝置,其中,該軸接部於相鄰該軸孔處有複數卡合部,以卡合前述軸桿。
- 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之模組式發電裝置,其中,該軸接部上有連通該軸孔之至少一螺孔,前述螺孔供一迫緊螺絲鎖設,以迫緊前述軸桿。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之模組式發電裝置,其中,該轉子包含有複數個間隔設置的前述盤體。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之模組式發電裝置,其中,每一發電模組皆更包含一固定座,該固定座供該定子固定地安裝,每一發電模組皆以該固定座併靠相鄰的前述發電模組。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之模組式發電裝置,其中,前述第二流通的數量為複數個,且間隔地圍繞該軸接部。
