Description
これに対して技術的に関連した、不飽和脂肪酸エステルの前記オゾン分解及び前記アルデヒドの直接取得の反応操作は、溶剤としての水(約5%)を有するアセトンの混合物の使用にある。しかしながら、Dussaultにより記載された実験の場合に末端オレフィンのみが使用された(P.H. Dussault, C. E. Schiaffo, J. Org. Chem. 2008, 73, 4688)。
a)不飽和脂肪酸又は不飽和脂肪酸誘導体をオゾン分解する工程、
b)オゾンとの反応から得られた前記反応混合物をω−アミノ酸又はそれらのエステルに還元的アミノ化する工程、
その際に前記反応を、溶剤として溶剤の全量を基準として水を少なくとも0.5質量%有する混合物でのC1〜C5−アルコールを用いて実施する
ことにより特徴付けられている、ω−アミノ酸又はそれらのエステルの製造方法により解決される。
オレイン酸メチルエステル(4g、95質量%純度、0.012モル)を、ガス導入管を備えた二つ口フラスコ中に、t−ブタノール(20mL)及び水(1mL、0.056モル)の溶剤混合物中で装入する。二酸化炭素中の酸素5体積%からなる供給ガスを40mL/分の流速でオゾン発生器に導く。使用されるオゾン発生器はAnseros社の型式'COM-AD'の装置である。前記オゾン発生器はその際に最大出力にセットされている。オゾン含有ガス混合物をよく撹拌しながら反応混合物中へ導く。廃ガス流を、ガス洗浄びんを経て約5質量%ヨウ化カリウム水溶液へ導く。60分後に基質は変換されており、その上でガス導入を中断する。反応混合物はGC分析によれば9−ノナナール39.5質量%及び9−オキソ−ノナン酸メチルエステル38.2質量%の含量を有する。
Claims (13)
- ω−アミノ酸又はそれらのエステルの製造方法であって、次の工程:
a.不飽和脂肪酸又は不飽和脂肪酸誘導体をオゾン分解する工程、
b.前記オゾン分解から得られた反応混合物をω−アミノ酸又はそれらのエステルに還元的アミノ化する工程、
その際に前記オゾン分解及び前記還元的アミノ化を直接、前記オゾン分解からの反応混合物を単離又は後処理せずに連続して実施し、かつ前記オゾン分解及び前記還元的アミノ化を、溶剤として溶剤の全量を基準として水を少なくとも0.5質量%有する混合物でのC1〜C5 アルコールを用いて実施する
ことを特徴とする、ω−アミノ酸又はそれらのエステルの製造方法。 - 前記溶剤が溶剤の全量を基準として1〜20質量%の水を含有する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記溶剤が溶剤の全量を基準として2〜15質量%の水を含有する、請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 前記溶剤が溶剤の全量を基準として5〜10質量%の水を含有するが、しかし反応される二重結合の数に対して少なくとも化学量論量で存在する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1個の二重結合を有する脂肪酸又は脂肪酸誘導体を使用する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 不飽和脂肪酸又は不飽和脂肪酸誘導体として、オレイン酸、オレイン酸アルキルエステル、ウンデシレン酸、ウンデシレン酸アルキルエステル、エルカ酸、エルカ酸アルキルエステルの群から選択される化合物を使用する、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記還元的アミノ化を水素及び触媒を用いて実施する、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記触媒がラネー−ニッケルである、請求項7記載の方法。
- C 1 〜C 5 アルコールとして第二級又は第三級のアルコールを使用する、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- C 1 〜C 5 アルコールとして2−プロパノール又はt−ブタノールを使用する、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記還元的アミノ化を30〜100バールの圧力で実施する、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記還元的アミノ化を50〜150℃の温度で実施する、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 脂肪アミンの製造方法であって、次の工程:
a.不飽和脂肪酸又は不飽和脂肪酸誘導体をオゾン分解する工程、
b.前記オゾン分解から得られた反応混合物を脂肪アミンに還元的アミノ化する工程、
その際に前記オゾン分解及び前記還元的アミノ化を直接、前記オゾン分解からの反応混合物を単離又は後処理せずに連続して実施し、かつ前記オゾン分解及び前記還元的アミノ化を、溶剤として溶剤の全量を基準として水を少なくとも0.5質量%有する混合物でのC1〜C5 アルコールを用いて実施する
ことを特徴とする、脂肪アミンの製造方法。
