Description
本願は、2010年11月22日に日本に出願された特願2010−260497号に基づき優先権を主張し、その内容をここに援用する。
なお、従来におけるLNGタンクのLNG受入構造については、下記特許文献1、2を参照されたい。
この場合、前記V字板の頂角が、V字板が有する一対の傾斜部の各延長線上に前記リード管の上端が位置するような角度に設定されていても良い。
図1Aは、本実施形態におけるLNG受入構造101の斜視図であり、図1Bは、LNG受入構造101のA−A矢視断面図である。
LNGタンカーから陸揚げされた軽いLNGは、受入管102を通じてLNGタンクに移送される。この軽いLNGは、フラッシュガス(以下、ガスと略す)を含む気液混合流体である。図2に示すように、受入管102の吐出口102aからホッパー2へ吐出された軽いLNGは、V字板3の一方の傾斜部3cに沿って流れるものと、他方の傾斜部3dに沿って流れるものとに分流する。
(1)上記実施形態では、規制部材としてV字形状をなすV字板3を用いる場合を例示したが、受入管102から吐出されるLNGがリード管1の内壁に沿って落下するようにLNGの流れを規制することができれば、どのような形状の規制部材を用いても良い。
Claims (6)
- LNGタンクの屋根を貫通する受入管の下方に設置され、前記LNGタンクの底部まで延びるリード管と、
前記リード管の上端に設けられ、前記受入管から吐出されるLNGを受けるホッパーと、
前記ホッパー内に設けられ、前記受入管から吐出されるLNGが前記リード管の内壁に沿って落下するように前記LNGの流れを規制する規制部材と、
前記ホッパーに設けられ、前記リード管から上昇してきたガスを前記ホッパー外へ排出するガス排出口と、
前記リード管の内部空間をLNG流路とガス流路とに仕切る仕切り部材と、
を具備するLNG受入構造。 - 前記規制部材がV字形状をなすV字板であり、
前記V字板が、前記V字板の頂部が前記受入管の吐出口に対向するように且つ前記V字板の内側の空間が前記ガス排出口と連通するように設置されている請求項1に記載のLNG受入構造。 - 前記V字板の頂角が、前記V字板が有する一対の傾斜部の各延長線が前記リード管と接するような角度に設定されている請求項2に記載のLNG受入構造。
- 前記V字板の頂角が、前記V字板が有する一対の傾斜部の各延長線上に前記リード管の上端が位置するような角度に設定されている請求項3に記載のLNG受入構造。
- 前記仕切り部材が、自身の外壁と前記リード管の内壁との間の空間を前記LNG流路とし、自身の内部空間を前記ガス流路とする筒状部材である請求項1に記載のLNG受入構造。
- 前記ガス排出口と連通し、上方へ向かって延びる排気管をさらに具備する請求項1に記載のLNG受入構造。
