Description
また、ポルトランドセメント100質量部に対して、無機粉体を10〜90質量部、無機系膨張材を0.05〜7.0質量部、細骨材を100〜300質量部及び増粘剤を0.01〜2.0質量部含むことにより、広い温度範囲で優れた施工性(優れた流動性、良好な流動保持性(良好な可使時間))を有し、優れた硬化体表面を有する硬化体を形成し易くなる。
さらに、無機系膨張材が、生石灰−石膏系膨張材であると、優れた硬化体表面を有する硬化体をより確実に得ることができる。
実施例及び比較例で使用した材料を以下に記す。
(1)ポルトランドセメント
早強ポルトランドセメント(宇部三菱セメント社製、ブレーン比表面積4500cm2/g)
(2)無機粉体
炭酸カルシウム粉末(有恒鉱業社製、ブレーン比表面積4830cm2/g)
(3)無機系膨張材
生石灰−石膏系膨張材(太平洋マテリアル社製、ブレーン比表面積3520cm2/g、酸化カルシウム含有量40〜65%)
(4)細骨材
珪砂(600μm以上の粒子径を有する粗粒分0.1質量%、吸水率1.25%、粗粒率1.15、単位容積質量1.53kg/L、実績率57.5%)
(5)増粘剤
高粘度増粘剤A:ヒドロキシエチルメチルセルロース系増粘剤[高粘度HEMC](粘度28800mPa・s)
高粘度増粘剤B:ヒドロキシプロピルメチルセルロース系増粘剤[高粘度HPMC](粘度30000mPa・s)
低粘度増粘剤C:ヒドロキシプロピルメチルセルロース系増粘剤[低粘度HPMC](粘度530mPa・s)
凝結遅延剤A:グルコン酸ナトリウム(富田製薬社製)
凝結遅延剤B:クエン酸ナトリウム(磐田化学工業社製)
(7)凝結促進剤
凝結促進剤A:硫酸アルミニウム(大明化学工業社製)
凝結促進剤B:ギ酸カルシウム(日本合成化学工業社製)
(8)流動化剤
ポリカルボン酸系流動化剤(花王社製)
高流動モルタル組成物の材料(総量:1.0kg)を表1〜4に示す配合割合で混合し、ホバートミキサーを用いて混練して高流動モルタル組成物のプレミックス粉体を得た。次いで、得られたプレミックス粉体をポリエチレン製の袋に入れて密封し、温度20℃、35℃及び5℃の恒温室にそれぞれ静置した。静置1日後、温度20℃、35℃及び5℃の恒温室にて、それぞれポリエチレン製ビーカー(2.0L)に水(0.26kg)を入れ、次いで、プレミックス粉体(1.0kg)を加えて、650rpmのケミスターラーで3分間混練し、各温度における高流動モルタルスラリーを得た。
<フロー値の測定>
JASS 15M−103「社団法人日本建築学会:セルフレベリング材の品質基準」に準拠してフロー値を測定し、流動性を評価した。評価は、温度20℃、35℃及び5℃の恒温室内で行なった。評価結果をそれぞれ表2〜表4に示す。
図1に示すSL測定器50の充填部51に、図2aに示すように混練直後の高流動モルタルスラリー10を流し込んだ。その直後(保持時間0分)に堰板52を引き上げ、図2bに示すように、充填部51から流れ出した高流動モルタルスラリーの流れが停止した後に、標点(堰板の設置部)53から高流動モルタルスラリー10の流れが停止した終点54までの距離を測定し、その値をSL値(L0)を測定した。また、高流動モルタルスラリーが標点53から200mmの距離を流れるのに要するSL流動時間(L0)を測定した。評価は、温度20℃、35℃及び5℃の恒温室内で行なった。20℃、35℃及び5℃での評価結果を、それぞれ表2〜4に示す。
調製した高流動モルタルスラリーを13cm×19cmの合成樹脂製の型枠へ厚さ10mmで流し込み、硬化させ、材齢1日後のモルタル硬化体の表面状態を評価した。具体的には、硬化体表面の表面硬度(ショア硬度)の測定、及び粉化・凹凸の発生状況観察を、温度20℃、35℃及び5℃の恒温室内で行うことで、表面状態の評価を行った。評価結果をそれぞれ表2〜表4に示す。
スプリング式硬度計タイプD((株)上島製作所製)を用いて、硬化体表面の任意の4箇所のショア硬度を測定し、ゲージの読み取り値の平均値を求め、表面硬度とした。
硬化体表面の粉化の様子を目視で観察し、5段階で評価を行った(5:粉化無し、4:表面積の0を超えて5%粉化あり、3:表面積の5%を超えて10%粉化あり、2:表面積の10%を超えて50%粉化あり、1:表面積の50%を超えて100%粉化あり)。
硬化体表面の凹凸の様子を目視で観察し、5段階で評価を行った(5:凹凸無し、4:表面積の0を超えて5%凹凸あり、3:表面積の5%を超えて10%凹凸あり、2:表面積の10%を超えて50%凹凸あり、1:表面積の50%を超えて100%凹凸あり)。

- ポルトランドセメント、無機粉体、無機系膨張材、細骨材及び増粘剤を含み、
前記増粘剤は、20℃における2質量%水溶液の粘度が10〜2000mPa・sであり、
前記ポルトランドセメント100質量部に対して、前記無機粉体を10〜90質量部、前記無機系膨張材を0.05〜7.0質量部、前記細骨材を100〜300質量部及び前記増粘剤を0.01〜2.0質量部含む、
高流動モルタル組成物。 - 前記増粘剤は、ヒドロキシプロピルメチルセルロース系増粘剤である、請求項1に記載の高流動モルタル組成物。
- 前記無機系膨張材は、生石灰−石膏系膨張材である、請求項1又は2に記載の高流動モルタル組成物。
