Description
Claims (4)
- 空気に含まれる液滴や塵等の異物を除去して空気を清浄化するフィルタであって、
空気が供給される1次側ポート、前記1次側ポートから供給された空気を旋回流に変換する旋回流発生部、下端部に設けられた排出口に向かうに従って内径が小さくなる円錐面を有し前記旋回流発生部に連通する分離室、および前記分離室において異物が除去されて清浄化された空気を流出する2次側ポートが設けられた分離ユニットと、
前記分離ユニットに取り付けられ、前記排出口から排出された異物を貯溜する回収容器と、
前記旋回流発生部の中心部に配置され、清浄化された空気を前記2次側ポートに導く排出管と、
液体案内面を有し、前記回収容器内に前記排出口に対向して配置されるバッフル板と、
前記液体案内面に径方向に延びるとともに上方に突出して設けられ、前記排出口から前記回収容器内に流入する気体の旋回を規制する複数のフィンとを有し、
前記フィンの上端部は前記液体案内面の外周部に設けられ、かつ前記排出口よりも上方であることを特徴とするフィルタ。 - 請求項1記載のフィルタにおいて、前記フィンの径方向内面に、上方に向かうに従って径方向外方に向けて傾斜した傾斜面を設けることを特徴とするフィルタ。
- 請求項1または2記載のフィルタにおいて、前記排出口の中心軸に対する前記円錐面の傾斜角度θを20〜30度とし、前記排出口の内径Dを6.5〜9mmとすることを特徴とするフィルタ。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のフィルタにおいて、前記液体案内面の表面の傾斜角度αを90〜180度とし、前記液体案内面の中心部と前記排出口との間のバッフル配置距離を5〜15mmとすることを特徴とするフィルタ。
