Description
以下、本発明にかかる回転機の制御装置をパラレルハイブリッド車に適用した第1の実施形態について、図面を参照しつつ説明する。
以下、第2の実施形態について、先の第1の実施形態との相違点を中心に図面を参照しつつ説明する。
以下、第3の実施形態について、先の第1の実施形態との相違点を中心に図面を参照しつつ説明する。
なお、上記各実施形態は、以下のように変更して実施してもよい。
Claims (4)
- 車載主機としての回転機(10)と、
前記回転機に電気的に接続されてかつスイッチング素子(S¥#;¥=u,v,w;#=p,n)を有する電力変換回路(20)と、
前記回転機及び前記電力変換回路を循環する循環経路に冷却流体(40)を循環させることで前記回転機及び前記電力変換回路を冷却する冷却装置(42,44,46)と、
を備える車両に適用され、
前記冷却装置の冷却能力は、前記冷却流体の循環が定常的になされている場合、前記スイッチング素子の温度がその許容上限温度(Tγ)を超えないように設定されており、
前記スイッチング素子を温度検出対象に含む素子温度検出手段(SD)の検出値を取得する素子温度取得手段と、
前記冷却流体の温度情報又は該冷却流体の温度と相関を有する情報を取得する流体温度取得手段と、
前記流体温度取得手段によって取得された前記情報に基づく前記冷却流体の温度(Tc)が、前記冷却流体の循環が定常的になされている場合における前記冷却流体の最高温度に設定されている第1の規定温度(Tα)以上になってかつ、前記素子温度取得手段によって取得された前記検出値に基づく前記スイッチング素子の温度(Tsw)が、前記許容上限温度未満であってかつ前記第1の規定温度よりも高い第2の規定温度(Tβ)以上になったことに基づき、前記回転機に対する通電量を制限する処理を行う処理手段とを備えることを特徴とする回転機の制御装置。 - 前記処理手段は、前記通電量を制限する処理が行われている状態において、前記冷却流体の温度が前記第1の規定温度未満になったことに基づき、前記回転機に対する通電量の制限を解除する処理を更に行うことを特徴とする請求項1記載の回転機の制御装置。
- 前記処理手段は、前記通電量を制限する処理が行われている状態において、前記冷却流体の温度が前記第1の規定温度未満になったとの条件、及び前記スイッチング素子の温度が前記第2の規定温度未満になったとの条件の論理和が真であることに基づき、前記回転機に対する通電量の制限を解除する処理を更に行うことを特徴とする請求項1記載の回転機の制御装置。
- 前記処理手段によって前記通電量を制限する処理が行われていない状態において、前記流体温度取得手段によって取得された前記情報に基づく前記冷却流体の温度が前記第1の規定温度未満であることに基づき、前記処理手段による前記通電量の制限を禁止する禁止手段を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の回転機の制御装置。
