Description
Claims (1)
- 内燃機関と回転電機とを含む動力装置と、
回転電機を冷却する冷媒を貯留する冷媒源と、
内燃機関によって駆動され、冷媒源から冷媒を吸入し、第1逆止弁を介して主吐出流路に吐出して回転電機に冷媒を供給する機械式冷媒ポンプと、
冷媒源から冷媒を吸入し、第2逆止弁を介し、機械式冷媒ポンプに対し主吐出流路に並列に接続されて冷媒を吐出して回転電機に冷媒を供給する電動冷媒ポンプと、
電動冷媒ポンプの吐出口と第2逆止弁との間から分岐して回転電機に冷媒を供給するパイパス流路と、
バイパス流路に設けられ、所定のリリーフ圧で開弁するリリーフ弁と、
主吐出流路に設けられ、冷媒の温度を低下させる熱交換器と、
を含み、
リリーフ弁は、冷媒温度が適正温度範囲の下限温度のときの下限時吐出圧と、冷媒温度が適正下限温度よりも低温の閾値温度について予め定めた閾値吐出圧との間の吐出圧として設定されるリリーフ圧で開弁し、
冷媒温度が適正温度よりも低温のときには機械式冷媒ポンプの作動を停止し、電動冷媒ポンプを作動させ、熱交換器を介さずにリリーフ弁を介して冷媒を回転電機に供給することを特徴とする回転電機冷却システム。
