・構造がそれ自体で、かつ存在する圧力(動作に関連するか又はプロセスに関連する)のみに起因して形成され、
・機械的課題及び熱的課題に対する解決を示し、
・仕切りにおける相互に相殺し合う力に起因して、この壁は実際には負圧に耐性がある設計を有する必要はなく、チャンバー間の圧力変動及び差圧のみを設計に考慮する必要があり、
・「コストのかからない」周囲圧力による力を使用し(すなわち、真空力の利用であればその利用は通常、常に問題を呈し、それに対する動作/設計を一貫して方向付けねばならない)、
・付加的な断熱要素はなく、
・設計、設置、製造が簡単であり、
・汎用可能であり(壁のサイズ、形状等)、
・補強プロファイルの縁のようなビードの型押し等の先行するプロセスステップがなく、
・安定性が非常に高く、
・断熱性が非常に優れており、
・仕切りの熱質量が低減しており、
・従来技術の不都合点を有しない。
変形、破壊等を防止するために、特に負圧チャンバー内の差圧下での負荷に関して、また、急速な交番圧力負荷に関して、仕切りの高い機械的安定性を達成することと、
チャンバー間の起こり得る熱流を阻止するために、チャンバーを互いから断熱することと、
タンクの熱質量を低減させることと、
を解決する。

Claims (11)
- 少なくとも1つの仕切りを有する負圧タンクであって、該仕切り(1)は少なくとも2つの壁(1.1、1.2)を含み、該負圧タンクは少なくとも2つのチャンバー(2)を含み、
仕切り(1)は該チャンバー(2)を隔てており、該仕切りの該2つの壁(1.1、1.2)は少なくとも1つの点(4)又は線において互いに接続されており、少なくとも1つの自由空間(3)が該仕切り(1)内に存在し、仕切り(1)は負圧下で変形する仕切り(1)であることを特徴とする、少なくとも1つの仕切りを有する負圧タンク。 - 自由空間(3)は周囲圧力に相当する圧力を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の負圧タンク。
- 仕切り(1)は該チャンバー間の流れのための少なくとも1つのリードスルーを有することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の負圧タンク。
- 仕切り(1)の該壁(1.1、1.2)は接合方式又は嵌合方式で接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の負圧タンク。
- 流体が該自由空間内に存在することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の負圧タンク。
- 仕切りの該壁は板金から作られることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の負圧タンク。
- 壁は3mm未満、又は2mm未満、又は1mm未満の厚さを有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の負圧タンク。
- 負圧タンクの少なくとも2つのチャンバー(2)を隔てる仕切り(1)の使用であって、該仕切り(1)は、少なくとも1つの点(4)において互いに接続される少なくとも2つの壁(1.1、1.2)を含み、自由空間(3)が該仕切り(1)内に存在し、仕切り(1)は負圧下で変形する仕切り(1)である、負圧タンクの少なくとも2つのチャンバーを隔てる仕切りの使用。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の負圧タンクを備える、収着機。
- 負圧タンクは、2つのチャンバーと、少なくとも1つの仕切りとを含み、該チャンバーは吸着器チャンバー及び脱着器チャンバーである、請求項9に記載の収着機。
- 1つ、又は2つ、又は3つの仕切りが該収着機に組み込まれており、該仕切り(1)は、互いに接続されている2つの壁(1.1、1.2)を有し、少なくとも1つの自由空間(3)が該仕切り(1)内に存在する、請求項9又は10に記載の収着機。
