Claims (7)
- トランスファーケース(12)と、
第1の出力シャフト(16)と、
第2の出力シャフト(24)と、
前記第1及び第2の出力シャフト(16、24)間のトルク分配のためのクラッチ(32)と、
前記クラッチ(32)が非係合の際に前記第2の出力シャフト(24)をシャットダウンする噛合クラッチ(44)と、
潤滑油を搬送する油搬送デバイス(40)を有して前記クラッチ(32)及び/または前記トランスファーケースの装置の他のコンポーネントを潤滑する潤滑デバイス(38,40,42)と、
前記油搬送デバイス(40)を時々作動させるコントローラ(34)と、を含むトランスファーケース装置であって、
前記油搬送デバイス(40)は、前記トランスファーケース(12)の下部領域内に設けられている油溜(38)から前記トランスファーケースの前記クラッチ(32)よりも上部にある領域内に潤滑油を搬送する、前記第2の出力シャフト(24)によって駆動されるジェロータポンプ並びに前記クラッチ(32)の出力側と前記第2の出力シャフト(24)とに接続されるチェーンドライブ(36)、を含み、
前記コントローラ(34)は、前記第2の出力シャフト(24)がシャットダウンしている場合に、前記油搬送デバイス(40)を間欠的に作動させオン及びオフを繰り返し、
前記油搬送デバイス(40)の前記作動は、前記クラッチ(32)の係合によって行われ、
前記潤滑デバイスは前記油搬送デバイス(40)によって搬送された潤滑油を収集する油リザーバ(42)を含み、前記油リザーバは、その内部の油の液面が当該油リザーバから前記クラッチ(32)または他のコンポーネントに通じている供給ラインの出口開口部よりも上にあるように形成されていることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1に記載のトランスファーケース装置であって、前記第2の出力シャフト(24)は、前記自動車のホイール(30)へトルクを伝達し、前記噛合クラッチ(44)が、前記ホイール(30)と前記第2の出力シャフト(24)との間に接続されていることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1又は2に記載のトランスファーケース装置であって、前記噛合クラッチ(44)が、前記ホイール(30)のハブに設けられていることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1〜3の少なくとも1に記載のトランスファーケース装置であって、前記噛合クラッチが、前記ホイール(30)を駆動する自動車アクスル(28)の軸差動装置(26)の1つの出力または両方の出力に設けられていることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1〜4の少なくとも1に記載のトランスファーケース装置であって、前記コントローラ(34)が、前記トランスファーケース装置が設けられている自動車の減速中または惰走状態の間に前記油搬送デバイス(40)を作動させるように形成されていることを特徴とする装置。
- トランスファーケース(12)と、
第1の出力シャフト(16)と、
第2の出力シャフト(24)と、
前記第1及び第2の出力シャフト(16、24)間のトルク分配のためのクラッチ(32)と、
前記クラッチ(32)が非係合の際に前記第2の出力シャフト(24)をシャットダウンする噛合クラッチ(44)と、
潤滑油を搬送する油搬送デバイス(40)を有して前記クラッチ(32)及び/または前記トランスファーケースの装置の他のコンポーネントを潤滑する潤滑デバイス(38,40,42)と、
前記油搬送デバイス(40)を時々作動させるコントローラ(34)と、を含むトランスファーケース装置の前記クラッチ(32)及び/または他のコンポーネントを潤滑する方法であって、
前記油搬送デバイス(40)は、前記トランスファーケース(12)の下部領域内に設けられている油溜(38)から前記トランスファーケースの前記クラッチ(32)よりも上部にある領域内に潤滑油を搬送する、前記第2の出力シャフト(24)によって駆動されるジェロータポンプ並びに前記クラッチ(32)の出力側と前記第2の出力シャフト(24)とに接続されるチェーンドライブ(36)、を含むように設けられ、
前記クラッチ(32)が非係合にされた際に噛合クラッチ(44)によって前記第2の出力シャフト(24)がシャットダウンされ、
前記コントローラ(34)は、前記第2の出力シャフト(24)がシャットダウンしている場合に、前記クラッチ(32)を係合させ、駆動トルクを第1の出力シャフト(16)から第2の出力シャフト(24)へ分配し、それによって前記ジェロータポンプ及びチェーンドライブを間欠的に作動させ、油溜から潤滑油を前記トランスファーケースの装置の他のコンポーネントへ潤滑させ、
前記油リザーバに潤滑油の一部を収集し、油リザーバ内の油の液面が、当該油リザーバからクラッチまたは他のコンポーネントに通じている供給ラインの出口開口部よりも上にあるようになし、潤滑油を前記クラッチまたはその他のトランスミッションコンポーネントの潤滑に使用可能とすることを保証することを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項6に記載の方法であって、前記油搬送デバイス(40)が、前記トランスファーケース装置が設けられている自動車の減速または惰走状態の間に作動させられることを特徴とする方法。
