Description
− 室温での貯蔵の間、最低で1ヶ月間の後に均質のままである、
− 7.0の値より高い、本明細書の実験部分のパラグラフII−3に記載した手順による、柔らかさ指標によって特徴付けられる、
− 本明細書の実験部分のパラグラフII−2に記載した手順による、知覚分析のための試験の作業条件にしたがって、適切に訓練された11人のパネルによって、皮膚への適用の前に、コンシステンシーの基準にしたがって満足と評価される、
− 本明細書の実験部分のパラグラフII−1に記載した手順による、知覚分析のための試験の作業条件にしたがって、適切に訓練された11人のパネルによって、皮膚への適用の段階の間に「非ソーピング」と評価される。
a)0.1から10重量%の乳化系(A)であって、その重量100%につき、
(i)式(I)のヒドロキシオクタデシルポリグリコシド
HO−R−O−(G)n−H (I)
および式(II)のポリグリコシルオクタデシルポリグリコシド
H−(G)m−O−R−O−(G)p−H (II)

− CROTHIX(商標)DS53の名称で市販されているテトラステアリン酸PEG150ペンタエリスリチル、ANTIL(商標)141の名称で市販されているオレイン酸PEG55プロピレングリコールなどのアルコキシル化された脂肪エステル;
− ELFACOS(商標)T211の名称で市販されているジカルバミン酸PPG14ラウレスイソホリル、ELFACOS(商標)GT2125の名称で市販されているジカルバミン酸PPG14パルメス60ヘキシルなどの脂肪鎖のカルバミン酸ポリアルキレングリコール
を挙げ得る。
a)上に記載した通り、脂肪相(P2)を乳化系(A)と混合する少なくとも1つの工程と;
b)工程a)の終わりに得られる脂肪相(P2)と乳化系(A)との混合物の、水相(P1)との乳化の少なくとも1つの工程と
を含む方法に関する。
I−1−グルコースと1,12−オクタデカンジオールと1,12−オクタデカンジオールとの反応生成物の混合物からなる乳化組成物(A1)の調製
熱伝導流体がその中で循環し、効率的な攪拌を備えている二重ジャケット付きガラス反応器に、1,12−オクタデカンジオール1074.6gを入れる。1,12−オクタデカンジオールを、90℃の温度で30分内に融解し、無水グルコース100.3gを、反応混合物中に徐々に分散し、90℃で20分間ホモジナイズする。次に、96%硫酸1.50gからなる酸触媒系を、得られた混合物に加える。次に、反応混合物を、90ミリバールないし25ミリバールの減圧下に置き、蒸留装置を用いて、形成された水を除去しながら103℃ないし106℃の温度で6時間保持する。次に、反応混合物を、95℃ないし100℃に冷却し、30%ソーダ1.47gを加えることによって中和して、この混合物の5%溶液のpHを5.5ないし7.5の値に調整する。次に、このようにして得られた組成物(A1)を、取り出す。
外観(視覚的):室温でベージュ色の蝋;
5%溶液のpH:7.3;
融点:70.3℃
残留水分含有量:0.21%
1,12−オクタデカンジオール含有量:81.4%
1,12−オクタデカンジオールアルキルポリグルコシドの含有量:18.2%。
乳剤(E1)、(E’1)、(E2)、(E’2)および(E3)を、下に示した同一の手順にしたがって調製する:
− 脂肪相の構成成分を、反応器の中へ連続的に導入し、得られた混合物を、アンカー型の羽根車を備えた攪拌機によって80回転/分の速度で攪拌する間に、80℃の温度まで加熱する;
− 次に、乳化系を、80℃の温度で脂肪相に加え、得られた混合物を、80回転/分の速度で、アンカー型の羽根車を備えた攪拌機によって、30分間ホモジナイズする;
− 水と保存料と錯化剤(DISSOLVINE(商標)GL−38)と増粘剤(KELTROL(商標)CG Tの名称で市販されているキサンタンガムまたはCAPIGEL(商標)98の名称で市販されているアクリルコポリマーをベースとする増粘剤)とを含む水相を、80回転/分の速度で、アンカー型の羽根車を備えた攪拌機による機械攪拌によって、25℃の温度で、その様々な成分を混合することによって、別に調製する;
− 次に水相を、80回転/分の速度で、アンカー羽根車を備えた機械攪拌機によって機械的に攪拌して80℃の温度まで加熱し、次に80℃の温度で脂肪相と乳化系とを含む混合物に加える;
− 得られた混合物を、4000回転/分の速度で4分間、SILVERSON社から市販されている回転子−固定子型の乳化機を用いてせん断し、次に10分間アンカー下で80回転/分の速度でアンカー羽根車を備えた機械攪拌機による機械攪拌によって30℃の温度に冷却する;
− 次に、保存料(GEOGARD(商標)221)を、このようにして得られた乳化された混合物に加え、次に、それを室温に冷却し、80回転/分の速度でアンカー型の羽根車を備えた攪拌機によってさらに10分間、攪拌する。
II−1−「ソーピング」効果の評価
「ソーピング」効果は、組成物を皮膚につけたときの皮膚の表面上の白みがかった薄膜の出現に反映される。「ソーピング」効果は、下のパラグラフb)に示した手順にしたがって、適切に訓練されたユーザーの代表パネルによって、実験的に評価される。
皮膚上の組成物の「ソーピング」効果は、皮膚に組成物をつける指によって行われる(それから始めて薄膜が現れる)回転数を記録する、前記評価において適切に訓練された11人のパネルによって、皮膚への適用の作業の間に評価される。
評価される組成物が適用されることになる試験者の皮膚の表面を、エタノールによって事前に洗浄し、次に吸収性の紙によって拭く。評価される組成物50μlを、マイクロピペットを使用して取り、次に試験者の手首の内側の皮膚上に置く。次に、試験者は、毎秒約1回の回転頻度で反対の手の2本の指(人差し指および中指)によって約3センチメートルの回転を行う。試験者は、組成物が適用された皮膚の表面上の白みがかった薄膜の出現までに行われた回転数を書き留める。
試験者の皮膚上の白みがかった薄膜の出現のために必要とされる回転数が、1ないし30である場合、試験される組成物は「ソーピング」とみなされる。
平均回転数=各試験者の回転数の合計/11。
組成物のコンシステンシーは、前記組成物の流れに対する抵抗を意味し、組成物の流れの目視観察などの実験に基づいた観察によっておよび/または測定用プローブを備えデータ処理ソフトウエアを接続したテクスチュロメーターを用いて印加される最大圧縮力を測定することによって特徴付けることができる。
a)方法の原理
コンシステンシーは、ビンを180°まで回転させた後で、前記ビンの中に入っている、評価される組成物の流れの目視観察によって評価することができる。
50グラムの量の試験組成物を、100mlの透明ガラスビンの中に入れて、ネジ栓を用いて封をする。適切に訓練された、経験豊富な試験者は、3秒間180°まで試験組成物の入っているビンを回転させ、自分の観察を記録する。次に、試験者は再度180°まで試験組成物の入っているビンを回転させる。
− 試験組成物が入っているビンが180°まで回転する間の3秒内に、試験組成物が自発的に流れる場合、組成物は使用において「液状」と記載される。
a)方法の原理
コンシステンシーは、データ処理ソフトウエアを接続し、半球状測定用プローブを備えたETIA社から市販されているTEC95モデルのテクスチュロメーターを用いて印加される最大圧縮力を測定することによって評価できる。
試験組成物を、内径7.7センチメートルおよび高さ4センチメートルのビンの中に入れ、密封した後で、20℃の温度で24時間、貯蔵する。TEC95モデルのテクスチュロメーターは、ステンレス鋼製の半球状プローブが設置された移動ユニットからなり、50ニュートン±0.025ニュートンの力センサーを用いて、プローブの移動の動きの間、試料によって試料によって維持される力を継続的に測定する。プローブの移動の動きは、試料中をプローブが下降する単純な動きからなる。移動の速度は1ミリメートル/秒に設定され、試料によって維持される力の測定を始動するための閾値は0.1ニュートンであり、試料中へのプローブの侵入深度は10ミリメートルに設定される。24時間のこの貯蔵時間の後で、試験される組成物が入れられているビンを開け、最大圧縮力を測定するために、下に述べられている実験の条件に従う。測定の間、力の変化をテクスチュロメーターに接続されたETIAソフトウエアによって記録し、ETIAは侵入の持続時間の関数として力の変化の曲線を記録し、この曲線からニュートンで表現される最大圧縮力の変化を計算することを可能にする。
− 上に記載した実験の条件において測定される最大圧縮力が、0.3ニュートンの値以上である場合、試験組成物は「固まり」とみなされる。
組成物によって示される柔らかさの基準は、組成物を皮膚につけて伸ばしたときにユーザーに与える柔らかさの感覚を意味する。
組成物によって示される柔らかさの基準は、皮膚への試験組成物の適用によって示される感覚を、0ないし10の範囲の尺度で分類する、前記評価において適切に訓練された11人のパネルによって、皮膚への前記組成物の適用の作業の後で、柔らかさ指標を決定することによって評価される。その適用の間「非常に柔らかい」と判断される組成物は10に相当する柔らかさ指標を有し、その皮膚への適用の間「柔らかくない」または「粗い」と判断される組成物は0に相当する柔らかさ指標を有する。
評価される組成物が適用されることになる試験者の皮膚の表面を、エタノールによって事前に洗浄し、次に吸収性の紙によって拭く。評価される組成物50μlを、マイクロピペットを使用して取り、次に試験者の手首の内側の皮膚上に置く。次に、試験者は、毎秒約1回の回転の頻度で反対の手の2本の指(人差し指および中指)によって約3センチメートルの回転を行う。
試験されるそれぞれの組成物に対して、11人の試験者のそれぞれによって記録された柔らかさ指標の算術平均を、以下の式にしたがって計算する:
平均柔らかさ指標=各試験者の柔らかさ指標の合計/11。
本発明による乳剤(E1)の、および先行技術による乳剤(E’1)、(E2)、(E’2)および(E3)の知覚特性の評価の結果、すなわち、「ソーピング」効果、コンシステンシーおよび柔らかさ指標を、下の表3に示す。
III−1−セルフタンニング水中油型乳剤の調製
3種のセルフタンニング水中油型乳剤(E4)、(E5)、(E6)を、以下の通り、同一の手順にしたがって調製する:
乳剤(E4)、(E5)および(E6)を、以下の手順を使用して調製する:
− 脂肪相の構成成分を、反応器の中へ連続的に導入し、80回転/分の攪拌速度で「アンカー」型の羽根車を備えた攪拌機によって15分間80℃の温度でホモジナイズする。
次に、このようにして調製された乳剤(E4)、(E5)および(E6)を、7日間、20℃の温度に調節された断熱された人工気候室の中に貯蔵する。この7日の期間の終わりに、調製されたそれぞれの乳剤の外観を観察し、それぞれの乳剤の粘度を測定する。次に、乳剤を取替え、1ヶ月間、20℃の温度に調節された同一の断熱された人工気候室の中に貯蔵する。1ヶ月の期間の後で、それぞれの乳剤を、その外観の観察のために人工気候室から取り出す。
− 本明細書のパラグラフII−1、II−2、およびII−3に記載したプロトコルによるそれらの知覚特性の評価、
− 20℃の温度で3ヶ月間の貯蔵の後のそれらの外観の観察、
− 45℃の温度で3ヶ月間の貯蔵の後のそれらの外観の観察
によって特徴付けられる。
以下の処方において、パーセンテージを配合物の重量の100%についての重量パーセントとして表現する。

- 水中油型乳剤の形態にある組成物であって、その重量100%につき、
a)0.1から10重量%の乳化系(A)であって、その重量100%につき、(i)式(I)のヒドロキシオクタデシルポリグリコシド
HO−R−O−(G)n−H (I)
および式(II)のポリグリコシルオクタデシルポリグリコシド
H−(G)m−O−R−O−(G)p−H (II)
から実質的に構成される、還元糖と1,12−オクタデカンジオールとの反応生成物の混合物5から95重量%
[ここで、式(I)および(II)において、Gは前記還元糖の残基を表し、Rは1,12−オクタデカン−ジイル二価ラジカルを表し、ここで、同一または異なってもよいn、mおよびpは、互いに独立して、それぞれ1ないし5の小数を表す]、
(ii)1,12−オクタデカンジオール95から5重量%
からなる乳化系(A)と、
b)0.01から5重量%の、キサンタンガムと、
c)10から50重量%の、モノグリセリドおよび/またはジグリセリドおよび/またはトリグリセリドをベースとする1種または複数の植物油からなる脂肪相(P2)と、d)89.89から35重量%の、化粧品として許容される水相(P1)とから成る組成物。 - その重量100%につき、ジヒドロキシアセトン0.5から10重量%をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 皮膚、髪または頭皮の洗浄のため、保護のため、および/またはケアのための、請求項1に記載の組成物の美容のための使用。
- 皮膚の人工的なブロンジングおよび/または日焼けのための、請求項2に記載の組成物の美容のための使用。
- 請求項2に記載の組成物を皮膚につけることを特徴とする、皮膚の人工的なブロンジングおよび/または日焼けのための美容処理の方法。
- 請求項1または2に記載の組成物の調製方法であって、
a)脂肪相(P2)を乳化系(A)と混合する少なくとも1つの工程と、
b)工程a)の終わりに得られる脂肪相(P2)と乳化系(A)の混合物の、水相(P1)との乳化の少なくとも1つの工程と
を含む方法。
