前記変換手段は、前記弁体に挿通されたピンと、前記ピンを案内する傾斜溝を有した円筒状のカムリングとからなり、前記カムリングが半径方向に分割自在な2つの分割体から形成されると共に、前記操作部には、軸方向に貫通したロック用孔が形成され、前記ボディに形成された孔部と一直線状となった状態で前記ロック用孔及び前記孔部にロック手段が装着されることで前記操作部の回転操作が規制され、前記弁体の端部には該端部を覆うカバー部材が設けられ、前記カバー部材及び前記端部には前記ピンの挿通されるピン孔が形成されることを特徴とする。

Claims (5)
- 圧力流体の供給・排出される第1及び第2ポートと、連通室を介して前記第1及び第2ポートに連通する第3ポートとを有したボディと、前記ボディの内部に設けられ、前記第1〜第3ポート間における前記圧力流体の流通状態を切り換える弁体を有した弁機構と、前記弁機構を駆動させる操作部とを備える残圧排気弁であって、
前記操作部は、前記ボディに対して回転自在に設けられ、前記操作部と前記ボディとの間には、該操作部の回転動作を直線動作へと変換して前記弁体に伝達する変換手段を備え、
前記変換手段は、前記弁体に挿通されたピンと、前記ピンを案内する傾斜溝を有した円筒状のカムリングとからなり、前記カムリングが半径方向に分割自在な2つの分割体から形成されると共に、前記操作部には、軸方向に貫通したロック用孔が形成され、前記ボディに形成された孔部と一直線状となった状態で前記ロック用孔及び前記孔部にロック手段が装着されることで前記操作部の回転操作が規制され、前記弁体の端部には該端部を覆うカバー部材が設けられ、前記カバー部材及び前記端部には前記ピンの挿通されるピン孔が形成されることを特徴とする残圧排気弁。 - 請求項1記載の残圧排気弁において、
前記カムリングには、半径方向に傾動自在であり、且つ、前記操作部の内周面に係合可能なフックが設けられることを特徴とする残圧排気弁。 - 請求項1又は2記載の残圧排気弁において、
前記ボディには、該ボディの軸方向に沿って延在し、前記ピンが挿通されるピン溝が形成されることを特徴とする残圧排気弁。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の残圧排気弁において、
前記カムリングは、樹脂製材料から形成されることを特徴とする残圧排気弁。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の残圧排気弁において、
前記カムリングの端部には、該端部の一部を覆うリング体が設けられ、前記リング体の外周面には、前記操作部の回転位置に基づいた圧力流体の流通状態を示す表示部を備えることを特徴とする残圧排気弁。
