Claims (3)
- ノズルに対する離間及び閉塞動作によって、一次側から背圧室に導入される圧力流体の流通を制御するフラッパと、前記フラッパに設けられた弁部を介して前記背圧室と連通するダイヤフラム室とを有し、前記一次側から供給された前記圧力流体を所望の圧力に減圧して二次側に導出する減圧装置において、
前記背圧室と前記ダイヤフラム室との間において、前記ノズルの内部に変位自在に設けられる弁体と、
前記一次側と前記背圧室とを接続し、前記弁体によって連通状態が切り換えられる第1接続通路と、
前記二次側と前記ダイヤフラム室とを連通する第2接続通路と、
を備え、
前記フラッパが、前記背圧室の給気側に設けられた貫通孔に配置され、且つ、前記第1接続通路が、前記貫通孔に接続されると共に、前記背圧室が、前記第2接続通路を介して前記二次側と連通することを特徴とする減圧装置。 - 請求項1記載の減圧装置において、
前記第2接続通路と前記背圧室とを接続する分岐通路を備え、前記分岐通路には、前記背圧室から前記第2接続通路へと流通する前記圧力流体の流量を絞る絞り部が設けられることを特徴とする減圧装置。 - 請求項1記載の減圧装置において、
前記弁体には、前記ノズルを前記フラッパで閉塞した際、前記圧力流体の一部を前記ノズルを通じて前記背圧室と前記ダイヤフラム室との間で流通させる溝部を有することを特徴とする減圧装置。
