Description
Claims (15)
- -入口(18;118)、出口(40;140)、及び前記入口と出口を流体的に相互接続する通路(20;120)を有する本体(4;104)と、
-前記通路(20;120)に形成される座部(26;126)及び該座部と協働するために縦軸(7;107)に沿って移動可能なシャッタ(24;124)を有する遮断装置(22;122)と
-縦軸(7;107)に沿って前記本体(4;104)に回転可能に取付けられたスピンドル(12;112)であって、該スピンドルの回転時に前記シャッタを移動させるように前記シャッタ(24;124)と協働する、スピンドルと、
-前記遮断装置(22;122)の流体的に下流にあり、前記通路(20;120)に形成された座部(32;132)及び横軸(38;138)に沿って移動可能なピストン(30;130)を有する、残圧装置(28;128)とを含むガスボンベ弁(2;102)であって、
前記シャッタ(24;124)及び前記ピストン(30;130)の少なくとも一方は、前記シャッタ及び前記ピストンの他方を収容する凹部(130.4)又は開口部(24.4)を示すことを特徴とする、ガスボンベ弁(2;102)。 - 前記ピストン(30;130)の前記横軸(38;138)は、前記シャッタ(24)の前記縦軸(7)を横断する、又は前記シャッタ(124)と向かい合う前記ピストン(130)の直径の半分以下だけ前記縦軸(107)から離れている、請求項1に記載のガスボンベ弁(2;102)。
- 前記シャッタ(24;124)は、前記スピンドル(12;112)と係合する第1端部(24.1;124.1)、前記遮断装置(22;122)の前記座部(26;126)と協働するための密閉手段を有する第2端部(24.2;124.2)、及び前記第1端部と前記第2端部との間に延在する中間長尺部(24.3;124.3)を含む、請求項1及び2のどちらか一項に記載のガスボンベ弁(2;102)。
- 前記シャッタ(24)の前記中間長尺部(24.3)は、前記ピストン(30)を収容する前記開口部(24.4)を示す、請求項3に記載のガスボンベ弁(2)。
- 前記開口部(24.4)は、前記縦軸に沿って前記シャッタの移動を可能にするように、前記シャッタ(24)の前記縦軸(7)に沿って楕円形又は円形である、請求項4に記載のガスボンベ弁(2)。
- 前記シャッタ(24)の前記中間長尺部(24.3)は、概して平坦で、少なくとも1つの主面(24.6)、及び前記本体(4)の縦方向穴に摺動的に収納される少なくとも一方が円弧形状の側面(24.5)を有する、請求項4及び5のどちらか一項に記載のガスボンベ弁(2)。
- 前記シャッタ(24)の前記中間長尺部(24.3)の前記少なくとも1つの主面(24.6)は、前記シャッタの回転を防ぐように、前記本体(4)における平坦面と摺接する、請求項6に記載のガスボンベ弁(2)。
- 前記ピストン(30)は、前記残圧装置(28)の前記座部(32)と、気密に協働する前部(30.1)、及び該前部(30.1)と比較して大きな直径の後部(30.2)を含み、前記後部は、前記本体(4)上に取付けられたプラグ(36)に形成された穴内に摺動的に収納されるガスケットを含み、前記シャッタ(24)と摺接する前記平坦面は、前記プラグによって支持される、請求項7に記載のガスボンベ弁(2)。
- 前記シャッタ(24)と摺接する平坦面は、前記プラグ(36)によって支持されるカラー(42)によって形成される、請求項8に記載のガスボンベ弁(2)。
- 前記シャッタ(124)の前記中間長尺部(124.3)は、前記第1端部(124.1)及び前記第2端部(124.2)の少なくとも一方の平均径より小さい平均径を示す、請求項3に記載のガスボンベ弁(102)。
- 前記シャッタ(124)の前記中間長尺部(124.3)は、前記シャッタ(124)と向かい合う前記ピストン(130)の直径全体にわたり延在する、請求項3及び10のどちらか一項に記載のガスボンベ弁(102)。
- 前記ピストン(130)の前記凹部(130.4)は、前記ピストンのストロークに沿って、前記シャッタ(124)の前記中間長尺部(124.3)を収容するように、前記横軸(138)に沿って延在する、請求項1、10及び11のうちいずれか一項に記載のガスボンベ弁(102)。
- 前記ピストン(130)の前記凹部(130.4)は、前記ピストン直径の4分の1より大きい径方向深さを示す、請求項12に記載のガスボンベ弁(102)。
- 前記ピストン(130)は、主要部(130.2)及び該主要部と比べて小径の前部(130.1)を含み、該前部は、前記残圧装置(128)の前記座部(132)と気密に協働し、前記凹部(130.4)は、前記主要部(130.2)内に設けられる、請求項12及び13のどちらか一項に記載のガスボンベ弁(102)。
- 前記主要部(130.2)は、前記前部(130.1)に対向して後端部を含み、該後端部は、前記端部と前記前部との間に、弾性力(134)に対抗して前記残圧装置(128)の前記座部(132)から前記ピストンを離隔するための前記ガス用チャンバを形成するように、前記本体(104)内にある穴と摺動的に協働するガスケットを有する、請求項14に記載のガスボンベ弁(102)。
