Claims (9)
- 内燃機関(1)に燃焼用空気を供給する空気供給システム(5)と、前記内燃機関(1)から排気ガスを取り込み、粒子フィルタ(35)とアンモニアによる窒素酸化物の選択的触媒還元を可能とする排気ガス浄化用SCRコンポーネントが配置された排気システム(6)と、を有する車両用内燃機関であって、
−アンモニアまたはアンモニアを分離可能な還元剤を排気システム(6)に添加するための還元剤添加装置(38)が、排気ガス浄化用SCRコンポーネントの上流側に配置され、
−前記排気システム(6)内において粒子フィルタ(35)の上流に、第1排気ガスターボチャージャ(11)のタービン(14)が配置されており、
−排気システム(6)から空気供給システム(5)への排気ガス再循環を実現するために、前記排気システム(6)の前記第1排気ガスターボチャージャ(11)の前記タービン(14)の上流から分岐している第1排気ガス再循環ライン(27)と、前記排気システム(6)の前記粒子フィルタ(35)の下流から分岐している、第2排気ガス再循環ライン(24)と、が配置されており、
SCR触媒(37)が第2排気ガス再循環ライン(24)に配置されていることを特徴とする車両用内燃機関。 - 前記排気ガス浄化用SCRコンポーネントが、前記粒子フィルタ(35)の触媒コーティングとして、および/またはSCR触媒コンバーターユニット(36)が、前記排気システム(6)において、粒子フィルタ(35)の上流および/または下流に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の内燃機関。
- 前記排気システム(6)において、酸化触媒(34)が、前記第1排気ガスターボチャージャ(11)のタービン(14)の下流側に、および前記粒子フィルタ(35)の上流側に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の内燃機関。
- アンモニアまたはアンモニアを分離可能な還元剤の供給が、前記排気システム(6)内において、酸化触媒(34)の下流側であって、前記粒子フィルタ(35)の上流において実施されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の内燃機関。
- 再循環排気ガス量を調整するための手段として、可変式流量制御要素(17、26)が前記排気システム(6)の前記第2排気ガス再循環ライン(24)の分岐点の下流、および/または、第2排気ガス再循環ライン(24)の空気供給システム(5)内への合流点の手前に配置され、および/または、流量制御要素(28)が前記第1排気ガス再循環ライン(27)の前記空気供給システム(5)内への合流点手前に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の内燃機関。
- 前記排気システム(6)内において、前記第1排気ガスターボチャージャ(11)の前記タービン(14)の下流に、第2排気ガスターボチャージャ(9)のタービン(15)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載の内燃機関。
- 圧縮された燃焼用空気の冷却目的で、前記空気供給システム(5)内にバイパス給気冷却器(12)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の内燃機関。
- 空気供給システム(5)への再循環排気ガス冷却のため、排気ガス冷却器(29、25)が前記第1排気ガス再循環ライン(27)および/または前記第2排気ガス再循環ライン(24)に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし7のいずれか1項に記載の内燃機関。
- 前記排気ガス冷却器(29、25)のバイパスラインが、前記第1排気ガス再循環ライン(27)および/または前記第2排気ガス再循環ライン(24)に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の内燃機関。
