Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の集塵フィルタの再生システムは、過給機1を備えたエンジン2の排気流路3に配置された集塵フィルタ4の再生時期に、排気ガスの温度を上昇させて集塵フィルタ4の捕集物を燃焼させる集塵フィルタ4の再生システムであり、過給機1のタービン1tを流れる排気ガスの流量に関係なく圧縮空気の流量を増大可能な吸気量調整手段である電動モータ5と、エンジン2の上流側のエンジン吸気流路6eと集塵フィルタ4の上流側の排気流路3とを接続するバイパス流路7と、バイパス流路7の流量を調整する流量調整弁8と、電動モータ5及び流量調整弁8を制御する制御手段9と、を有する。

Claims (8)
- 過給機を備えた内燃機関の排気流路に配置された集塵フィルタの再生時期に、排気ガスの温度を上昇させて前記集塵フィルタの捕集物を燃焼させる集塵フィルタの再生方法であって、
前記過給機のタービンを流れる排気ガスの流量に関係なく圧縮空気の流量を増大させる第一ステップと、前記圧縮空気の一部を前記内燃機関の上流側の吸気流路から前記集塵フィルタの上流側の前記排気流路にバイパスさせる第二ステップと、を有することを特徴とする集塵フィルタの再生方法。 - 前記タービンを流れる排気ガスのエネルギー損失が少なくなるように調整する第三ステップを有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の集塵フィルタの再生方法。
- 前記第三ステップは、可変容量式過給機の可変ノズルを開状態にするステップ又はウエストゲート弁を開状態にするステップである、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の集塵フィルタの再生方法。
- 過給機を備えた内燃機関の排気流路に配置された集塵フィルタの再生時期に、排気ガスの温度を上昇させて前記集塵フィルタの捕集物を燃焼させる集塵フィルタの再生システムであって、
前記過給機のタービンを流れる排気ガスの流量に関係なく圧縮空気の流量を増大可能な吸気量調整手段と、前記内燃機関の上流側の吸気流路と前記集塵フィルタの上流側の前記排気流路とを接続するバイパス流路と、該バイパス流路の流量を調整する流量調整弁と、前記吸気量調整手段及び前記流量調整弁を制御する制御手段と、を有することを特徴とする集塵フィルタの再生システム。 - 前記吸気量調整手段は、前記過給機に接続された電動モータ又は前記過給機の上流側に配置された電動ブースターである、ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の集塵フィルタの再生システム。
- 前記バイパス流路は、前記内燃機関の直後又は前記集塵フィルタの直前の排気流路に接続されている、ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の集塵フィルタの再生システム。
- 前記過給機は、前記タービンに流入する排気ガスの流量を調整するタービン流調整手段を有し、前記制御手段は、前記タービンを流れる排気ガスのエネルギー損失が少なくなるように前記タービン流調整手段を調整する、ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の集塵フィルタの再生システム。
- 前記タービン流調整手段は可変ノズル又はウエストゲート弁であり、前記制御手段は可変ノズル又はウエストゲート弁を開状態にする、ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の集塵フィルタの再生システム。
