Claims (15)
- 圧力増加に伴い、より強く接着する感圧ボンディング層と、
オブジェクトの粗い表面への接着用に構成された熱流感圧ボンディング層と、
前記感圧ボンディング層と前記熱流感圧ボンディング層を接着するために、当該感圧ボンディング層と当該熱流感圧ボンディング層の間に置かれた有機基板と、を有し、
前記熱流感圧ボンディング層は熱流タイプであり、前記熱流タイプの材料は、室温で固体状であり、温度がある値まで上昇するにつれて、半固体、半液体状へと変化し、高粘着性を持つようになる光学ボンディング装置。 - 前記感圧ボンディング層は、第1面と、第2面と、を有し、
前記熱流感圧ボンディング層は、第3面と、第4面と、を有し、
前記有機基板の両面は、それぞれ、前記第1面と前記第3面に接着されて、3層構造の光学ボンディング装置を形成し、前記第4面は、前記オブジェクトの粗い表面に接着するために構成される、請求項1に記載の光学ボンディング装置。 - 前記感圧ボンディング層と前記熱流感圧ボンディング層の両表面が接着する、請求項1に記載の光学ボンディング装置。
- 前記有機基板の材料は、ポリエチレンテレフタレートである、請求項1に記載の光学ボンディング装置。
- 前記有機基板の厚みは、25μmから100μmである、請求項1に記載の光学ボンディング装置。
- 前記感圧ボンディング層の厚みは、25μmから50μmである、請求項1に記載の光学ボンディング装置。

前記タッチパネルに面する液晶ディスプレイパネルと、
前記タッチパネルおよび前記液晶ディスプレイパネルを接着するために、前記タッチパネルおよび前記液晶ディスプレイパネルの間に置かれた光学ボンディング装置と、を有し、
前記光学ボンディング装置は、圧力増加に伴い、より強く接着する感圧ボンディング層と、熱流感圧ボンディング層と、前記感圧ボンディング層と前記熱流感圧ボンディング層を接着するために、当該感圧ボンディング層と当該熱流感圧ボンディング層の間に置かれた有機基板と、を有し、
前記熱流感圧ボンディング層は熱流タイプであり、前記熱流タイプの材料は、室温で固体状であり、温度がある値まで上昇するにつれて、半固体、半液体状へと変化し、高粘着性を持つようになるタッチ感応ディスプレイ。 - 前記熱流感圧ボンディング層は、前記液晶ディスプレイパネルの粗い表面に接着する、請求項7に記載のタッチ感応ディスプレイ。
- 前記熱流感圧ボンディング層は、前記液晶ディスプレイパネルの粗い表面を完全に覆う、請求項8に記載のタッチ感応ディスプレイ。
- 前記熱流感圧ボンディング層は、前記タッチパネルの粗い表面に接着する、請求項7に記載のタッチ感応ディスプレイ。
- 前記熱流感圧ボンディング層は、前記タッチパネルの粗い表面を完全に覆う、請求項10に記載のタッチ感応ディスプレイ。
- 圧力増加に伴い、より強く接着する感圧ボンディング層を提供するステップと、
オブジェクトの粗い表面に接着するために、熱流感圧ボンディング層を前記感圧ボンディング層に載せるステップと、を有し、
前記熱流感圧ボンディング層は熱流タイプであり、前記熱流タイプの材料は、室温で固体状であり、温度がある値まで上昇するにつれて、半固体、半液体状へと変化し、高粘着性を持つようになり、
前記熱流感圧ボンディング層は、有機基板を介して前記感圧ボンディング層上に載せられる方法。 - 圧力増加に伴い、より強く接着する感圧ボンディング層と熱流感圧ボンディング層とが少なくとも共に接着された光学ボンディング装置を製造するステップと、
タッチパネルと液晶ディスプレイパネルの間に前記光学ボンディング装置を配置するステップと、
前記タッチパネルの粗い表面に前記熱流感圧ボンディング層を積み重ねるステップと、
前記熱流感圧ボンディング層の上に前記感圧ボンディング層を積み重ねるステップと、
前記感圧ボンディング層の上に前記液晶ディスプレイパネルを積み重ねるステップと、
前記積み重ね処理によって積み重ねられた積層を熱するステップと、
前記積層を紫外線にさらすことよって、当該積層を凝固するステップとを有し、
前記タッチパネルの上に前記熱流感圧ボンディング層を積み重ねる処理と、前記熱流感圧ボンディング層の上に前記感圧ボンディング層を積み重ねる処理と、前記感圧ボンディング層の上に前記液晶ディスプレイパネルを積み重ねる処理と、が任意の順序で行われ、前記3回の積み重ね処理は、60℃〜85℃の範囲で行われ、
前記熱流感圧ボンディング層は熱流タイプであり、前記熱流タイプの材料は、室温で固体状であり、温度がある値まで上昇するにつれて、半固体、半液体状へと変化し、高粘着性を持つようになる方法。 - 前記積層を紫外線にさらすエネルギーは3000mjである、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記感圧ボンディング層と前記熱流感圧ボンディング層は、有機基板を介して共に接着される、請求項13に記載の方法。
