Claims (2)
- 合成樹脂製の濾板の表面に平面多角形状の濾過膜シートを重ね合わせて該濾過膜シートの周縁を該濾板に固着すると共に、該濾過膜シートを透過した濾過液を外部に導く濾過液流路を該濾板に形成した平板状膜エレメントにおいて、
前記濾過液流路の外方開口部分が、前記濾板の上端縁部から上方に向かって突出する筒状のノズル部によって構成されており、該ノズル部に対して外部管体が接続可能とされている一方、
前記濾板の下端縁部が、下方に向かって次第に板厚寸法が小さくなる先細断面形状とされており、該下端縁部における板厚方向の両側面が上方に行くに従って板厚方向外方に向かって次第に突出する傾斜面とされていると共に、かかる板厚方向両側の傾斜面が、該濾板の下端に対して板厚方向の両側から角のない円弧面で滑らかにつながっており、更に、かかる板厚方向両側の傾斜面の上端が、それぞれ該濾板における前記濾過膜シートの重ね合わせ面よりも板厚方向外方に突出していると共に、該傾斜面の上端から上方に向かって該濾板の表面と平行にのびる平行面を有する外方突部とされており、
該外方突部の上方に離隔して前記濾過膜シートの下端が位置し且つ該濾過膜シートの表面が該外方突部の該平行面よりも該濾板の板厚方向で内方に位置していること
を特徴とする平板状膜エレメント。 - 請求項1に記載の平板状膜エレメントの複数をそれぞれが鉛直方向に広がるように且つ互いに水平方向で所定間隔を隔てて重なり合うように位置決め支持せしめた膜ユニットを、濾過対象液が貯留される処理槽内に設置して該濾過対象液に浸漬せしめ、隣り合う各該平板状膜エレメントの対向面間にクロスフロー領域を形成する浸漬型膜分離装置であって、前記平板状膜エレメントの下方に曝気手段を設けたことを特徴とする浸漬型膜分離装置。
