Description
Claims (14)
- 流体を気体状態から液体状態へ液化し、液化された前記流体を保存するシステムであって:
流体フローを気体状態から液体状態へ液化する、液化アセンブリ;
前記液化アセンブリと流体連通する保存アセンブリであって、前記液化アセンブリによって液化された前記流体を保存する、保存アセンブリ;
流体入力を有する第1導管であって、前記流体入力でフロー生成器から気体流体のフローを受け取り、前記気体流体のフローを液化のために前記液化アセンブリに運ぶ、第1導管;
前記第1導管内の前記気体流体のフローと流体連通して配置される流体ドライヤーであって、前記気体流体のフローが前記液化アセンブリに到着する前に、前記気体流体のフローから水分を除去する、流体ドライヤー;
気体状態へボイルオフした前記保存アセンブリ内に保存される前記流体を選択的に排出する流体方向付けアセンブリであって、選択的に排出される排出流体の少なくとも一部が、前記流体ドライヤーを通って方向付けられ、前記流体ドライヤー内に蓄積した水分を除去する、流体方向付けアセンブリ;及び、
前記流体入力で受け取った前記気体流体のフローを、選択的に、前記第1導管に沿って前記液化アセンブリの方に方向付け、或いは、当該システムに導入される水分を低減するために当該システムから排出する、前記流体ドライヤーの上流に提供される第1バルブ;
を有する、システム。 - 前記排出流体を前記流体ドライヤーを通して排出する間、前記流体ドライヤーの温度を上昇させるための加熱器をさらに含む、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記加熱器は、前記流体を液化する前記液化アセンブリの動作の間、廃熱を生成する前記液化アセンブリの機能要素である、請求項2記載のシステム。
- 前記流体ドライヤーは乾燥剤を含む、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記流体は酸素である、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 当該システムに導入される水分を低減するために第1モードと第2モードとの間で前記第1バルブを制御するよう構成されるコントローラをさらに含み、
前記第1バルブは、前記第1モードにおいて、前記流体入力で受け取った前記気体状態の流体のフローを前記第1導管に沿って前記液化アセンブリの方に方向付けるように配置され、且つ、前記第2モードにおいて、前記流体入力で受け取った前記気体状態の流体のフローを前記システムから排出するよう配置される、
請求項1記載のシステム。 - 前記流体入力と前記第1バルブとの間に水分センサをさらに含み、
前記コントローラは、前記水分センサから受け取った測定値と所定の閾値との比較に基づいて前記第1バルブを制御するように構成される、
請求項6記載のシステム。 - 前記第1導管により形成される流路内で前記第1バルブからみて前記流体ドライヤーの反対側に置かれる第2バルブをさらに含む、
請求項6又は7記載のシステム。 - 前記コントローラは、第1モード及び第2モードで前記第2バルブの動作を制御するように構成され、
前記第2バルブは、前記第1モードにおいて、前記第1導管により形成される流路内の前記流体のフローを液化のため前記液化アセンブリの第2導管に連通するように配置され、且つ、前記第2モードにおいて、前記第1導管により形成される流路を前記保存アセンブリの出口に連通するよう配置される、
請求項8記載のシステム。 - システム内で液化流体を保存する方法であって:
流体を気体状態から液体状態へ液化する液化アセンブリによって液化された前記流体を保存するステップ;
保存した前記流体のうち気体状態にボイルオフした前記流体を排出する排出ステップであって、排出する排出流体の少なくとも一部が流体ドライヤーを通り、当該流体ドライヤーは、液化のために前記液化アセンブリへ導入される前記流体から水分を除去するように構成され、前記流体ドライヤー内に蓄積した水分を、前記排出流体により除去する、排出ステップ;及び、
流体入力で受け取った前記気体状態の流体のフローを、選択的に、導管に沿って前記液化アセンブリの方に方向付け、或いは、前記システムに導入される水分を低減するために前記流体ドライヤーの上流で前記システムから排出するステップ;
を有する、方法。 - 前記排出流体が前記流体ドライヤーを通して排出される間、前記流体ドライヤーの温度を上昇させるステップをさらに含む、請求項10記載の方法。
- 前記流体ドライヤーの温度を上昇させることは、前記液化アセンブリの機能要素により実行され、前記機能要素は、前記液化アセンブリの動作の間、廃熱を生成する、請求項11記載の方法。
- 前記流体ドライヤーは乾燥剤を含む、請求項10記載の方法。
- 前記流体は酸素である、請求項10記載の方法。
