Description
a)連結用歯が連結用凹所と軸方向に位置合わせされるまでアクセス穴内へステムを挿入するステップと、
b)ステムがアクセス穴から把持内腔に完全に移され、ステム周囲表面が把持表面と完全に当接するとともに、連結用歯の被動表面が連結用凹所の駆動表面と完全に係合するまで、前方部分の端面から見て、第2部材に対して時計回りに第1部材を回すステップと
を含む方法が提供される。
Claims (15)
- 第1部材(12)と第2部材(14)との間の切削工具締め付け機構(10)であって、
前記第1部材(12)は、
前記第1部材(12)の前方端部にある前方部分(16)と、
前記前方部分(16)から後方に延在する雄型部分(18)であって、ステム直径D3を有する円筒形のステム(20)を備え、前記ステム(20)がステム周囲表面(22)を備える、雄型部分(18)と
を具備し、
前記第2部材(14)は、
前記第2部材(14)の前方端部にある雌型部分(44)と、
前記雌型部分(44)から後方に延在する後方部分(46)と
を具備し、
前記雌型部分(44)は、前面(48)および締め付け空洞(50)を備え、前記締め付け空洞(50)が前記前面(48)に開き、アクセス穴(52)と把持内腔(54)とを合体させることで形成され、
前記締め付け空洞(50)は、駆動表面(68)を備える内部連結用凹所(66)を備え、
前記把持内腔(54)が、雌型部分(44)の端面から見たときに把持内腔直径D2を有する円形の断面を有し、180度よりも大きい中心角(α)を有する把持表面(60)を備え、
前記アクセス穴(52)は、歯用アクセス穴(64)およびアクセス内腔(62)を備え、前記アクセス内腔(62)が、前記第2部材(14)の端面から見るとアクセス内腔直径D1を有する円形の断面を有し、D1>D3>D2であり、前記歯用アクセス穴(64)が前記前面(48)に形成され、後方に延在し、
前記アクセス内腔(62)および前記把持内腔(54)は、それぞれの長手方向軸を有し、前記それぞれの長手方向軸が、少なくとも前記それぞれの長手方向軸の一部分に沿って互いに離間していて、
前記雄型部分(18)は、さらに連結用歯(28)を備え、前記連結用歯(28)が、前記ステム周囲表面(22)から突出し、前記歯用アクセス穴(64)および前記連結用凹所(66)に受け入れられるように構成され、前記連結用歯(28)が、前記駆動表面(68)と係合するのに適した被動表面(38)を備え、
前記第1部材が、締め付け位置と締め付け解除位置との間を移動可能であり、前記締め付け解除位置では、前記雄型部分(18)が前記アクセス穴(52)内に位置し、前記締め付け位置では、前記把持内腔(54)の前記把持表面(60)が前記ステム周囲表面(22)と係合していることを特徴とする切削工具締め付け機構(10)。 - 前記連結用歯(28)の前記被動表面(38)が、ステム後方表面(26)に向かう方向において前記ステム周囲表面(22)から隆起していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の切削工具締め付け機構(10)。
- 前記連結用歯(28)の前記被動表面(38)が、前記ステム(20)の端面から見て時計回り方向に隆起していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の切削工具締め付け機構(10)。
- 前記アクセス内腔(62)が円筒形の形状を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の切削工具締め付け機構(10)。
- 前記アクセス内腔(62)が、2つの交差ライン(58)において前記把持内腔(54)と交差することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の切削工具締め付け機構(10)。
- 前記把持内腔(254)が前記前面(48)に向かって先細りすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の切削工具締め付け機構(10)。
- 前記把持内腔(54)が円筒形の形状を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の切削工具締め付け機構(10)。
- 前記把持表面(60)が、前記把持内腔(54)と同じ長さだけ長手方向に延在することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の切削工具締め付け機構(10)。
- 前記把持表面(160)が長手方向のくぼみ(161)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の切削工具締め付け機構(10)。
- 前記中心角(α)が181度に等しいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の切削工具締め付け機構(10)。
- 前記締め付け位置において、前記前方部分(16)の後面(24)が、前記雌型部分(44)の前記前面(48)と係合していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の切削工具締め付け機構(10)。
- 前記アクセス内腔(62)の前記長手方向軸と前記把持内腔(54)の前記長手方向軸とが、互いに平行であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の切削工具締め付け機構(10)。
- 前記アクセス内腔(62)の前記長手方向軸と前記把持内腔(54)の前記長手方向軸とが、互いに距離(L)だけ離間していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の切削工具締め付け機構(10)。
- 前記連結用凹所(66)の前記駆動表面(68)が円錐台形を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の切削工具締め付け機構(10)。
- 請求項1に記載の切削工具締め付け機構(10)を組み立てる方法であって、
a)前記連結用歯(28)が前記連結用凹所(66)と軸方向に位置合わせされるまで前記ステム(20)を前記アクセス穴(52)内に挿入するステップと、
b)前記ステム(20)が前記アクセス穴(52)から前記把持内腔(54)に完全に移され、前記ステム周囲表面(22)が前記把持表面(60)と完全に当接し、前記連結用歯(28)の前記被動表面(38)が前記連結用凹所(66)の前記駆動表面(68)と係合するまで、前記前方部分(16)の端面から見て前記第2部材(14)に対して時計回りに前記第1部材(12)を回転させるステップと
を含むことを特徴とする方法。
