Claims (9)
- 加熱部においてガラス基板の表面温度を内部温度よりも高くなるように前記ガラス基板を加熱するステップ;
パターン形成部において前記加熱されたガラス基板の表面にパターンを形成するステップ;
誘電加熱部において前記パターンが形成されたガラス基板を誘電加熱するステップ;及び、
急冷却部において前記ガラス基板を急冷却するステップ;
を含み、
前記パターン形成部が、前記加熱部と前記誘電加熱部との間の空気の移動を遮断する遮断膜を含むことを特徴とするパターンド強化ガラス製造方法。 - 前記誘電加熱ステップは、前記ガラス基板の内部温度を表面温度よりも上昇させるために前記ガラス基板を高周波誘電加熱することを特徴とする、請求項1記載のパターンド強化ガラス製造方法。
- 前記ガラス基板を空中浮揚させて移送することを特徴とする、請求項1記載のパターンド強化ガラスの製造方法。
- 前記加熱ステップは、前記加熱部において、赤外線(IR)ヒーター又は電気発熱体のうち少なくともいずれか一つによって前記ガラス基板を加熱するステップであることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のパターンド強化ガラスの製造方法。
- ガラス基板の表面温度を内部温度よりも高くなるように前記ガラス基板を加熱させる加熱部;
前記加熱部によって加熱された前記ガラス基板の表面にパターンを形成するパターン形成部;
前記パターン形成部によって前記パターンが形成された前記ガラス基板を誘電加熱する誘電加熱部;
前記誘電加熱部により誘電加熱された前記ガラス基板を急冷却させる急冷却部;
を含み、
前記パターン形成部が、前記加熱部と前記誘電加熱部との間の空気の移動を遮断する遮断膜を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載のパターンド強化ガラスの製造に用いるパターンド強化ガラス製造装置。 - 前記誘電加熱部は、前記ガラス基板の内部温度を表面温度よりも上昇させるための高周波誘電加熱部であることを特徴とする、請求項5記載のパターンド強化ガラス製造装置。
- 前記パターンド強化ガラス製造装置は、前記ガラス基板を移送するための移送部を含み、
前記移送部は、ガラス基板を空中浮揚させる基板浮揚部;
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項5記載のパターンド強化ガラス製造装置。 - 前記加熱部が、
赤外線(IR)ヒーター又は電気発熱体のうち少なくともいずれか一つにより具現されることを特徴とする、請求項5記載のパターンド強化ガラス製造装置。 - 前記パターン形成部が、
パターンが形成されたパターン転写ローラー;
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項5記載のパターンド強化ガラス製造装置。
