【課題】簡単な表面処理で、文字や絵柄を書き込むことができるガラス板を提供する。【解決手段】板ガラスを打刻し、発生させた亀裂内部に空気を封入し、それを多数施すことにより文字や絵柄を書き込む。【選択図】図3

Description

考案の詳細な説明
この考案は、板硝子表面を鋭利な加工工具(アルミ製)で瞬間的に打刻することにより、微少な亀裂をガラス板に生じさせ、その亀裂内部に微少な空気を封入することにより成立する。
背景の技術
従来、硝子の表面加工は研磨装置を使用したり、薬品による腐食作用により文字や画像を書き込んでいた。
その為、加工から生じる廃棄物廃液などを発生させていた。
その上で研磨作業や腐食作業に当たっては、時間と労力を大きく消費し制作に関しては、非常にコスト及び労力を要し大量生産が不可能であった。
考案が解決使用とする課題
本案は、その欠点を除いて小規模な製作施設と天然資源の浪費及び環境破壊の少ない硝子造形物を製作する工法である。
しかも製作の原価を少なくする為の工法を開発する物である。
課題を解決するための手段
その解決手段を下記のように図面を追いながら説明する。
(イ)市場に流通する板硝子(厚み4〜25mm程度)の物を加工台にのせる。製作用架台とガラスの間には衝撃を和らげるフェルトシートをはさむ[図1]
(ロ)ガラス上面に、先のとがったアルミ製の加工具を瞬間的に打刻する。[図2]
(ハ)打刻されたガラス板は微少な亀裂を生じ、それと同時にその亀裂内部に微少な空気が封入される。[図3]
考案の効果
本案は以上のような製造方法であるから、硝子の表面処理を簡単に施する事ができる。
その事により製作原価を下げる事と余計な労力及び工場施設を作ることにより天然資源の無駄使いを押さえることに貢献する材料である。
なお、本考案の実施に当り次のような事が可能である。
(イ)ガラスの透明な部分と空気が封入された部分の違いにより識別される、透明感のある文字や図柄をガラス板に施すことが可能になる。
(ロ)ガラス板に亀裂を生じさせる位置を変更するだけで自由な形で製作可能なので非常にフレキシブルな注文にも対応できる。
したがって、コストと天然資源の使用を減少させる事が出来る。
産業上の利用の可能性
空気を封入させたガラス板に対して外部から光を当てると封入させた空気が反射し、当てた光の色が浮き出してくるので、照明機器などに使用が可能である。
