Description

The present invention uses a flat knitting machine to set up a branch that is branched into one side knitted fabric portion that is mainly knitted on one needle bed and the other side knitted fabric portion that is mainly knitted on the other needle bed. The present invention relates to a knitting method of a knitted fabric for knitting a portion, and a knitted fabric including a set-up portion obtained by the knitting method.

Conventionally, a set-up portion is formed by using a flat knitting machine, and one side knitted fabric portion and another side knitted fabric portion branched from the set-up portion are formed. The set-up portion is generally formed by alternately passing knitting yarn between the knitting needles on the front needle bed and the knitting needles on the rear needle bed of the flat knitting machine. For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a technique for forming a tightened set-up portion by forming a twisted stitch on each knitting needle when the knitting yarn is alternately passed back and forth.

Japanese Patent No. 4203414

When the skirt (knitted fabric) 100 shown in FIG. 8 is knitted, it may be knitted from one side end and finished at the other side end. In that case, the set-up portion 101 is first formed, and the front knitted fabric portion 20F and the rear knitted fabric portion 20B branching from the set-up portion 101 are knitted. Then, the front knitted fabric portion 20F and the rear knitted fabric portion 20B are joined by a bind off process at a position that is another side end of the skirt 100 to form a knitting end portion 102 of the skirt 100. Here, the set-up portion is formed by alternately supplying knitting yarns to the front and back needle beds, and therefore, from the one side knitted fabric portion and the other side knitted fabric portion formed following the set-up portion. Also excellent in elasticity. On the other hand, in the bind off process of the knitting end portion 102, double stitches are formed, and the double stitches restrain the stretch of the knitted fabric. Therefore, the stretchability of the knitting end portion 102 is larger than the stretchability of the set-up portion 101. Tend to be inferior.

When correcting the stretch imbalance between the set-up portion 101 and the end-of-knitting portion 102, a knitting method capable of improving the stretchability of the set-up end portion 102, or suppressing the stretchability of the set-up portion 101. It is conceivable to use a knitting method that can be used. However, the latter knitting method is not fully studied at present.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and one of its purposes is to apply a knitting method of a knitted fabric for knitting a set-up portion with moderately reduced stretchability, and the method. An object of the present invention is to provide a knitted fabric having a set-up portion that is knitted.

The knitting method of the knitted fabric of the present invention comprises a flat knitting machine having at least a pair of front and back needle beds, at least one of the front and back needle beds being rackable to the left and right, and capable of transferring stitches between the front and back needle beds. And knitting for knitting a set-up portion branched into one side knitted fabric portion mainly knitted on one needle bed and another side knitted fabric portion mainly knitted on the other needle bed. It depends on how the ground is organized. In the knitting method of the knitted fabric of the present invention, the following steps α to δ are repeated when the direction in which the set-up portions are sequentially formed in the longitudinal direction of the needle bed is the forming direction and the opposite direction is the starting end direction. Thus, the set-up portion is formed.
[Step α] ... After transferring the one side stitch locked to one needle bed to the knitting needle on the forming direction side, forming a new one side stitch following the wale direction of the moved one side stitch To do.
[Step β]... One side increased stitch is formed on the empty needle located on the start end direction side than the new one side stitch formed in the step α.
[Step γ] After the step β, the other side stitches locked to the other needle bed are transferred to the knitting needles on the forming direction side, and then continue in the wale direction of the moved other side stitches. A new other stitch is formed.
[Step δ]... The other side additional stitch is formed on the empty needle located on the start end direction side with respect to the new other side stitch formed in the step γ.

Of the knitting method of the knitted fabric of the present invention, the specific procedure of steps α and β will be briefly described with reference to FIGS. The short line in FIG. 1 shows the knitting needles 1-3 of one needle bed. Note that the steps γ and δ are the same as the steps α and β, and thus the description thereof is omitted.

First, as shown in FIG. 1A, one side stitch 11 is locked to the knitting needle 1 of one needle bed. The one side stitch 11 is moved to the knitting needle 2 (not limited to the knitting needle 2) on the forming direction RS side (see FIG. 1B), and a new one side stitch following the wale direction of the moved one side stitch 11 is obtained. 11 is formed (see FIG. 1C). This series of knitting is step α. Next, an empty needle located in the starting end direction LS side with respect to the new one-side stitch 11 formed in FIG. 1C (in this figure, an empty needle formed by moving the existing one-side stitch 11 in step α) One knitting stitch 13 is formed on (knitting needle 1)) (see FIG. 1D). This knitting is step β.

Here, the one-side stitch 11 and the one-side additional stitch 13 newly formed in the step α (the other side stitch not shown in FIG. 1 and the other-side additional stitch are also the same) are different from FIG. The stitch may be pulled out to the near side, or may be a twisted stitch. Further, one side widening stitch 13 to form one side stitch 11 and forming in the process alpha beta may be formed while moving the yarn feeding member in the forming direction RS, yarn feeding member in the opposite direction You may form during moving. Furthermore, the connection of the knitting yarn between the one-side stitch 11 of the process α and the one-side additional stitch 13 is not particularly limited. However, the appearance of the finished knitted fabric can be improved by suitably selecting these.

As one form of the knitting method of the knitted fabric of the present invention, it is preferable to include the following step α ′ and step γ ′.
[Step α ′]... One-side additional stitch that follows the wale direction of the one-side increased stitch formed in the (n−1) -th step β after the n-th step α and the step β or after the n-th step β. Form.
[Step γ ′]... Additional side stitches following the wale direction of the other side additional stitch formed in the (n−1) th step δ between the nth step γ and the step δ or after the nth step δ. Form.
Needless to say, n is a positive natural number of 2 or more.

The process α ′ will be briefly described with reference to FIGS. 1E to 1G (the description is omitted, but the process γ ′ is performed in the same manner as the process α ′). First, the second process α is performed from the state of FIG. Specifically, the one-side stitch 11 is moved to the forming direction RS side (FIG. 1E), and a new one-side stitch 11 following the wale direction of the moved one-side stitch 11 is formed (FIG. 1 ( F)). Next, as a process α ′, a one-side additional stitch 17 is formed following the wale direction of the one-side additional stitch 13 formed in the first process β (FIG. 1G). Finally, as the second step β, the one-side additional stitch 13 is formed on the empty needle (knitting needle 2) formed by the movement of the one-side stitch 11 in FIG. 1 (E) (FIG. 1 (H)). This step α ′ may be performed after the second step β.

As one form of the knitting method of the knitted fabric of the present invention, when forming a new one side stitch (other side stitch) following the wale direction of the existing one side stitch (other side stitch) in the step α (step γ), By moving a yarn supplying member for supplying a knitting yarn to the needle bed to a position passing through the existing one side stitch (the other side stitch), the knitting yarn extending from the yarn supplying member becomes the existing one side stitch. It is preferable to cross the (other side stitch). After that, the yarn supplying member is reversed, and the knitting yarn is pulled out from the side opposite to the side where the knitting yarn crosses the existing one side stitch (the other side stitch) to the crossing side. It is preferable to form a stitch (other side stitch).

The knitted fabric of the present invention includes a set-up portion, and one side knitted fabric portion and another side knitted fabric portion that branch from the set-up portion in different directions, and has at least a pair of front and rear needle beds. The present invention relates to a knitted fabric knitted using a flat knitting machine in which at least one of the needle beds can be racked left and right and the stitches can be transferred between the front and back needle beds. The set-up portion is composed of a plurality of units continuously knitted with a single knitting yarn or a plurality of aligned knitting yarns. Each unit is knitted after the one side stitch that is inclined with respect to the stitch of the one side knitted fabric portion and after the one side stitch, and is disposed on the opposite side to the direction in which the one side stitch is inclined with respect to the one side stitch. One side stitch, the other side stitch knitted after the one side stitch, and tilted with respect to the stitch of the other side knitted fabric, and the other side stitch knitted after the other side stitch and other than the other side stitch And an other side additional stitch arranged on the side opposite to the direction in which the side stitch is inclined. The n-th one-side stitch (other side stitch) is formed with respect to the (n-1) -th one-side stitch (other side stitch). Furthermore, the stitch of the one side knitted fabric part (other side knitted fabric part) is formed in the wale direction of the one side increased stitch (the other side increased stitch).
Needless to say, n is a positive natural number of 2 or more.

As one form of the knitted fabric of the present invention, each unit further includes one side additional stitch formed between the one side additional stitch and the stitch of the one side knitted fabric portion, and the other side additional stitch and the other side knitted fabric portion. It is preferable to include the other side additional stitch formed between the stitches .

According to the knitting method of the knitted fabric of the present invention, the knitted fabric of the present invention including a set-up portion having stretchability suppressed as compared with the conventional one can be knitted. The stretchability of the set-up portion is moderately suppressed because the one side stitch, one side added stitch, the other side stitch, and the other side added stitch constituting the unit of the set-up portion are formed in a predetermined order, It is because each other's movement is restrained moderately. In addition, since the stitches and the additional stitches are formed in a predetermined order, the crossover yarn that passes between the one side knitted fabric portion and the other side knitted fabric portion looks like a stitch. Will be better. In addition, it becomes difficult to make a hole in the set-up portion due to the crossover yarn.

According to the knitting method of the knitted fabric of the present invention for forming the one side additional stitch (the other side additional stitch) following the wale direction of the one side additional stitch (the other side additional stitch), the one side additional stitch and the other side additional stitch are simply formed. It is possible to form a set-up portion that is tightened more than the formation. This is because by forming the additional stitch, the movement of each stitch is further restrained, and it becomes difficult to spread between the one side knitted fabric portion and the other side knitted fabric portion.

Knitting of the knitted fabric of the present invention in which the existing one side stitch (the other side stitch) is crossed and then the new one side stitch (the other side stitch) is knitted following the existing one side stitch (the other side stitch) According to the method, the knitting yarn can be arranged so as to be wound around one side stitch (the other side stitch). The wound knitting yarn makes the one side stitch (the other side stitch) half-rotated to the inside of the knitted fabric and makes it difficult to see from the outside of the knitted fabric. Even if the one side stitch and the other side stitch are arranged outside the knitted fabric without adopting this configuration, the one side stitch and the other side stitch may be regarded as the design of the knitted fabric. If the overall design of the knitted fabric is adjusted so that it is possible, the stitches on the one side and the stitches on the other side will not impair the appearance of the knitted fabric.

2 to 4 are knitting process diagrams for forming the set-up portion 101 with a series of knitting yarns fed from one yarn feeding member. The “S + number” described in the left column of FIGS. 2 to 4 is the number of the knitting process, the left and right arrows and “K” described in the right column are knits by moving the yarn supplying member in the direction of the arrow. When performing knitting, the up and down or diagonal arrows indicate the transfer in that direction. Also, ○ in the middle column showing the actual knitting state is the old stitch that is locked to the needle bed, ● is the stitch that is newly knitted in each knitting process, ◎ is the double stitch, V is the increased stitch , ▽ indicates a yarn supplying member, and a portion actually performed in each knitting process is indicated by a thick line. Further, in FIGS. 2 to 4, since the set-up portion 101 is formed from the left side to the right side of the drawing, the right direction on the drawing is called “formation direction RS”, and the left direction on the drawing is called “starting direction LS”. .

In S0 of FIG. 2, a stitch by a take-off thread is locked to the knitting needles 2 to 7 of the front needle bed (hereinafter referred to as FB) as a stitch at the end portion of the discarded knitting to facilitate knitting, BB) shows a state in which the stitches by the drawn yarn are locked to the knitting needles 2 to 7. From this state of S0, as preparation for applying the knitting method of the knitted fabric of the present invention shown in FIG. 3 and subsequent figures, end processing shown in S1 to S10 in FIG. 2 is performed. The thread is removed from the skirt 100 when the skirt 100 is completed.

In S1, the stitch is transferred to the knitting needle 1 of the FB opposite to the stitch formed by the drawn yarn locked to the knitting needle 2 of the BB. In S2, the stitch locked to the knitting needle 3 of the BB is overlapped with the stitch transferred to the knitting needle 1 of the FB in S1. Furthermore, in S3, the yarn supplying member is moved in the forming direction RS to form a one-side starting stitch 9 which is a new stitch following the double stitches of the FB knitting needles 1, and in S4, the starting end is more than the one-side starting stitch 9. The yarn supplying member is moved in the direction LS. In S5, the one-side starting stitch 9 is transferred to the knitting needle 2 of the BB.

In S6, the stitch is transferred to the knitting needle 3 of the BB facing the stitches formed by the drawn yarns locked to the knitting needle 2 of the FB. In S7, the stitches locked to the knitting needles 3 of the FB are overlapped with the stitches transferred to the knitting needles 3 of the BB in S6. Further, in S8, the yarn supplying member is moved in the forming direction RS to form the other side starting end stitch 10 which is a new stitch following the overlap of the knitting needles 3 of BB. In S9, the starting side direction is more than the other side starting end stitch 10. The yarn supplying member is moved to LS. In S10, the other-side starting stitch 10 is transferred to the knitting needle 2 of the FB.

When the end processing shown in the knitting process of FIG. 2 is completed, the knitting method of the knitted fabric of the present invention shown in the knitting process of FIGS.

First, in S11 of FIG. 3, the yarn supplying member is moved toward the forming direction RS to a position exceeding the knitting needle 3. In S12, the one-side stitch 11 locked to the BB knitting needle 2 is transferred to the FB knitting needle 3 (empty needle) (the first half of the present invention step α). In S <b> 13, the stitch 21 (BB knitting needle 4) that is adjacent to the one-side stitch 11 in the forming direction RS in S <b> 11 is transferred to the knitting needle 3 of FB. As a result, the one-side overlap stitch 15 is formed in the knitting needle 3 of the FB.

In S14, the yarn feeding member is moved toward the starting end direction LS to form a new one-side stitch 11 following the wale direction of the one-side overlap stitch 15 formed in S13 (the second half of the present invention step α), and then One side additional stitch 13 consisting of hooks is formed on the knitting needle 2 of BB (invention step β). Since the one-side stitch 15 includes the one-side stitch 11 of S11, the new one-side stitch 11 formed in S14 is a surface that follows the wale direction of the existing one-side stitch 11 in S11. Further, the knitting needle on which the one side additional stitch 13 is formed is a knitting needle that has become an empty needle by moving the one side stitch 11 in the forming direction RS in S12.

Here, after the yarn feeding member is moved to a position exceeding the knitting needle 3 in S11, a new one-side stitch 11 is formed as shown in S12 to S14, so that the knitting yarn extending from the yarn feeding member is in S12. A new one-side stitch 11 formed in S14 is pulled from the BB side to the FB side across the FB side of the one-side stitch 11 (configuration of claim 3). The effects associated with the arrangement state of the knitting yarn will be described later.

In next S15, the yarn supplying member is moved in the forming direction RS to a position exceeding the knitting needle 4. In S16, the new one-side stitch 11 formed in S14 is transferred to the knitting needle 3 of BB.

In S17, the other side stitch 12 held on the knitting needle 2 of the FB, is transferred to the knitting needle 4 (empty needles) of B B (first half of the present invention step gamma). In S18, the stitch 22 (FB knitting needle 4) formed by the drawn yarn adjacent to the other side stitch 12 in the forming direction RS in S16 is transferred to the BB knitting needle 4. As a result, the other side overlap stitch 16 is formed on the knitting needle 4 of the BB.

In S19, the yarn supplying member is moved toward the starting end direction LS to form a new other side stitch 12 following the wale direction of the other side overlapping stitch 16 formed in S18 (second half of the present invention step γ), and then On the knitting needle 2 of the FB, the other side additional stitch 14 formed by the hook is formed (invention step δ). Since the other side stitch 16 includes the other side stitch 12 of S16, the new other side stitch 12 formed in S19 is a surface following the wale direction of the existing other side stitch 12 in S16. The knitting needle on which the other side additional stitch 14 is formed is a knitting needle that has become an empty needle by moving the other side stitch 12 in S17.

Here, after the yarn supplying member is moved to a position exceeding the knitting needle 4 in S15, a new other stitch 12 is formed as shown in S17 to S19, so that the knitting yarn extending from the yarn supplying member becomes S17. Crossing the BB side of the other side stitch 12 at, the new other side stitch 12 formed at S19 is pulled out from the FB side to the BB side (configuration of claim 3). The effects associated with the arrangement state of the knitting yarn will be described later.

In next S20, the yarn supplying member is moved in the forming direction RS to a position exceeding the knitting needle 4. In S21, the stitch transfer new other side stitch 12 formed in S19 the knitting needle 3 of F B.

In S22 and S23 of FIG. 4, as in S12 and S13 of FIG. 3, the one-side stitch 15 is formed by superimposing the one-side stitch 11 and the stitch 21 using the drawn yarn with the knitting needle 4 (blank needle) of FB. To do.

In the next S24 and S25, knitting different from S14 and S15 in FIG. 3 is performed. First, in S24, the yarn supplying member is moved toward the starting end direction LS to form a new one-side stitch 11 that follows the wale direction of the one-side overlap stitch 15 that is locked to the knitting needle 4 of the FB (invention step). The second half of α). In S24, a one-side additional stitch 17 following the wale direction of the one-side additional stitch 13 formed on the knitting needle 2 of BB in S14 of FIG. 3 is formed (invention step α ′).

In S25, the yarn supplying member is moved in the forming direction RS to form one side stitch 13 on the knitting needle 3 of the BB (invention step β). In S26, the new one side stitch 11 formed in S24 is formed. Is transferred from the knitting needle 4 of the FB to the knitting needle 4 of the BB. In S25, the yarn supplying member is moved to a position beyond the knitting needle 5.

In S27 and S28, the BB knitting needle 5 (blank needle) is used to form the other side stitch 16 in which the other side stitch 12 and the stitch 22 formed by the drawn yarn are overlapped (the first half of the present invention step γ). In S29, the yarn supplying member is moved toward the starting end direction LS to form a new other side stitch 12 following the wale direction of the other side overlapping stitch 16 (the second half of the present invention step γ). In S29, the other side additional stitch 18 following the wale direction of the other side additional stitch 14 formed in the knitting needle 2 of the FB in S19 of FIG. 3 is formed (invention step γ ').

In S30, the yarn supplying member is moved in the forming direction RS to form the other side additional stitch 14 on the knitting needle 3 of the FB (present invention step δ). In S31, the new other side stitch 12 formed in S29 is , Transfer from the knitting needle 5 of the BB to the knitting needle 4 of the FB. In S30, the yarn supplying member is moved to a position beyond the knitting needle 5.

After S31, the same knitting as S21 to S31 may be repeated. By doing so, the set-up part 101 shown in the loop diagram of FIG. 5 and the photograph of FIG. 6 can be knitted. The front side in FIG. 5 corresponds to the inside of the skirt 100 (FIG. 8), and the back side in FIG. 5 corresponds to the outside of the skirt 100. Note that the stitch state shown in the loop diagram of FIG. 5 follows the locus of the knitting yarn, and is slightly different from the stitch state in the actual knitted fabric.

As shown in the loop diagram of FIG. 5, the set-up unit 101 includes one side stitch 11 → one side additional stitch 17 → one side additional stitch 13 → other side stitch 12 → other side additional stitch 18 → other side additional stitch 14, Are formed by a plurality of units ω formed in this order. Further, the connection between adjacent units ω is such that the one side stitch 11 and the other side stitch 13 of the n (two or more) unit ω are respectively the one side stitch 11 and the other side stitch 13 of the (n−1) th unit ω. It is done by being formed against. Since the eyes 11, 17, 13, 12, 18, and 14 formed in a predetermined order moderately restrain each other's movement, the stretchability of the set-up portion 101 of the first embodiment is the conventional set-up. It becomes a state that is suppressed more than the part. As a result, when knitting a tubular knitted fabric having a set-up portion 101 and a knitting end portion 102 like a skirt 100 with reference to FIG. The stretchability of the set-up portion 101 and the end-of-knitting portion 102 can be made substantially the same, and the deformation caused by wearing can be prevented.

Further, as indicated by the white arrow in FIG. 5, in the set-up portion 101 according to the first embodiment, the knitting yarn that connects the nth one side stitch 11 and the (n−1) th other side increase stitch 14 is n The -1st one-side stitch 11 crosses the back side of the paper surface, and the n-th one-side stitch 11 is pulled out from the front side of the paper surface to the back side. That is, the knitting yarn is wound around the (n-1) th one-side stitch 11, and the knitting yarn rotates the n-1st one-side stitch 11 in the direction of a dotted arrow. As a result, the one side stitch 11 inclined with respect to the stitch of the one side knitted fabric portion 20B is wound on the front side of the paper (that is, the inside of the skirt 100) and can be made invisible from the outside of the skirt 100 (FIG. 6). (See (A)). The one-side stitch 11 wound inside the skirt 100 is aligned in the forming direction of the set-up portion 101 (see FIG. 6B).

Further, as shown in the loop diagram of FIG. 5, the crossover yarn of the set-up portion 101 between the one side knitted fabric portion 20B and the other side knitted fabric portion 20F is arranged as if it is a stitch. ), The set-up portion 101 is hardly noticeable, and the set-up portion 101 is difficult to have a hole.

<Embodiment 2>
Unlike the first embodiment, the set-up portion 101 may be knitted without forming the one side additional stitch 17 and the other side additional stitch 18 shown in the knitting process diagram of FIG. 4 and the loop diagram of FIG. For example, the same knitting as in FIGS. 2 and 3 of the first embodiment is performed, and the knitting similar to S11 to S21 may be repeated after S21 in FIG.

Also by the knitting method of the knitted fabric according to the second embodiment, the set-up portion 101 that is less stretchable than the conventional set-up portion can be knitted.

<Embodiment 3>
Unlike Embodiments 1 and 2, the set-up portion is formed by the knitting method of the knitted fabric of the present invention from a state in which no knitting yarn is applied to the needle bed (that is, a state in which there is no stitch by the drawn yarn at S0 in FIG. 2 ). It doesn't matter. In that case, two additional stitches, which are the one side stitch and the other side stitch, are formed on an arbitrary knitting needle of the FB and a knitting needle of the BB that is substantially opposite to the knitting needle. Next, after the FB increase stitch is moved to the formation direction RS side, a new one-side stitch is formed following the increase wale direction. Then, a new additional stitch is formed on the knitting needle that has become an empty needle as the additional stitch moves. The same knitting is performed in BB. Thereafter, “movement of the stitch in the forming direction” → “formation of the stitch following the wale direction of the moved stitch” → “formation of the additional stitch with the empty needle formed by the movement of the stitch” is set as one set. By performing knitting alternately in FB and BB, the set-up portion can be formed from a state in which there is no stitch by the drawn yarn.

<Embodiment 4>
The knitted fabric to which the knitting method of the knitted fabric of the present invention is applied is not limited to the skirt knitted from the side end shown in the first embodiment. For example, a knitted fabric can be knitted as shown in FIG. 7 by knitting a set-up portion according to the knitting process shown in Embodiment 1 and performing circular knitting on the set-up portion. In this case, the set-up portion 101 is arranged at the bottom of the bag-like knitted fabric. Here, since the stretchability of the set-up portion 101 is suppressed as compared with the prior art, the knitted fabric is less likely to lose its shape even if an accessory is put into the knitted fabric. In addition, the knitting method of the knitted fabric of the present invention can be applied to knitting such as a sweater knitted from the side.

In addition, this invention is not necessarily limited to embodiment mentioned above, In the range which does not deviate from the summary of this invention, it can change suitably and can implement.
