Description

The present invention relates to a method for knitting a tubular knitted fabric that performs bind-off processing on the stitches at the end in the wale direction of the tubular knitted fabric that is locked to a needle bed when knitting a tubular knitted fabric using a flat knitting machine, and The present invention relates to a tubular knitted fabric obtained by applying the knitting method of the tubular knitted fabric.

When a tubular knitted fabric is knitted with a flat knitting machine, a bind-off process can be given as a method of processing so that the stitch of the final course of the tubular knitted fabric (the stitch at the end in the wale direction) cannot be unraveled. In the conventional bind-off process, the stitches at the ends in the wale direction of the tubular knitted fabric that is locked to the needle bed are first overlapped. Then, forming a new stitch following the overlapped double stitch (multiple stitch), and further superimposing the new stitch on the stitches at the end in the wale direction of the tubular knitted fabric. This process is repeated over the entire circumference.

Japanese Examined Patent Publication No. 7-65258

However, in the conventional bind off process, since the start end and end part of the bind off process cannot be joined on the flat knitting machine, it is necessary to join the start end and end part by post-processing such as sewing. This is because the stitches of the final course of the tubular knitted fabric are sequentially removed from the needle bed by the bind off process, so that when the end part of the bind off process is formed, the start end is already removed from the needle bed. is there.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and is knitted by applying a knitting method of a tubular knitted fabric capable of joining a start end portion and a terminal end portion of bind-off processing on a flat knitting machine, and the knitting method. An object is to provide a tubular knitted fabric.

[工程A]…
The knitting method of the tubular knitted fabric of the present invention has at least a pair of front and back needle beds, and a yarn feed port for supplying knitting yarn to the knitting needles of these needle beds, and the stitches locked by the knitting needles are different. Using a flat knitting machine that can be transferred to the knitting needle, a cylindrical shape that binds the stitches at the end in the wale direction of the one side knitted fabric portion and the other side knitted fabric portion that are locked to the front and back needle beds in a tubular shape A knitting method of a knitted fabric, comprising the following steps A to F.
[Step A]... A plurality of stitches serving as start ends of the bind off process and a plurality of stitches serving as connecting portions used in the subsequent process on the outer side in the knitting width direction than the one side knitted fabric portion and the other side knitted fabric portion. Are continuously formed.
[Step B] ... The starting end portion is defined as a base portion, and at least one row of bind-off processing stitch rows continuous in the wale direction of the base portion is knitted.
[Step C]... Of the top stitch row by moving the uppermost stitch row at the uppermost stage of the bind off stitch processing stitch row knitted in Step B to the one side knitted fabric portion side. The stitches of the one side knitted fabric portion are overlapped with the end stitches adjacent to the upper stitch row.
[Step D] ... The upper stitch row moved to the one side knitted fabric portion side is defined as a new base portion, and the same knitting as in Step B and Step C is repeatedly performed on the base portion. The bind-off processing is performed on the one side knitted fabric portion.
[Step E]... The left and right positions of the stitches forming the last stitch row formed last in Step D are interchanged, the upper stitch row is defined as a new base portion, and the bind off process similar to that in Step D is performed as described above. Repeat for the side knitted fabric.
[Step F]... Steps A to E are used to circulate in a cylindrical shape from the one side knitted fabric portion to the other side knitted fabric portion, and the wales of the one side knitted fabric portion and the other side knitted fabric portion. A band-shaped knitted fabric portion for forming the stitches at the end portions in the direction is formed. In step F, the end portion of the belt-shaped knitted fabric portion (that is, the upper knitted stitch row formed last in step E) is joined to the connection portion formed in step A using a knitting yarn connected to the end portion.

The number of stitches constituting the starting end in Step A is 2 or more, preferably 3 or more and 16 or less. Further, the number of stitches at the starting end and the number of stitches at the connecting portion in step A may be different or the same. The stitches at the start end and the stitches at the connecting portion are preferably formed alternately. Furthermore, in the processes BD after the process A, the number of stitches constituting the bind-off processing stitch row formed using the starting end as a foothold may be increased or decreased during the processes BD. Here, since the formation of the start end portion and the connecting portion in the step A is performed outside the knitting width of the one side knitted fabric portion and the other side knitted fabric portion, it is a normal hook stitch. The start end portion and the connection portion may be formed by further forming a stitch on the hook. Preferably, the start end portion and the connection portion are formed by twisted hooks formed while returning the knitting direction.

The stitch row for bind off treatment in the steps B to D is one or more stages, preferably two or more stages and four or less stages. The number of stages of the bind-off processing stitch row may be increased or decreased during the processes B to D. Each bind-off processing stitch row may consist only of a front stitch, may consist only of a back stitch, or a mixture of front and back stitches. For example, when knitting a plurality of bind-off stitch rows in each process, one of the bind-off stitch rows adjacent in the wale direction is unified with the front (or back) and the other is the back (or front). ). In addition, the bind-off processing stitch row may be knitted by combining the formation of the front and back stitches, the miss knitting, and the tack knitting, and by doing so, it is possible to form a textured pattern on the belt-like knitted fabric portion. Here, the “surface” refers to the state of the stitch when the tubular knitted fabric is viewed from the outside of the tube.

When the upper stitch row is overlapped with the one side knitted fabric portion (other side stitch row) in the above steps C and D (step E), any stitch of the upper stitch row is overlapped with the one side knitted fabric portion (other side stitch row). May be. Further, the stitches in the upper stitch row may be overlapped on either the inner side or the outer side of the tube of the one side knitted fabric portion (other side knitted fabric portion). If the stitches are overlapped on the outside of the cylinder, an edge that rises at the end in the wale direction of the tubular knitted fabric can be formed as shown in the photograph of FIG.

The number of stitches at the end portion and the number of stitches at the connection portion to be joined in the step F may be different or the same number. In particular, the latter case is preferable because the terminal portion and the connecting portion can be joined without any step. Most preferably, the number of stitches at the end portion, the connection portion, and the start end portion is the same.

As one form of the knitting method of the tubular knitted fabric of the present invention, in step E, before changing the left and right positions of the stitches constituting the upper stitch row, the yarn feeder is placed on the outer side in the knitting width direction of the one side knitted fabric portion. It is preferable to move the knitting yarn extending from the yarn feeder around the outside of the cylinder of the tubular knitted fabric.

As one form of the knitting method of the tubular knitted fabric of the present invention, in step F, it is preferable to repeat the following two operations alternately.
[Operation 1]... Moves some stitches of the upper stitch row toward the boundary between the upper stitch row formed at the end of the process E and the connection portion formed in the process A, thereby approaching the boundary portion Form a double stitch at the position where it will be formed, and form a new stitch following the double stitch.
[Operation 2] ... Move some stitches of the connecting portion toward the boundary portion, thereby forming a double stitch at a position close to the boundary portion, and forming a new stitch following the double stitch. .

On the other hand, the tubular knitted fabric of the present invention has at least a pair of front and back needle beds, and a yarn feeder for supplying knitting yarn to the knitting needles of these needle beds, and another knitting needle that is stitched to the knitting needle. This is a tubular knitted fabric in which the stitches at the ends in the wale direction of the one side knitted fabric portion and the other side knitted fabric portion are knitted using a flat knitting machine that can be transferred to the side. In the tubular knitted fabric of the present invention, the stitches at the end portions in the wale direction of the one-side knitted fabric portion and the other-side knitted fabric portion circulate in a cylindrical shape from the one-side knitted fabric portion to the other-side knitted fabric portion. The bind off process is performed by the belt-shaped knitted fabric part. And the start end part and termination | terminus part of the strip | belt-shaped knitted fabric part are joined by the knitting yarn connected to a termination | terminus part, It is characterized by the above-mentioned.

According to the knitting method of the tubular knitted fabric of the present invention, the stitches at the end (final course) in the wale direction of the tubular knitted fabric are subjected to the bind-off treatment by the strip-shaped knitted fabric portion, and the start and end portions of the strip-shaped knitted fabric portion Can be knitted. This belt-shaped knitted fabric portion does not require post-processing such as sewing that is necessary for joining the start end portion and the end end portion in the conventional bind-off processing portion. When the start end portion and the end end portion are joined without being sewn in this manner, the entire belt-shaped knitted fabric portion can absorb elongation, and yarn breakage or the like hardly occurs in the belt-shaped knitted fabric portion.

As described above, the start end portion and the end end portion of the belt-shaped knitted fabric portion can be joined by forming the start end portion (start end portion of the belt-shaped knitted fabric portion) of the bind-off process in the knitting method of the tubular knitted fabric of the present invention. At the same time, a connecting portion connected to the starting end portion is formed. The connecting portion remains locked to the needle bed while the band-shaped knitted fabric portion is formed to bind the final course of the tubular knitted fabric with the starting end as a foothold, and finally the band-shaped knitted fabric It is joined to the terminal part of the part. Since the connection portion is connected to the start end portion, the start end portion and the end end portion of the belt-shaped knitted fabric portion are joined. Further, in the knitting method of the present invention, since the starting end portion is formed outside the knitted fabric portion in the knitting width direction, the stitches can be smoothly transferred when knitting after the starting end portion.

It is an image figure of the knitting process which shows the procedure which performs the bind off process of the edge part of the collar part of the sweater shown to embodiment, (A) is the state at the time of the start of a bind off process, (B) intermediate states that, (C) shows the state immediately before the end the bind-off process. It is a knitting process figure which shows the first half part of the knitting process at the time of the start of a bind off process. It is a knitting process figure which shows the latter half part of the knitting process at the time of the start of a bind off process. It is a knitting process figure at the time of transferring a bind-off process from a back needle bed to a front needle bed. It is a knitting process figure which shows the first half part of the knitting process at the time of completion | finish of a bind off process. It is a knitting process figure which shows the second half part of the knitting process at the time of completion | finish of a bind off process. It is a figure which shows the enlarged photograph of the collar part of the sweater knitted according to the knitting process shown to embodiment.

Hereinafter, in the drawing, the knitting method of the tubular knitted fabric of the present invention and the sweater knitted using the knitting method are shown in the drawings, taking as an example the case where the end of the heel direction of the collar part of the sweater knitted into a tubular shape is treated with a bind off. This will be explained based on. The knitting described in this embodiment includes a pair of front and back needle beds that extend in the left-right direction and face each other in the front-rear direction, and a two-bed flat knitting machine capable of transferring stitches between the front and back needle beds. The knitting example used will be described. Of course, the flat knitting machine to be used may be a four-bed flat knitting machine.

In FIG. 1, the image figure which concerns on the knitting process for carrying out the bind off process of the wale direction edge part of the collar part 30 from the state which knitted the collar part 30 of the sweater 100 is shown. First, as shown in FIG. 1 (A), on the outer side in the knitting width direction of the front knitted fabric portion 10 and the rear knitted fabric portion 20 of the heel portion 30 locked to the needle bed, a plurality of hooks made of the same knitting yarn are provided. Form. The half of the plurality of hooks becomes the start end 0 used when starting the bind off process of the stitch of the final course of the collar part 30, and the rest becomes the connecting part 9 used when completing the bind off process. .

Next, as shown in FIG. 1 (B), the bind-off stitch row (lower stitch row) 2 continuing in the wale direction of the starting end portion 0 (base portion 1) , and the bind-off continuing in the wale direction of the lower stitch row 2 A processing stitch row (upper stitch row) 3 is formed. Then, one of the plurality of stitches constituting the upper stitch row 3 is superposed on the end stitch of the rear knitted fabric portion (one side knitted fabric portion) 20, that is, the stitch of the heel portion 30, and the double stitches. The upper stitch row 3 that is included is redefined as a new base portion 1. Thereafter, the lower stitch row 2 and the upper stitch row 3 following the wale direction of the base portion 1 are knitted, one of the stitches of the upper stitch row 3 is overlapped with the stitch of the rear knitted fabric portion 20, and the upper stitch row. 3 is repeatedly defined as the base portion 1, and the stitches at the end in the wale direction of the rear knitted fabric portion 20 are subjected to bind off processing. When the bind off process is finished for the rear knitted fabric part 20, the processing direction is reversed, and the same knitting is performed for the front knitted fabric part (the other knitted fabric part) 10. By doing so, the band-shaped knitted fabric portion 4 is knitted on the edge of the heel portion 30 while the bind off process is performed on the stitches of the heel portion 30.

Finally, as shown in FIG. 1 (C), the stitches at the end of the belt-like knitted fabric portion 4 and the stitches at the connecting portion 9 connected to the start end of the belt-like knitted fabric portion 4 are joined together, End the bind-off process.

Next, a specific knitting process of the sweater 100 described with reference to FIG. 1 will be described with reference to FIGS. It should be noted that at the start of knitting, which is the main point of the knitting method of the tubular knitted fabric of the present invention (FIGS. 2 and 3), when the knitting is folded back from the rear knitted fabric portion 20 to the front knitted fabric portion 10 (FIG. 4), and at the end of knitting. The knitting process will be described with a focus on (FIGS. 5 and 6).

"Alphabet + number" in FIGS. 2-6 shows a process number, and the up-down direction or diagonal arrow shows the direction of transfer (a racking operation | movement is abbreviate | omitted). A to Z in the figure indicate knitting needles of a front needle bed (hereinafter referred to as FB) and a rear needle bed (hereinafter referred to as BB). In the figure, ○ indicates a stitch that is locked to the needle bed, V indicates a hook, ◎ indicates a double stitch, ○ + V indicates a double stitch of the stitch and the hook, and ▽ indicates a yarn feeder. The operations actually performed in the process are indicated by bold lines. In order to make the explanation easy to understand, the number of knitting needles will be described to be smaller than the number used in actual knitting.

<At the start of knitting>
S0 in FIG. 2 shows a state in which the stitches of the final course of the collar portion 30 of the sweater 100 shown in FIG. 1A are locked to the FB and BB. From this state, the stitches of the final course of the heel part 30 are subjected to the bind off process by the knitting method of the tubular knitted fabric of the present invention.

First, in S1, when the yarn feeder is moved in the right direction on the paper surface, a stitch is formed on the knitting needle F of BB. Next, in S2, a hook is formed on the knitting needle E of the FB when the yarn feeder is once swung to the left side of the paper and then moved rightward. By repeating the same knitting as the knitting of S1 and S2 twice while shifting the knitting needle, the knitting needle A of the FB on the outer side in the knitting width direction of the front knitted fabric portion 10 and the rear knitted fabric portion 20 as shown in S2 ′. , C, E and BB, the hooks twisted around the knitting needles B, D, F are formed continuously. Among these hooks, the hook locked to the BB is the start end portion 0, and the hook locked to the FB is the connection portion 9.

In addition, the hook which becomes the start part 0 and the connection part 9 may be a hook which is not twisted. In addition, the hooks may be formed first, and the stitches following the hooks may be formed, and these stitches may be used as the start end portion 0 and the connection portion 9. Further, the number of stitches (hooks) constituting the starting end portion 0 and the connecting portion 9 may be two, or four or more. The number of stitches (hanging stitches) determines the width of the strip-shaped knitted fabric portion 4 (the length in the vertical direction of the paper in FIG. 1C).

After S2 ′, the starting end portion 0 is defined as the base portion 1, and the back knitted fabric portion 20 is subjected to bind off processing. First, in S3, on the knitting needle B of the FB facing the hook that is locked to the knitting needle B of the BB that is the outermost in the knitting width direction of the starting end portion 0 (base portion 1) locked to the BB in S2 ′. Transfer. In S4, a new stitch is formed following the hook of the knitting needle B of the FB while the yarn feeder is moved in the right direction on the paper surface. In the next S5 and S6, the stitches of the BB knitting needles D are transferred to the opposing knitting needles D, and new stitches following the stitches are formed. Then, the same knitting as S3, S4 and S5, S6 is repeated once more, and as shown in S6 ′, the lower stitch row 2 continuing in the wale direction of the starting end portion 0 consisting of the hook is completed. The stitches in the lower stitch row 2 are used when the back knitted fabric portion 20 is subjected to the bind off process, and become the back stitches when viewed from the outside of the cylinder. Of course, the lower stitch row 2 may be a front stitch when viewed from the outside of the cylinder.

In FIG. 3 following FIG. 2, the stitches of the front knitted fabric portion 10 and the hooks of the connecting portion 9 are indicated by dotted lines in order to make the relationship between the stitches easy to understand. In S7 of FIG. 3, the stitches of the lower stitch row 2 locked to the knitting needles B, D, and F of the FB in S6 ′ of FIG. 2 are transferred to the knitting needles B, D, and F of the BB facing each other. In S8, the upper stitch row 3 that follows the wale direction of the lower stitch row 2 is knitted. The stitches in the upper stitch row 3 become front stitches when viewed from the outside of the cylinder. If the lower stitch row 2 is a front stitch when viewed from the outside of the cylinder, the upper stitch row 3 is preferably a back stitch.

In S9, the knitting needles H, J, L, N, P of the FB facing the stitches of the rear knitted fabric portion 20 locked to the knitting needles H, J, L, N, P, R, T, V, X of the BB. Transfer to R, T, V, X. In S10, the upper stitch row 3 locked to the knitting needles B, D, and F of the BB is transferred to the knitting needles D, F, and H of the FB, so that the upper stitch row 3 is moved to the rear knitted fabric portion 20 side. While being moved, the stitch at the right end of the upper surface of the stitch row 3 is overlapped with the stitch at the left end of the rear knitted fabric portion 20. Here, the upper stitch row 3 is a stitch row connected in the wale direction of the starting end portion 0 formed outside the knitting width of the front knitted fabric portion 10 and the rear knitted fabric portion 20, and is therefore easily transferred. If the lower stitch row 2 and the upper stitch row 3 are formed continuously in the wale direction of the knitted fabric portions 10 and 20 as in the conventional bind off process, the upper stitch row 3 is affected by the knitted fabric portions 10 and 20. It becomes difficult to transfer.

The upper stitch row 3 moved in S <b> 10 is defined as a new base portion 1 including a double stitch with the rear knitted fabric portion 20. In the next S11, the lower stitch row 2 composed of the back stitches is formed following the wale direction of the base portion 1 defined in S10. In S12 and S13, the upper stitch train consisting of the front stitches following the wale direction of the lower stitch train 2 is formed. 3 is formed. By knitting the lower stitch row 2 in S11, the stitch at the left end of the rear knitted fabric portion 20 (the stitch of the knitting needle H of the FB in S9) is subjected to the bind off process. Thereafter, the upper knitting row 3 moved to the back knitted fabric portion 20 side is redefined as a new base portion 1, and the same knitting as the knitting shown in S10 to S13 is repeated, and the final course of the back knitted fabric portion 20 is bound. The belt-shaped knitted fabric portion 4 is knitted while processing (see also FIG. 1 (B)).

Here, in the present embodiment, the stitch (knitting needle F) at the end portion close to the rear knitted fabric portion 20 in the upper knitted stitch row 3 is changed to the stitch (knitting needle H) of the rear knitted fabric portion 20 close to the upper knitted stitch row 3. Although it piled up on the outer side of a pipe | tube (refer S10), it is not necessarily limited to such a pile-up method. For example, the stitches in the upper stitch row 3 that overlap the stitches (knitting needles H) at the end in the knitting width direction of the rear knitted fabric portion 20 are locked to the stitches locked to the knitting needles B of the BB or the knitting needles D of the BB. It may be a stitch. Further, the stitches of the upper stitch row 3 may be overlapped on the inner side of the cylinder of the rear knitted fabric portion 20.

<When folded>
Next, the knitting process at the time of shifting to the bind off process of the front knitted fabric part 10 after the bind off process of the back knitted fabric part 20 is completed will be described based on FIG. In FIG. 4, for the convenience of explanation, the knitting needle A ′ is shown on the further right side of the knitting needle Z.

At T1 in FIG. 4, the upper stitch row 3 formed for the bind off process is moved toward the side where the last stitch (FB needle X) of the rear knitted fabric portion 20 is located, and the last stitch and the upper stitch A state in which the stitches at the right end of the sheet of the row 3 are overlapped is shown. Also in this case, the upper knitting row 3 including the double stitch formed on the knitting needle X is defined as the base portion 1, and knitting after T2 is performed.

(T4)。   First, while moving the yarn feeder in the right direction on the paper surface, a new lower stitch row 2 following the wale direction of the stitches of the knitting needles T, V, X defined as the base portion 1 at T1 is knitted (see T2). The lower stitch row 2 is transferred to the knitting needles T, V, and X of the opposing BB (T3). Then, while the yarn feeder is moved in the left direction of the drawing, the upper stitch row 3 following the wale direction of the transferred lower stitch row 2 is knitted (T4).

After the end of T4, the bind-off process direction is opposite to that in the past, and therefore the positions in the knitting width direction of the three stitches constituting the upper stitch row 3 need to be switched on the left and right. Therefore, at T5, first, the upper stitch row 3 is transferred from BB to FB, and then the yarn feeder is moved to the outside in the knitting width direction from the upper stitch row 3. At T6, the stitches of the knitting needles T, V, and X of the FB are transferred to the knitting needles A ′, Y, and W of the BB using the racking of the BB. The order of transfer is the stitch of the knitting needle T of the FB first, the stitch of the knitting needle V of the FB next, and the stitch of the knitting needle X of the FB last.

Here, at T5, the yarn feeder is moved to the right in the drawing after the upper stitch row is moved from BB to FB because the knitting yarn extending from the yarn feeder is arranged outside the cylinder. By doing so, the appearance of the folded portion of the belt-shaped knitted fabric portion 4 (corresponding to the folded portion of the circular arrow in FIG. 1B) can be improved.

In the next T7, all the stitches of the front knitted fabric portion 10 that are locked to the knitting needles G, I, K, M, O, Q, S, U, and W of the FB are all opposed to the knitting needles G, I, and K of the BB facing each other. , M, O, Q, S, U, W. As a result, the stitches at the right side edge of the front knitted fabric portion 10 are overlapped with the stitches at the left side edge of the upper stitch row 3 after the left and right positions are switched at T6. Thereafter, as illustrated in T8 to T11, the bind off process similar to the bind off process performed on the back knitted fabric portion 20 is repeated. Specifically, at T8, the upper stitch row 3 locked to the knitting needles A ′, Y, and W of the BB is defined as the base portion 1, and the lower stitch row 2 following the wale direction of the base portion 1 is knitted. . In T9 and T10, the upper stitch row 3 following the wale direction of the lower stitch row 2 is knitted. At T11, the upper stitch row 3 is moved to the front knitted fabric portion 10 side, and the stitches of the upper knitted stitch row 3 and the stitches at the end of the front knitted fabric portion 10 adjacent to the upper knitted stitch row 3 are overlapped, The moved upper stitch row 3 (including the overlapping stitch with the stitch of the front knitted fabric portion 10) is defined as a new base portion 1.

<At the end of organization>
Finally, the knitting process of joining the start and end portions of the strip-shaped knitted fabric portion formed in a cylindrical shape to complete the bind off processing of the collar portion 30 will be described with reference to FIGS.

First, U1 in FIG. 5 shows a state in which the upper stitch row 3 is superimposed on the second stitch from the end of the front knitted fabric portion 10. The upper stitch row 3 locked to the knitting needles I, K, and M of the BB including the double stitches is redefined as the base portion 1, and the lower stitch row 2 continuing in the wale direction of the base portion 1 as shown in U2 Organize.

In the next U3, the lower stitch row 2 is transferred to the opposing knitting needles I, K, M of the FB. In U4, while moving the yarn feeder in the right direction on the paper surface, a stitch is formed following the wale direction of the stitch locked to the knitting needles I and M of the FB. In U5, the yarn feeder is moved in the left direction on the paper surface. In the meantime, by forming the stitches that follow the waling direction of the stitches that are locked to the knitting needles K of the FB, the upper stitch row 3 that is filled with the stitches is knitted following the wale direction of the lower stitch row 2.

In U6, the upper stitch row (end portion of the belt-like knitted fabric portion 4) 3 formed in U4 and U5 is moved toward the last stitch of the front knitted fabric portion 10, and the last stitch and the upper stitch row 3 Overlay the stitches on the left edge of the page. In subsequent U7, transfer is made to the knitting needles A, C, E of the BB facing the hooks constituting the connecting portion 9 locked to the knitting needles A, C, E of the FB. In U8, the stitches following the double stitches of the BB knitting needles G formed in U6 are knitted, and in U7, the stitches following the stitches transferred to the knitting needles E of the BB are knitted. 9 is connected at the boundary between the upper stitch row 3 and the connecting portion 9.

Thereafter, the end of the band-shaped knitted fabric portion 4 is formed by moving the connecting portion 9 and the upper row of stitches 3 in FIG. Part and the connection part 9 are joined.

Specifically, as shown by U9 in FIG. 6, the stitches in the upper stitch row 3 locked to the knitting needles I and K of the BB are respectively passed through the knitting needles of the FB and the knitting needles G and I of the BB. Move to. That is, two stitches on the side farther from the boundary portion of the upper stitch row 3 are moved toward the boundary portion between the upper stitch row 3 and the connection portion 9. By this U9, a double stitch is formed on the knitting needle G of the BB located at a position close to the boundary portion, and therefore a new stitch following the wale direction of the double stitch is formed at U10.

Subsequently, at U11, the hooks locked to the knitting needles A and C of the BB are transferred to the knitting needles C and E of the BB via the opposing knitting needles of the FB, respectively. That is, the second hook on the side farther from the boundary portion of the connecting portion 9 is moved toward the boundary portion. Since this U11 forms a double stitch on the knitting needle E of the BB, a new stitch following the wale direction of the double stitch is formed at U12.

Thereafter, the stitch of the knitting needle I of the BB is transferred to the knitting needle G of the BB (U13), and a new stitch following the double stitch formed at that time is formed (U14). Then, the hook of the BB knitting needle C is transferred to the BB knitting needle E (U15), and a new stitch following the double stitch formed at that time is formed (U16), as shown in FIG. In this way, the connecting portion 9 connected to the starting end portion of the strip-shaped knitted fabric portion 4 and the end portion of the strip-shaped knitted fabric portion 4 are connected to complete the bind off processing of the collar portion 30.

If the start end part and the terminal end part of the belt-shaped knitted fabric part 4 are joined according to the knitting process of FIGS. 5 and 6, the joint part can have high stretchability. That is, the stitches of the upper stitch row 3 formed at the end portion of the belt-shaped knitted fabric portion 4 and the stitches of the connecting portion 9 formed at the starting end portion 0 are not directly overlapped and joined, but both 3 , 9 are indirectly joined by stitches provided alternately.

The sweater 100 knitted according to the knitting process shown in FIGS. 2 to 6 described above is a sweater 100 in which the start end 0 and the end end of the belt-shaped knitted fabric portion 4 are joined without performing post-processing such as sewing. Excellent in productivity. Moreover, in this sweater 100, since the start end part 0 and the termination | terminus part of the strip | belt-shaped knitted fabric part 4 are joined, when the collar part 30 of the sweater 100 is extended, the tension | tensile_strength is received in the strip | belt-shaped knitted fabric part 4 whole. Thread breakage or the like is unlikely to occur in the portion of the band-shaped knitted fabric portion 4 subjected to the bind off process.

Moreover, the sweater 100 of this embodiment is provided with the collar part 30 by which the bind off process was carried out with the bind off which has the elasticity outstanding compared with the past. Therefore, the elasticity of the edge part of the collar part 30 is high, and the edge part of the collar part 30 is hard to sag. The stretchability of the edge of the heel part 30 is improved because the bind off of the knitting at the end of the wale direction of the heel part 30 has two stitches that are continuous in the wale direction (the stitches in the lower knitting row 2 and the stitches thereof) This is because the upper end stitch row 3 stitches are continuous). In addition, in this embodiment, one of the two stitches forming the bind-off is the front stitch and the other is the back stitch, so that the bind-off is in a compactly folded state, so that the bind-off does not become loose.

Moreover, if FIG. 7 which is an enlarged photograph of the vicinity of the buttock 30 of the knitted sweater 100 is seen, the end portion of the heel portion 30 in the wale direction is treated with a bind-off by the band-shaped knitted fabric portion 4 so that the heel portion 30 has a band-like shape. It can be seen that the edges can be formed. The design of the collar part 30 can be improved by this strip-shaped edge. Here, in FIG. 7, the part corresponding to the collar part 30 is formed of a rib structure.

The embodiment of the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and can be appropriately changed without departing from the gist of the present invention. For example, in the knitting of the bind off stitch rows 2 and 3, it is possible to combine the miss knitting, the tack knitting, the knitting of the front and back stitches, etc. to form the tissue pattern on the belt-like knitted fabric portion 4.
