Claims (15)
- 浮遊型の浮体構造物と、該浮体構造物の少なくとも設置又は保守を行うための作業船と、を有する浮体構造物作業システムであって、
前記浮体構造物は、浮遊時に周面が喫水線に曝される柱状のコラム部と、該コラム部の下部に配置されたバラスト部と、前記コラム部の中間部に配置されたフランジ部と、を有し、
前記作業船は、前記コラム部に係止可能な把持部を有し、
前記浮体構造物又は前記作業船は、前記浮体構造物又は前記作業船を昇降させる昇降手段を有し、
前記把持部は、前記コラム部の半周面に対応した凹部を備えた爪部を有し、
浮遊状態の前記浮体構造物の前記フランジ部よりも下側の前記コラム部に前記作業船の前記把持部を係止させた状態で、前記浮体構造物又は前記作業船を昇降させ、前記フランジ部の下面に前記把持部を接触させて前記浮体構造物の重量を前記把持部で受け止めることによって、前記浮体構造物を前記作業船に固定する、ことを特徴とする浮体構造物作業システム。 - 前記昇降手段は、前記浮体構造物の前記バラスト部に設けられたバラスト調整手段、前記作業船に設けられたバラスト調整手段又は前記把持部を前記作業船と共に昇降させるジャッキである、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の浮体構造物作業システム。
- 前記コラム部は、前記バラスト部よりも細く形成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の浮体構造物作業システム。
- 前記バラスト部は、注排水可能なバラストタンクを有し、該バラストタンクは、前記昇降手段の昇降に対応させて注排水される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の浮体構造物作業システム。
- 前記作業船は、前記バラストタンクの注排水を制御する制御装置と、前記浮体構造物の姿勢を監視する監視装置と、を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の浮体構造物作業システム。
- 前記把持部は、前記浮体構造物と接触する箇所に配置された弾性体又は前記フランジ部の水平方向の移動を拘束する支持部材を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の浮体構造物作業システム。
- 前記フランジ部は、着脱可能に構成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の浮体構造物作業システム。
- 前記浮体構造物は、スパー型浮体である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の浮体構造物作業システム。
- 前記浮体構造物は、前記コラム部の上部に設置された、風力発電装置、風況観測装置、太陽光発電装置、照明装置又は無線通信装置を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の浮体構造物作業システム。
- 浮遊時に周面が喫水線に曝される柱状のコラム部と、該コラム部の中間部に配置されたフランジ部と、を備えた浮遊型の浮体構造物の少なくとも設置又は保守を行うための作業船であって、
前記浮体構造物の前記コラム部に係止可能な把持部と、
該把持部の水面からの高さを調整可能な昇降手段と、を有し、
前記把持部は、前記コラム部の半周面に対応した凹部を備えた爪部を有し、
浮遊状態の前記浮体構造物の前記フランジ部よりも下側の前記コラム部に前記作業船の前記把持部を係止させた状態で、前記昇降手段によって前記把持部を水面に対して上昇させ、前記フランジ部の下面に前記把持部を接触させて前記浮体構造物の重量を前記把持部で受け止めることによって、前記浮体構造物を前記把持部に固定する、ことを特徴とする作業船。 - 前記昇降手段は、前記把持部を前記作業船と共に昇降させるバラスト調整手段又はジャッキである、ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の作業船。
- 前記浮体構造物は、注排水可能なバラストタンクを有し、前記作業船は、前記バラストタンクの注排水を制御する制御装置と、前記浮体構造物の姿勢を監視する監視装置と、を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の作業船。
- 前記把持部は、前記浮体構造物と接触する箇所に配置された弾性体又は前記浮体構造物の水平方向の移動を拘束する支持部材を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の作業船。
- 浮遊時に周面が喫水線に曝される柱状のコラム部と、前記コラム部の中間部に配置されたフランジ部と、を備えた浮遊型の浮体構造物に対して少なくとも設置又は保守を含む作業を水上で行うための浮体構造物作業方法であって、
浮遊状態の前記浮体構造物の前記フランジ部よりも下側の前記コラム部に作業船の把持部を係止させる係止工程と、
前記浮体構造物又は前記作業船を昇降させ、前記フランジ部の下面に前記把持部を接触させて前記浮体構造物の重量を前記把持部で受け止めることによって、前記浮体構造物を前記作業船に固定する固定工程と、
前記浮体構造物に対して前記作業を行う作業工程と、を有する、ことを特徴とする浮体構造物作業方法。 - 前記浮体構造物又は前記作業船を昇降させることによって前記浮体構造物と前記作業船との固定状態を解除する解除工程と、前記作業船を前記浮体構造物から引き離すことによって前記浮体構造物と前記作業船との係止状態を解除する離脱工程と、を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の浮体構造物作業方法。
