Description
Claims (8)
- 流体制御装置(11)用のジーロータアセンブリ(13)であって、
複数(n)個の歯(15)を有し、低圧流体リザーバ(40)に接続可能な第1直径の中央開口部(20)を形成するスター部材(14)と、
前記スター部材を取囲み、前記複数(n)個の歯に噛合う複数(n+1)個のローブを有し、前記流体制御装置(11)の固定端部キャップ(24)と協働して、高圧流体供給部(30)に接続可能な流体溝部(82)を形成するように構成されるリング部材(12)と、
前記スター部材(14)によって取囲まれ、前記第1直径より小さい第2直径の中心ボア(27)を形成する環状のプラグ部材(18)と、
前記スター部材(14)と前記プラグ部材(18)との間に配置されたOリング(16)とを備え、
前記プラグ部材(18)は、前記流体制御装置(11)の前記固定端部キャップ(24)に対して流体シールを形成し、
前記中心ボアの直径は、前記プラグ部材(18)の外径の約60パーセント〜約75パーセントであることを特徴とするジーロータアセンブリ。 - 前記スター部材(14)は、径方向の段部(44)を形成し、前記Oリング(16)は、前記径方向の段部(44)上に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のジーロータアセンブリ。
- 前記プラグ部材(18)は、前記径方向の段部(44)に対向する前記プラグ部材(18)の面上に周縁ノッチ(85)を形成し、前記Oリング(16)は、前記周縁ノッチ(85)内に少なくとも一部が配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のジーロータアセンブリ。
- 低圧流体リザーバ(40)に流体接続する第1直径の中央開口部(20)を形成するジーロータスター部材(14)と、
前記スター部材(14)を取囲み、前記スター部材(14)の複数(n)個の歯(15)に係合する複数(n+1)個のローブを有するジーロータリング部材(12)と、
前記スター部材(14)によって取囲まれ、前記第1直径より小さい第2直径の中心ボア(27)を形成し、前記中心ボア(27)は、前記中央開口部(20)を介して前記低圧流体リザーバ(40)に流体接続する環状のプラグ部材(18)と、
前記スター部材(14)と前記環状のプラグ部材(18)との間に配置され、高圧流体溝部(82)を介して高圧流体リザーバ(30)に流体接続し、かつ、前記中央開口部(20)を介して低圧流体リザーバ(40)に流体接続するOリング(16)と、
前記環状のプラグ部材(18)に直に隣接して配置させ、これにより、前記スター部材(14)と協働して、前記高圧流体リザーバ(30)に流体接続する高圧流体溝部(82)を形成する固定端部キャップ(24)と、摩耗板(80)とを有するバルブハウジング部(70)と、を備え、
前記中心ボア(27)の直径は、前記環状のプラグ部材(18)の外直径の約60パーセント〜約75パーセントであることを特徴とする流体制御装置。 - 前記スター部材(14)は、径方向の段部(44)を形成し、前記Oリング(16)は、前記径方向の段部(44)上に配置されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の流体制御装置。
- 前記環状のプラグ部材(18)は、前記径方向の段部(44)に対向する前記環状のプラグ部材(18)の表面(66,68)上に周縁ノッチ(85)を形成し、前記Oリング(16)は、前記周縁ノッチ(85)内に少なくとも一部が配置されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の流体制御装置。
- 前記流体制御装置(11)は、油圧パワーステアリングシステム用のステアリング制御ユニットとして構成されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の流体制御装置。
- 前記Oリング(16)は、少なくとも約90デュロメータの硬度レベルを有する耐摩耗性エラストマー材料から形成されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の流体制御装置。
