Claims (4)
- 導電体の複数のツイストペアであってケーブルコアを形成するために共に撚られた複数のツイストペアを有する通信ケーブルを製造する方法であって、
複数のツイストペアそれぞれに対して有効ペア撚り長さを有する有効ペア撚りを定めるステップと、
前記有効ペア撚り長さに基づいた進入禁止帯を回避することによって前記有効ペア撚りとの共振を防止するように、積層フィルムのための形状部の少なくとも1つの長さを選択するステップであって、前記形状部が、前記積層フィルムのうちの少なくとも1つの金属層から形成されている、ステップと、
前記形状部からなる少なくとも1つの層を有する前記積層フィルムを形成するステップであって、前記形状部が少なくとも1つの前記長さを有する、ステップと、
前記ケーブルコアを前記積層フィルムで巻き付けるステップと、
を備えることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記形成するステップが、前記積層フィルムにギャップをレーザ除去し、前記形状部を形成するサブステップを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ギャップが、0.0127mmないし0.2032mmの範囲の幅を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記選択するステップが、すべての前記形状部に対して単独の長さを選択するステップを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
