Claims (7)
- ステータ(40)と、該ステータ(40)との間に所定の間隔をあけて配設されるロータ(41)とを備える電動モータにおいて、
前記ステータ(40)の半径方向内方もしくは外方に配置される前記ロータ(41)が、該ロータ(41)の回転軸線に沿う位置を一定とした固定ロータ(42)と、該固定ロータ(42)に対する近接・離反を可能として前記回転軸線に沿う方向での移動を可能とした可動ロータ(43)とから成り、
前記可動ロータ(43)が、前記固定ロータ(42)が固定されるモータ軸(44)の回転動力を被駆動部材(WR)に伝達する動力伝達装置(33,93,107)と、前記固定ロータ(42)との間に配置されて、前記モータ軸(44)に摺動可能に支持され、
前記動力伝達装置(33,93,107)が、複数の変速ギヤ列(GA1,GA2;GB1,GB2)と、前記モータ軸(44)の軸線方向に移動することでこれら複数の変速ギヤ列(GA1,GA2;GB1,GB2)を選択的に確立せしめるドグ(63)とを備えていて、前記ドグ(63)を前記モータ軸(44)の軸線方向に駆動する駆動部材(64)が、前記可動ロータ(43)に連結されることを特徴とする電動モータ。 - 前記固定ロータ(42)および前記可動ロータ(43)に、それらのロータ(42,43)の周方向に同一の等間隔をあけて複数のマグネット(87F,87M)がそれぞれ設けられ、前記固定ロータ(42)および前記可動ロータ(43)の対向部で前記固定ロータ(42)側のマグネット(87F)および前記可動ロータ(43)側のマグネット(87M)の同一極が対向するように、前記固定ロータ(42)および前記可動ロータ(43)でのマグネット(87F,87M)の位相が定められることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電動モータ。
- 前記固定ロータ(42)および前記可動ロータ(43)に、それらのロータ(42,43)の周方向に同一の等間隔をあけて複数のマグネット(87F,87M)がそれぞれ設けられ、前記固定ロータ(42)および前記可動ロータ(43)の対向部で前記固定ロータ(42)側のマグネット(87F)および前記可動ロータ(43)側のマグネット(87M)の一部が対向するように、前記固定ロータ(42)および前記可動ロータ(43)でのマグネット(87F,87M)の位相がずれて設定されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電動モータ。
- 前記固定ロータ(42)および前記可動ロータ(43)の対向部で、前記固定ロータ(42)側のマグネット(87F)のN極およびS極の一方の一部が、前記可動ロータ(43)側のマグネット(87M)のN極およびS極の他方に対向するように、前記固定ロータ(42)および前記可動ロータ(43)に前記マグネット(87F,87M)が位相をずらせて配置されることを特徴とする請求項3記載の電動モータ。
- 前記固定ロータ(42)および前記可動ロータ(43)が同一サイズに形成され、前記固定ロータ(42)に前記可動ロータ(43)が最接近している初期状態で前記固定ロータ(42)および前記可動ロータ(43)から成る前記ロータ(41)が、前記ステータ(40)の軸線に沿う幅内に配置されるように前記固定ロータ(42)および前記可動ロータ(43)が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の電動モータ。
- 前記可動ロータ(43)が、その軸線に沿う長さを前記固定ロータ(42)の軸線に沿う長さよりも小さくして形成され、前記固定ロータ(42)に前記可動ロータ(43)が最接近している初期状態で前記固定ロータ(42)および前記可動ロータ(43)から成る前記ロータ(41)が、前記ステータ(40)の軸線に沿う幅内に配置されるように前記固定ロータ(42)および前記可動ロータ(43)が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の電動モータ。
- 前記可動ロータ(43)の移動範囲が、前記ステータ(40)の中心軸線に直交する方向から見て該ステータ(40)の一部に前記可動ロータ(43)が重なる範囲に設定されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の電動モータ。
