Claims (3)
- シリンダと、
上記シリンダ内に移動可能に挿入されるロッドと、
上記ロッドの反シリンダ側に取り付けられるロッド側取り付け部材と、
上記シリンダ端に取り付けられるシリンダ側取り付け部材と、
上記ロッドに保持されて上記シリンダ内を作動流体で満たされる二つの部屋に区画するピストンと、
上記二つの部屋を連通する流路と、
上記流路を通過する作動流体に抵抗を与える減衰力発生手段と、
上記流路を迂回して上記二つの部屋を連通するバイパス路と、
上記バイパス路の開口量を調整するコントロールロッドと、
上記ロッドの反シリンダ側端部に取り付けられて上記コントロールロッドを駆動するアジャスタと、
上記アジャスタを保持するホルダと、
上記ロッド側取り付け部材における取り付け部から上記シリンダ側取り付け部材における取り付け部までの距離を調整する車高調整手段とを備え、
上記車高調整手段は、
底部と筒状部とを有して有底筒状に形成される上記ロッド側取り付け部材と、
孔を有する底部と、筒状部とを有して有底筒状に形成され底部側から上記ロッド側取り付け部材内に出没可能に挿入される上記ホルダと、
先端が上記ロッド側取り付け部材の底部に固定されるとともに上記ホルダの上記孔に移動可能に挿通される軸部と、上記軸部の基端に連設されて上記ホルダの上記底部に当接可能な係止部とからなるストッパ部材とを有し、
上記アジャスタは、
上記ホルダ内に回転可能に収容される環状のアジャスタケースと、
上記アジャスタケース内に挿通されて上記アジャスタケースに対して回転不能であって軸方向移動可能であり上記アジャスタケースから突出する突出端部が上記ホルダの内周に螺合されるアジャスタ本体とを有する
ことを特徴とするダンパ。 - 上記ホルダの外周に上記ロッド側取り付け部材の上記筒状部とロックナットが螺合され、上記ロッド側取り付け部材が上記ロックナットで緩み止めされる
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のダンパ。 - 上記ストッパ部材の上記軸部の先端が上記ロッド側取り付け部材の上記底部に螺合するとともに、接着剤で接着されて固定される
ことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のダンパ。
