Description

前記ステープルカートリッジは発射終了状態である際、前記位置限定部品(4)は前記収容空間内に留められ、前記弾性ストッパーの頂部を切断ナイフと接触させ、切断ナイフの往復運動を阻止する。

前記ステープルカートリッジは初期状態及び発射状態を含み、
前記ステープルカートリッジは初期状態である際、前記位置限定部品(4)は弾性ストッパーの頂部に位置し、且つ前記弾性ストッパーの頂部が切断ナイフ底面(10)の所在する平面より高くないように前記弾性ストッパーの頂部を制限し、
前記ステープルカートリッジは発射終了状態である際、前記位置限定部品(4)は前記収容空間内に留められ、前記弾性ストッパーの頂部を切断ナイフと接触させ、切断ナイフの往復運動を阻止する。
前記ステープルカートリッジ(1)の近端部下表面には前記ナイフ移動溝と貫通する貫通孔(3)が設置され、本発明の「前後」方向は表示図の「左右」方向を指し、「上下」方向は表示図の「上下」方向を指す。本好適実施例において、前記貫通孔(3)内には当該貫通孔軸線に沿って往復運動可能な弾性ボタン(5)が設置され、前記弾性ボタン(5)の下方にはスプリング(6)が設置され、前記スプリング(6)の一端は前記弾性ボタン(5)に当接し、弾性ボタン(5)は終始前記切断ナイフ底面(10)への推動力を受ける。前記スプリング(6)の下方にはパッド(7)が設置され、前記スプリング(6)の一端は前記パッド(7)の頂面に当接し、前記パッド(7)は前記ステープルカートリッジ(1)の下表面に固定される。このように、前記スプリング(6)は、前記弾性ボタン(5)を終始前記切断ナイフ(8)へ運動するように駆動する。
前記ステープルカートリッジが初期状態である場合、弾性ボタン(5)、スプリング(6)、パッド(7)を順序よくステープルカートリッジの貫通孔(3)に装着し、前記スライダー(4)が弾性ボタン(5)と切断ナイフ底面(10)との間に当接し、この際、スライダー(4)が弾性ボタン(5)を押さえる。ステープルカートリッジが発射中である場合、切断ナイフ(8)はスライダー(4)を推動して前進させ、スライダー(4)が前進して予め設置した溝(9)内に入り、初期位置に後退できないようになり、スライダー(4)が運動している間、前記弾性ボタン(5)は終始切断ナイフ(8)の切断ナイフ底面(10)に当接する。ステープルカートリッジが発射終了状態である場合、切断ナイフ(8)は初期位置まで引っ張られ、この際、弾性ボタン(5)がスライダー(4)の圧迫から逃れ、スプリング(6)によって持ち上げられ、前記切断刃(11)の遠端に固定され、そうすると、切断ナイフ(8)は弾性ボタン(5)に邪魔されて前進できなくなり、機械は再発射することはなくなり、本発明の目的を達成する。
図5、6に示すように、本実施例における弾性ストッパーは、ステープルカートリッジに枢軸設置される回転ブロック(14)及び前記回転ブロック(14)に力を与えるねじりバネ(15)を含み、前記ねじりバネ(15)は終始回転ブロック(14)にそれを図で示す時計回り方向へ回転させる力を与える。前記回転ブロック(14)は、ステープルカートリッジが発射状態である際、前記ナイフ推動棒の移動を制限する平面(16)を含み、初期状態である場合、前記スライダー(4)は前記回転ブロック(14)の頂部に位置する。

Claims (20)
- 切断ナイフ底面(10)及び切断ナイフ(8)の遠端部に位置する切断刃(11)を含む切断ナイフ(8)がその内部に往復移動可能に設置されるナイフ移動溝を含むステープルカートリッジであって、
前記ステープルカートリッジ(1)内部にはステープルカートリッジの近端部から遠端部まで摺動可能な位置限定部品(4)及び弾性ストッパーが設置され、
前記ステープルカートリッジと固定されるブレード(2)の遠端部には前記位置限定部品(4)が遠端部に摺動した時に落下して収容される収容空間が設置され、
前記ステープルカートリッジは初期状態及び発射状態を含み、
前記ステープルカートリッジは初期状態である際、前記位置限定部品(4)は弾性ストッパーの頂部に位置し、且つ前記弾性ストッパーの頂部が切断ナイフ底面(10)の所在する平面より高くないように前記弾性ストッパーの頂部を制限し、
前記ステープルカートリッジは発射終了状態である際、前記位置限定部品(4)が前記収容空間内に落下して留まることにより、前記弾性ストッパーの頂部は制限されることなく切断ナイフ底面(10)の所在する平面より高く突出し、前記切断ナイフの往復運動を阻止する
ことを特徴とするステープルカートリッジ。 - 前記弾性ストッパーは弾性ボタン(5)及び前記弾性ボタン(5)の底部に当接するスプリング(6)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載されるステープルカートリッジ。
- 前記ステープルカートリッジは貫通孔(3)も含み、前記弾性ボタン(5)、スプリング(6)は前記貫通孔(3)内に設置され、前記貫通孔(3)の軸線は前記ナイフ移動溝の軸線と垂直になり、且つ連通し、前記弾性ボタン(5)の頂部はスプリング(6)からの力を受けて前記貫通孔(3)から伸び出すことが可能であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載されるステープルカートリッジ。
- 前記ステープルカートリッジはパッド(7)も含み、前記パッド(7)は前記ステープルカートリッジに固定され、前記スプリング(6)の別端は前記パッド(7)の頂面に当接することを特徴とする請求項3に記載されるステープルカートリッジ。
- 前記貫通孔(3)は階段(12)を含み、前記弾性ボタン(5)は凸台(13)を含み、前記凸台(13)の外径は前記階段(12)の内径より大きいことを特徴とする請求項4に記載されるステープルカートリッジ。
- 前記弾性ボタン(5)の頂部は楔形部となることを特徴とする請求項5に記載されるステープルカートリッジ。
- 前記弾性ストッパーは回転ブロック(14)及び前記回転ブロック(14)に力を与えるねじりバネ(15)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載されるステープルカートリッジ。
- 前記回転ブロック(14)は、ステープルカートリッジが発射状態である際、前記切断ナイフ底部に付設されるナイフ推動棒の前端と当接する平面(16)を含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載されるステープルカートリッジ。
- 前記平面(16)から回転ブロック(14)の回転軸心まで最小距離は、前記切断ナイフ底面(10)から回転ブロック(14)の回転軸心まで垂直距離より大きいことを特徴とする請求項8に記載されるステープルカートリッジ。
- 前記弾性ストッパーは弾性金属板であり、前記弾性金属板の一端は前記ステープルカートリッジの底部と固定接続することを特徴とする請求項1に記載されるステープルカートリッジ。
- 上鉗子ヘッドと、

前記ステープルカートリッジは初期状態及び発射状態を含み、
前記ステープルカートリッジは初期状態である際、前記位置限定部品(4)は弾性ストッパーの頂部に位置し、且つ前記弾性ストッパーの頂部が切断ナイフ底面(10)の所在する平面より高くないように前記弾性ストッパーの頂部を制限し、
前記ステープルカートリッジは発射終了状態である際、前記位置限定部品(4)が前記収容空間内に落下して留まることにより、前記弾性ストッパーの頂部は制限されることなく切断ナイフ底面(10)の所在する平面より高く突出し、前記切断ナイフの往復運動を阻止する
ことを特徴とする直線外科手術用ステープラー。 - 前記弾性ストッパーは弾性ボタン(5)及び前記弾性ボタン(5)の底部に当接するスプリング(6)を含むことを特徴とする請求項11に記載される直線外科手術用ステープラー。
- 前記ステープルカートリッジは貫通孔(3)も含み、前記弾性ボタン(5)、スプリング(6)は前記貫通孔(3)に設置され、前記貫通孔(3)の軸線は前記ナイフ移動溝の軸線と垂直になり、且つ連通し、前記弾性ボタン(5)の頂部はスプリング(6)からの力を受けて前記貫通孔(3)から伸び出すことが可能であることを特徴とする請求項12に記載される直線外科手術用ステープラー。
- 前記ステープルカートリッジはパッド(7)も含み、前記パッド(7)は前記ステープルカートリッジに固定され、前記スプリング(6)の別端は前記パッド(7)の頂面に当接することを特徴とする請求項13に記載される直線外科手術用ステープラー。
- 前記貫通孔(3)は階段(12)を含み、前記弾性ボタン(5)は凸台(13)を含み、前記凸台(13)の外径は前記階段(12)の内径より大きいことを特徴とする請求項14に記載される直線外科手術用ステープラー。
- 前記弾性ボタン(5)の頂部は楔形部となることを特徴とする請求項15に記載される直線外科手術用ステープラー。
- 前記弾性ストッパーは回転ブロック(14)及び前記回転ブロック(14)に力を与えるねじりバネ(15)を含むことを特徴とする請求項11に記載される直線外科手術用ステープラー。
- 前記回転ブロック(14)は、ステープルカートリッジが発射状態である際、前記切断ナイフ底部に付設されるナイフ推動棒の前端と当接する平面(16)を含むことを特徴とする請求項17に記載される直線外科手術用ステープラー。
- 前記平面(16)から回転ブロック(14)の回転軸心まで最小距離は、前記切断ナイフ底面(10)から回転ブロック(14)の回転軸心まで垂直距離より大きいことを特徴とする請求項18に記載される直線外科手術用ステープラー。
- 前記弾性ストッパーは弾性金属板であり、前記弾性金属板の一端は前記ステープルカートリッジの底部と固定接続することを特徴とする請求項11に記載される直線外科手術用ステープラー。
