Claims (4)
- 2つ以上の電池セルと、それぞれの電池セルから延びて互いに超音波溶接される電極タブと、を含む電池モジュールであって、
前記電池モジュールは、
上側に延びて形成された電極タブが、下側方向に折り曲げられ、さらに上側方向及び下側方向に繰り返して折り曲げられて形成される延長部と、前記延長部がさらに上側方向に折り曲げられて前記電池セルに平行な方向に溶接面を形成する溶接部と、を含んで形成されることを特徴とする、電池モジュール。 - 隣接した負極の電極タブと正極の電極タブとが互いに溶接される直列形態を有し、互いに対向する方向に折り曲げられて前記溶接面を介して溶接されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 隣接した同一の極性の電極タブが溶接される並列形態を有し、互いに対向する方向に折り曲げられて前記溶接面を介して溶接されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 「W」または「N」字形状に折り曲げられて形成されるダミータブをさらに含み、前記ダミータブの一側と他側が隣接した電池モジュールの電極タブの溶接部とそれぞれ溶接されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
