Description
Claims (4)
- 電磁鋼板のコアを転積して積層形成する積層ステータであって、
前記電動機鋼板のコアに、放熱フィン付き通風孔で構成された放熱フィン部と、放熱フィン無し通風孔で構成された通風部とが、電動機の回転軸を中心として点対称の位置に夫々2つ形成され、
上記放熱フィン部と、通風部とが交互に隣接して重なるように、所定枚数ずつのコアを順次転積して積層することにより、上記放熱フィン部と通風部によって前記回転軸方向の流れを分岐する分岐路を有する通風路が形成されたことを特徴とする積層ステータ。 - 請求項1に記載の積層ステータにおいて、
前記電磁鋼板のコアは前記放熱フィン付き通風孔及び放熱フィン無し通風孔の少なくとも一方の外側に枠体が形成され、コアを積層することにより前記枠体で前記通風路と外部を仕切るカバーを構成することを特徴とする積層ステータ。 - 請求項1に記載の積層ステータにおいて、
前記放熱フィン無し通風孔は前記電磁鋼板のコアの一部を切欠いて構成され、コアを積層することにより外部に開放した通風路を構成することを特徴とする積層ステータ。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の積層ステータにおいて、
前記電磁鋼板のコアに形成された放熱フィンはコアの積層面に沿った放熱面とコアの積層方向に沿った放熱面を有することを特徴とする積層ステータ。
