Claims (12)
- 圧縮された軟磁性コンポーネントの製造のための方法であって、
− 被駆動回転軸に接続される少なくとも1つの型キャビティから構成される、回転する型を準備するステップ、
− 前記少なくとも1つの型キャビティ内にコイルを配置するステップ、
− 前記コイルが配置された前記少なくとも1つの型キャビティを、軟磁性複合物を成形するためのバインダ及び前記軟磁性複合物を成形するための粉体の形態の軟磁性金属材料で充填するステップ、
− 充填された前記少なくとも1つの型キャビティの回転のために前記被駆動回転軸を駆動するステップ、を含み、
前記型は、当該型が遠心力に応答して旋回するように、前記被駆動回転軸を含む平面内の方向において旋回軸の周りに旋回可能に接続され、
前記型又はその一部が前記軟磁性コンポーネントの一部を構成するために、前記型自体が、前記型キャビティに充填される前記軟磁性金属材料と同様の構成を有し、
前記軟磁性金属材料は、前記遠心力によって前記少なくとも1つの型キャビティの一側に圧縮されて、前記バインダと混合されて、これにより、前記コイル及び前記軟磁性複合物を含む軟磁性コンポーネントを製造する、方法。 - 前記型キャビティを充填するステップよりも前に、前記コイルが配置された前記型キャビティ内に追加的な構成要素を配置するステップを更に含み、
前記追加的な構成要素は、別の軟磁性構成要素;別の硬磁性の構成要素又はユニット;非導電性又は磁気非透過性の別の構成要素;センサ、電子部品、回路基板:冷却チャネル又は放熱板、ヒートシンク;補強材、ファイバ、ファブリック;取り付けブラケット;及び、追加的な構成要素の固定のための、前記軟磁性複合物又は他の材料で製作される固定エレメント;又はそれらの組み合わせ、から成るグループから選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記バインダが高分子バインダである、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記軟磁性金属材料が、シリコンを含有する球状粒子を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法を実行する装置であって、
− 被駆動回転軸、及び
− 前記被駆動回転軸に接続されて前記被駆動回転軸によって回転される少なくとも1つの型キャビティを含む少なくとも1つの型、を備え、
前記型キャビティには、その内部に、前記コイルが配置され、且つ前記バインダ及び前記軟磁性金属材料が充填され、
前記型自体が、前記型キャビティに充填される前記軟磁性金属材料と同様の構成を有し、
前記型は、前記型が遠心力に応答して旋回するように、前記被駆動回転軸を含む平面内の方向において旋回軸の周りに旋回可能に接続される、装置。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法によって製造される軟磁性コンポーネントであって、
軟磁性コンポーネントの一部が、前記型又はその一部から構成されており、前記軟磁性複合物及び前記軟磁性複合物に埋め込まれるコイルを含む、軟磁性コンポーネント。 - 前記軟磁性複合物に埋め込まれるか又は部分的に埋め込まれる追加的な構成要素を更に含み、前記追加的な構成要素は、別の軟磁性構成要素;別の硬磁性の構成要素又はユニット;非導電性又は磁気非透過性の別の構成要素;センサ、電子部品、回路基板:冷却チャネル又は放熱板、ヒートシンク;補強材、ファイバ、ファブリック;取り付けブラケット;及び、追加的な構成要素の固定のための、前記軟磁性複合物又は他の材料で製作される固定エレメント;又はそれらの組み合わせ、から構成されるグループから選択される、請求項6に記載の軟磁性コンポーネント。
- 前記軟磁性金属材料が、少なくとも80重量%の鉄及び、20重量%未満のシリコンを含む、請求項6又は7に記載の軟磁性コンポーネント。
- 前記軟磁性金属材料が、シリコンを含有する球状粒子を含む、請求項6〜8のいずれか1項に記載の軟磁性コンポーネント。
- 前記軟磁性金属材料を含む前記軟磁性複合物の圧縮度が、50〜80容量%である、請求項6〜9のいずれか1項に記載の軟磁性コンポーネント。
- 前記軟磁性金属材料は、6重量%のシリコンを含む、請求項8に記載の軟磁性コンポーネント。
- 前記軟磁性金属材料を含む前記軟磁性複合物の圧縮度は、70容量%である、請求項10に記載の軟磁性コンポーネント。
