Description
a)グレージングの面積(グレージングの主要面の一方の)は、1.5m2を上回るものであり、さらには1.6m2を上回り、または1.8m2を上回ってもよい。
b)曲げのその2つの深さの積は、3000mm2を上回り、さらには5000mm2または8000mm2を上回ってもよい。
c)グレージングの表面の、その重心を通る法線上に位置するグレージング上の点は、いずれの方向においても3m未満、さらには2.5m未満の曲率半径を有する。
グレージングの重心を通るその表面の法線上に位置するその表面上の点を通り、
20°の視角のところで
測定されたレベルが、最大で7分である二重像化を有する、グレージングにも関する。このグレージングは、すべての種類の車両、特に自動車両に取り付けるように意図される。グレージングになるように組み立てられたガラス板の横断フロート方向は、車両の場合水平に対応する。
同一のウインドシールドを、同一のフロートガラス板のバッチから、但し2つの異なる曲げプロセスを使用することによって製造した。2つのバージョンを製造した。一方は、非常に大型であり(「TG」と称される)、他方は、より通常のサイズ(「N」と称される)のものであった。これらのウインドシールドの寸法は、次の通りであった:

Claims (15)
- フロートガラスから作製された、2つの相互に直交する方向に沿って湾曲され、横断方向曲げの最大深さと、長手方向曲げの最大深さである曲げの2つの深さを有するガラス板であって、ガラス板の主要面の面積が、1.5m2を上回り、ガラス板の曲げの前記2つの深さの積が、3000mm2を上回り、ガラス板の重心を通るガラス板の表面の法線上に位置するガラス板の点が、いずれの方向においても3m未満の曲率半径を有するように、長手フロート方向におけるガラス板の厚さの変動が、500mmにわたって10μm未満である、ガラス板。
- ガラス板の厚さの変動が、長手フロート方向500mmにわたって7μm未満であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のガラス板。
- 主要面の面積が、1.8m2を上回ることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のガラス板。
- ガラス板の曲げの前記2つの深さの積が、6000mm2を上回り、ガラス板の重心を通るガラス板の表面の法線上に位置する点が、いずれの方向においても2m未満の曲率半径を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のガラス板。
- ガラス板の厚さが、1.1mmから2.8mmの範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のガラス板。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のいくつかのガラス板を備え、前記いくつかのガラス板のフロート方向が相互に一致する、合わせグレージング組立体。
- 二重像化の測定されたレベルが、
グレージングの重心を通るグレージングの表面の法線上に位置するグレージングの表面上の点を通り、
20°の視角のところで最大で7分であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のグレージング組立体。 - 請求項7に記載のグレージングを備えるウインドシールド。
- 請求項8に記載のウインドシールドであり、横断フロート方向が水平である、ウインドシールドを備える自動車両。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の湾曲されたガラス板を製造するためのプロセスであって、ガラス板を中実の型に押し付けて曲げ、グレージングにグレージングの曲げの2つの最終深さの各々の少なくとも50%を与えるステップを含む、プロセス。
- 中実の型に押し付けて曲げる間、ガラスの重心を通るガラスの表面の法線上に位置するガラスの表面上の点におけるガラスの温度が、590℃から615℃の間であることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のプロセス。
- ガラス板を中実の型に押し付けて曲げるステップの直後、冷却ステップが続くことを特徴とする、請求項11に記載のプロセス。
- ガラス板を中実の型に押し付けて曲げるステップが、重力曲げステップによって先行されることを特徴とする、請求項10から12のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 重力曲げの間、ガラスの重心を通るガラスの表面の法線上に位置するガラスの表面上の点におけるガラスの温度が、610℃から640℃の間であること特徴とする、請求項13に記載のプロセス。
- いくつかの重ねられたガラス板が、同時に曲げられることを特徴とする、請求項10から14のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
