Claims (3)
- 斜流または軸流の横軸ポンプの主軸を回転自在に水中で支承する水中軸受装置であって、
前記主軸との摺動面に潤滑油脂を介在させつつ該主軸を回転自在に支承する水中軸受と、
前記水中軸受内の潤滑油脂の漏出を防止する油封部とを備え、
前記油封部は、オイルシールと該オイルシールを内部に収納するオイルシールケースとを有し、
前記オイルシールケースは水平面に沿って分割可能に構成されており、
前記主軸の外周面の前記オイルシールケースと対向する位置には、軸スリーブが固着されており、
前記オイルシールケース内の油脂充填部には予備オイルシールが設置されており、
前記軸スリーブの前記油脂充填部と対向する位置には直径を小さくした凹環部が設けられており、
前記オイルシールケース内には軸方向に移動可能に、かつ分割可能に構成された遊動リングが前記オイルシールに隣接されて配置されており、
前記オイルシールは、前記オイルシールケースの水中軸受側の端部付近に設置された第1オイルシールと、前記オイルシールケースの反水中軸受側の端部付近に配置された第2オイルシールとを有し、
前記油脂充填部及び前記凹環部は、前記第1オイルシールと前記第2オイルシールとの間に位置しており、
前記予備オイルシールは、前記凹環部と対向する位置に設置されており、前記予備オイルシールのリップ先端部は前記軸スリーブの外周面と非接触であることを特徴とする水中軸受装置。 - 前記水中軸受の内部に潤滑油脂を供給する油脂供給口と、
前記油脂供給口に接続される送油脂管と、
前記オイルシールケースの内部に流入した潤滑油脂を排出する油脂排出口と、
前記油脂排出口に接続される排油脂管と、
前記油脂排出口より排出された潤滑油脂を貯留する排出油脂貯留槽と、
前記排出油脂貯留槽内に排出された排出油脂量を測量する測量器とを有し、
前記送油脂管の一部と前記排油脂管の一部は、二重配管からなる1本の配管で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水中軸受装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載の水中軸受装置を備えたことを特徴とする横軸ポンプ。
