Claims (9)
- 内部空間を有する外側容器と、
前記内部空間の少なくとも一部を上側空間と下側空間とに仕切り、前記上側空間に充填されるようにされたイオン交換体を保持することが可能なイオン交換体保持部と、
を有し、
前記イオン交換体保持部は、上面の少なくとも一部において、前記イオン交換体を保持するとともに前記イオン交換体によって処理された水を前記上面から下方へ流通させる流路を備えたスクリーンと、前記スクリーンを保持するとともに前記スクリーンを流通した水を前記下側空間へ流通させる複数の開口を備えたスクリーン保持板と、を有し、
前記スクリーンは、互いに間隔をおいて一方向に延びる複数のワイヤ部材と、前記ワイヤ部材と前記スクリーン保持板との間に設けられ、前記ワイヤ部材と交差する方向に延び、前記複数のワイヤ部材を保持するとともに、前記ワイヤ部材と前記スクリーン保持板との間に複数の空間を形成する複数のサポートロッドと、で構成されており、
前記下側空間から前記スクリーン保持板の前記複数の開口を通して前記スクリーンに上向きの空気流を供給する空気供給手段をさらに有する、イオン交換装置。 - 前記空気供給手段は一端が前記開口に取り付けられ、前記開口の下方に位置する他端に向けて延びる管と、前記外側容器の側面で、前記他端よりも高い位置に取り付けられ、前記下側空間に空気を導入する空気供給ノズルと、を有する、請求項1に記載のイオン交換装置。
- 前記管は、側面に開口を有する、請求項2に記載のイオン交換装置。
- 前記イオン交換体保持部の前記上面に前記イオン交換体の抜き取り口を有し、前記イオン交換体保持部の前記上面は前記抜き取り口に向かって下向きに傾斜している、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のイオン交換装置。
- 前記イオン交換体保持部は、前記イオン交換体保持部の前記上面の全面を構成する前記スクリーンと、前記スクリーンを保持する前記スクリーン保持板と、を有する、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のイオン交換装置。
- 前記スクリーンの前記上面に散水する手段を有している、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のイオン交換装置。
- 前記内部空間は、内壁により半径方向に内周部と外周部に仕切られ、前記内周部はろ過材が配置されフィルター部を構成するろ過室であり、前記外周部は脱塩部を構成する脱塩室であり、前記イオン交換体保持部は前記脱塩室に設けられている、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のイオン交換装置。
- 発電設備の復水の処理に用いられる、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載のイオン交換装置。
- 発電設備の復水の処理に用いたイオン交換体の再生に用いられる、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載のイオン交換装置。
