Claims (4)
- ROX及びBOXの値を決定する方法であって、
(1)ポーラログラフ型酸素電極及びルテニウム被覆光ファイバー発光ダイオードプローブから選択される少なくとも1つのセンサーを準備する工程、
(2)セルを準備し、該セルに生体物質を含むサンプルを添加する工程、
(3)前記サンプルの電流を前記センサーで測定し、その電流値をベースライン値であると決定する工程、
(4)前記サンプルにストレスを導入する工程、
(5)上記(4)の後、前記センサーによって前記サンプルの電流を測定し、得られた最も低い電流値と上記(3)で得られたベースライン値の差を、前記サンプルにおけるBOXの値であると決定する工程、
(6)さらに、前記サンプルにストレスを導入する工程、及び
(7)上記(6)の後、前記センサーによって前記サンプルの電流を測定し、得られた最も高い電流値と上記(5)で得られた最も低い電流値との差を、前記サンプルにおけるROXの値であると決定する工程
を含む、方法。 - 前記ROXの値及び前記BOXの値を、ヒト又は動物の皮膚を介して前記センサーによって測定する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ROX及びBOXの値を制御する方法であって、
(1)ポーラログラフ型酸素電極及びルテニウム被覆光ファイバー発光ダイオードプローブから選択される少なくとも1つのセンサーを準備する工程、
(2)セルを準備し、該セルにサンプルを添加する工程、
(3)前記サンプルの電流を前記センサーで測定し、その電流値をベースライン値であると決定する工程、
(4)前記サンプルにストレスを導入する工程、
(5)上記(4)の後、前記センサーによって前記サンプルの電流を測定し、得られた最も低い電流値と上記(3)で得られたベースライン値の差を、前記サンプルにおけるBOXの値であると決定する工程、
(6)さらに、前記サンプルにストレスを導入する工程、
(7)上記(6)の後、前記センサーによって前記サンプルの電流を測定し、得られた最も高い電流値と上記(5)で得られた最も低い電流値との差を、前記サンプルにおけるROXの値であると決定する工程、及び
(8)制御物質又は遮断物質を前記サンプルに導入する工程、
を含み、前記制御物質が、前記サンプルにおける前記ROXの値又は前記BOXの値を変更することが可能である、方法。 - 臓器移植片又は薬物に対する拒絶反応の発現を予測するために、ROXの値およびBOXの値を測定する方法であって、
該方法が、請求項1に記載の工程(1)〜(7)を含み、
前記サンプルが、処置を受ける予定の患者に由来するサンプルであり、
負荷される前記ストレスが処置物質を添加することを含み、該処置物質が前記処置に不可欠な物質である、
方法。
