Claims (22)
- ROX及びBOXを決定する方法であって、
少なくとも1つのセンサーを準備する工程と、
或る量のシグナル伝達物質を有する或る量の生体物質を含むサンプルを準備する工程と、
前記量のシグナル伝達物質に対するベースライン値を決定する工程と、
前記サンプルにストレスを導入する工程と、
前記センサーによって前記サンプルにおけるROXの値を決定する工程と、
前記センサーによって前記サンプルにおけるBOXの値を決定する工程と、
を含む、ROX及びBOXを決定する方法。 - 前記センサーが光学プローブ及び膜プローブから選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記センサーが光学プローブ及び膜プローブを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- セルを準備する工程と、該セルに前記サンプルを導入する工程とを更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記シグナル伝達物質が或る量のO2、或る量のNO、或る量のROXO2及び或る量のROXNOを含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記光学プローブが、前記量のO2及び前記量のROXO2を検出することが可能である、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記膜プローブが、前記量のO2、前記量のNO及び前記量のROXNOを検出することが可能である、請求項5に記載の方法。

所与のサンプルにおけるROXの値及びBOXの値を計算するプロセッサに動作可能に接続された光学プローブ及び膜プローブ、
を備える、ROX及びBOXを測定する装置。 - 前記膜プローブが、前記所与のサンプル中に存在するO2、NO、ROXNO又は他のシグナル伝達物質の量を決定するポーラログラフ酸素電極である、請求項14に記載の装置。
- 前記光学プローブが、O2及びROXO2の量を決定するルテニウム被覆光ファイバー発光ダイオードプローブである、請求項14に記載の装置。
- ストレス源を更に備える、請求項14に記載の装置。
- 前記ストレス源が、少なくとも1つの完全ストレス、少なくとも1つの部分ストレス、又は時間をかけて2回以上与えられる少なくとも1つのストレスを含む、請求項17に記載の装置。
- 前記ストレス源が物理的ストレスである、請求項17に記載の装置。
- 前記ストレス源が化学的ストレスである、請求項17に記載の装置。
- ROX及びBOXの濃度を制御する方法であって、
少なくとも1つのセンサーを準備する工程と、
或る量のシグナル伝達物質を有する或る量の生体物質を含むサンプル又は生物を準備する工程と、
前記量のシグナル伝達物質に対するベースライン値を決定する工程と、
前記サンプル又は生物にストレスを導入する工程と、
前記センサーによって前記サンプル又は生物におけるROXの値を決定する工程と、
前記センサーによって前記サンプル又は生物におけるBOXの値を決定する工程と、
制御物質又は遮断物質を前記サンプル又は生物に導入する工程と、
を含み、前記制御物質が、前記サンプル又は生物における前記ROXの値又は前記BOXの値を変更することが可能である、ROX及びBOXの濃度を制御する方法。 - 臓器移植片又は薬物に対する拒絶反応の発現を予測する方法であって、
少なくとも1つのセンサーを準備する工程と、
或る量のシグナル伝達物質を有する或る量の生体物質を含む、処置を受ける予定の患者に由来するサンプルを準備する工程と、
前記量のシグナル伝達物質に対するベースライン値を決定する工程と、
前記サンプルにストレスを導入する工程であって、前記ストレスが或る量の処置物質を含み、該処置物質が前記処置に不可欠な物質である、前記サンプルにストレスを導入する工程と、
前記センサーによって前記サンプルにおけるROXの値を決定する工程と、
前記センサーによって前記サンプルにおけるBOXの値を決定する工程と、
を含む、臓器移植片又は薬物に対する拒絶反応の発現を予測する方法。
