Description
Claims (15)
- カミソリ刃であって、
基材であって、コーティングされた刃を画定する前記基材に接合されたコーティングを有する基材によって特徴付けられ、前記コーティングされた刃は、50〜350Åの先端半径を有する刃先端部によって画定される切断縁部を含み、前記コーティングされた刃は、前記刃先端部から延びる一対の第1小平面と、前記第1小平面の各々から延びる一対の第2の小平面と、を含み、前記コーティングされた刃は、90°〜135°の小平面角度、0.38μm〜0.65μmの小平面幅、5°〜30°の楔角度を含み、前記コーティングされた刃は、前記刃先端部から1μmの距離で測定した際に、0.8〜1.5μmの厚さを有する、カミソリ刃。 - 前記基材が、光学顕微鏡断面により測定した際に、100平方μm当たり200〜1000炭化物の炭化物密度を有するマルテンサイト系ステンレス鋼である、請求項1に記載のカミソリ刃。
- 前記コーティングされた刃は、前記刃先端部から0.25μmの距離で測定した際に、0.38〜0.67μmの厚さを有する、請求項1に記載のカミソリ刃。
- 前記コーティングされた刃は、前記刃先端部から0.5μmの距離で測定した際に、0.55〜0.95μmの厚さを有する、請求項1に記載のカミソリ刃。
- 前記コーティングされた刃は、前記刃先端部から2μmの距離で測定した際に、1.1〜1.7μmの厚さを有する、請求項1に記載のカミソリ刃。
- 前記コーティングされた刃は、前記刃先端部から4μmの距離で測定した際に1.6〜2.1μmの厚さを有する、請求項1に記載のカミソリ刃。
- 前記コーティングは、前記基材に接合された接着剤層を含む、請求項1に記載のカミソリ刃。
- 前記接着剤層は、ニオビウムを含む、請求項7に記載のカミソリ刃。
- 前記コーティングは、前記接着剤層に接合されたハードコーティング層を含む、請求項7に記載のカミソリ刃。
- 前記ハードコーティング層は、炭素含有材料を含む、請求項9に記載のカミソリ刃。
- 前記コーティングは、前記ハードコーティング層に接合されたオーバーコート層を含む、請求項9に記載のカミソリ刃。
- 前記オーバーコート層が、クロムを含む、請求項11に記載のカミソリ刃。
- 前記オーバーコート層に、潤滑性材料が接合されている、請求項11に記載のカミソリ刃。
- 前記潤滑性材料が、ポリマーを含む、請求項13に記載のカミソリ刃。
- 前記潤滑性材料が、ポリテトラフルオロエチレンを含む、請求項13に記載のカミソリ刃。
