Description

Claims (7)
- かみそりの刃を作る方法であって、
金属でドープ塗装されたグラファイトを有するターゲットをスパッタリングすることによって、直接金属でドープ塗装されたダイヤモンド状炭素の被覆剤を研がれた先端及び近接する面によって定義付けられた刃先を備えた基材上へと直接蒸着する段階と、
ポリ四フッ化エチレンを前記金属でドープ塗装されたダイヤモンド状炭素の被覆剤上へと被覆する段階と、
によって特徴付けられる方法。 - 前記金属はクロムである、
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 - 前記ダイヤモンド状炭素の被覆剤は、原子百分率で0.1%乃至10%の前記金属でドープ塗装される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 - 前記ダイヤモンド状炭素の被覆剤は、原子百分率で1%乃至5%の前記金属でドープ塗装される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 - 前記ポリ四フッ化エチレンは、前記金属でドープ塗装される前記ダイヤモンド状炭素の被覆剤上へと直接被覆される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 - 作られたかみそりの刃は、200オングストローム乃至400オングストロームの先端半径を備える、
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 - 前記金属はクロムであり、前記ダイヤモンド状炭素の被覆剤は、原子百分率で0.1%乃至10%の該クロムでドープ塗装され、
作られたかみそりの刃は、200オングストローム乃至400オングストロームの先端半径を備える、
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
