Description
a.凹部により分離されるピークによって提供される波状表面を有する基材を形成することと、

−確実に、基材表面を清潔かつ滑らかにすること、
−有機結合剤のコーティングを基材表面に適用すること、
−攪拌しながら、金属粒子の流動床に2〜3秒間基材を沈めること、
−結合剤の重ね塗りコーティングを適用すること、
−沈める工程および重ね塗り工程を繰り返すこと、
−高い箇所(high spots)を取り除き、低い箇所に充填すること、
−コーティング工程、沈める工程、および重ね塗り工程を必要に応じて繰り返し、十分な厚さの粒子を作り上げること、
−コーティングされた製品をオーブンに入れること、
を含むことができる。

前記装置は、前記基材の前記波状表面上に設けられた多孔性コーティング層を含み、前記多孔性コーティング層は、複数の粒子を含み、
前記基材の前記表面上の隣接するピーク間の間隔は、前記粒子の粒径より小さく、
粒子は、前記基材の前記表面上の前記ピークに結合し、隣接する粒子は、互いに結合する、装置。
(2) 実施態様1に記載の装置において、
前記ピークは、前記基材の前記表面上で規則的に離間している、装置。
(3) 実施態様1に記載の装置において、
前記ピークは、隆起部を含み、各隆起部の長さは、その幅より大きく、
前記凹部は、くぼみを含む、装置。
(4) 実施態様1に記載の装置において、
前記凹部は、くぼみを含み、
前記ピークは、前記くぼみにより囲まれる、装置。
(5) 実施態様1に記載の装置において、
前記基材の前記表面は、金属により提供され、

(15) 医療用インプラント装置を製造する方法において、
a.凹部により分離されるピークによって提供される波状表面を有する基材を形成することと、
b.前記基材の前記表面上に粒子の層を適用することであって、前記基材の前記表面上の隣接するピーク間の間隔は、前記粒子の粒径より小さい、適用することと、
c.(i)粒子を前記基材の前記表面の前記ピークに結合させ、(ii)隣接する粒子を互いに結合させることと、
を含む、方法。
Claims (14)
- 医療用インプラント装置において、
凹部により分離されるピークによって提供される波状表面を有する基材、
を含み、
前記装置は、前記基材の前記波状表面上に設けられた多孔性コーティング層を含み、前記多孔性コーティング層は、複数の粒子を含み、
前記基材の前記表面上の隣接するピーク間の間隔は、前記粒子の粒径より小さく、
粒子は、前記基材の前記表面上の前記ピークに結合し、隣接する粒子は、互いに結合する、装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置において、
前記ピークは、前記基材の前記表面上で規則的に離間している、装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置において、
前記ピークは、隆起部を含み、各隆起部の長さは、その幅より大きく、
前記凹部は、くぼみを含む、装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置において、
