‐ Mg2+ホスファチジン酸ホスホヒドロラーゼまたはMGPPH。
・ 化学的加水分解:塩基性の加水分解は概して遅いため、開環をもたらす可能性がある。塩酸(Ekstrom et al., 1983, carbohydr. Res. 116, 89−94)または硫酸(Rochas et al., 1981, Polym. Bulletin. 5, 81−86)の存在下における熱反応が好ましい。

‐健康な感覚を提供するためにβ‐エンドルフィンの合成を刺激する有効構成成分、例えばナンバンクサフジ(テフロシア・プルプレア(tephrosia purpurea))由来のテフロリン(Tephroline)(Soliance)、
‐例えば以下の分子等の老化防止活性を有することを目的とする細胞増殖および/または細胞分化を刺激する有効構成成分:NGF、α‐MSH、β‐エンドルフィンまたは誘導体(例えば仏特許出願第FR2857874号に記載される)、P3‐エンドルフィン、
‐線維芽細胞増殖因子を分解から保護する有効構成成分、特にGB244036として公開された、本出願人によって出願された特許出願に記載されている野菜エキス、特にトロロアオイモドキ(Hibiscus Abelmoscus)のエキス等のFGF2、
‐線維芽細胞の活性および/または増殖を刺激する有効構成成分、例えば、Phytokine(商標名)の商標名で出願人によって販売される製品のような大豆の発酵ペプチド(任意選択的にトロロアオイモドキのエキスと組み合わせる)、
‐仏特許第FR2893252号に記載されるように、ヒアルロナーゼシンターゼ、特にヒアルロナーゼシンターゼ2を刺激する有効構成成分、
‐仏特許第FR2855968号に記載される構成成分等、弾性繊維を刺激するための特定のディルエキス中のリシルオキシダーゼ様LOXLの活性および/または合成を刺激する有効構成成分、
‐PLA2を阻害するもの等の抗炎症特性のある有効構成成分、特に仏特許第FR2847267号に記載される構成成分、とりわけクズの根エキス(Inhipase(登録商標)、
−皮膚を明るくするためのおよび/または美白のための有効構成成分等、皮膚の色を変化させることが可能な有効物質、
‐ラウリン酸ヘスペレチン(Flavagrum(登録商標))、またはカプリル酸クェルセチン(Flavenger(登録商標))のような、排出特性のある有効物質。
実験用純水38.5mlを60℃まで加熱した。
実施例1に従って、2、5および16時間の加水分解時間で硫酸化オリゴ糖溶液を調製した。
原則:
スペルミンおよびスペルミジンがデオキシリボ核酸(DNA)の存在下におかれた場合は、DNAの沈殿が観察され、600mnにおける混合物の光学濃度は、非常に有意に増加する。
0.4gの魚DNA(Sigma)をpH6のリン酸緩衝液160g(0.06Mリン酸カリウムと0.001Mリン酸ナトリウム)に加える。
‐ あるいは、実験用純水90μL(「対照」用のウェルまたは「100%」ウェル内に)
プレートを室温で5分間撹拌してから、DNA溶液100μLをすべてのウェルに加える。
保護の割合(%)=100−[(OD有効成分またはATP/OD100%)×100]
「OD有効成分またはATP」とは、反応後の、DNA、スペルミンまたはスペルミジン、および有効成分またはATPを含有するウェルの光学濃度を意味する。
実施例1に従って、κ‐、ι‐、およびλ‐カラギーナンならびに寒天を用いて、加水分解時間16時間で硫酸化オリゴ糖の溶液を調製した。
42歳の女性に対して施行された腹部整形術の最中に採取したサンプルから単離されたヒト脂肪細胞の懸濁液中で、脂質生合成の阻害をエキソビボで評価した。
34歳の女性に対して施行された腹部整形術の最中に採取したサンプルから単離されたヒト脂肪細胞中の懸濁液中で、脂肪分解刺激活性を評価した。
実施例7:カフェインと組み合わせた本発明に従うオリゴ糖の痩身効果の実証
「3%のカフェイン+実施例1に従って調製した3%の硫酸化オリゴ糖の溶液(16時間の加水分解時間)」の混合物を含有するヒドロアルコールゲルの痩身効果を、3%のカフェインを含有するヒドロアルコールゲルと比較した。
のセンチメートルでの測定は、全試験につき同じ技師によって、ボランティアの大腿の中央に巻尺を用いて、押し付けることなく行われた。
Claims (18)
- 皮膚に適用するための化粧品組成物における痩身有効成分としての、スペルミンおよび/またはスペルミジンを捕捉する能力を持つ硫酸化オリゴ糖を含む調製物の使用であって、前記調製物が、カラギーナンのファミリーに属する多糖を加水分解するステップを含む方法によって得られ、調製物の総重量に対して少なくとも0.1%のカラビオースを含む前記使用。
- 前記オリゴ糖が最大20個のガラクトース単位から成る、請求項1に記載の使用。
- 前記調製物が、さらに、4個の糖単位(ネオカラテトラオース)に基づく少なくとも1個のオリゴ糖を含む、請求項1または2に記載の使用。
- 前記硫酸化オリゴ糖の調製物が、組成物全体の1.10−5〜10重量%の間である、請求項1〜3のうちのいずれかに記載の使用。
- 痩身有効成分として、請求項1〜4のうちのいずれかに記載のスペルミンおよび/またはスペルミジンを捕捉する能力を持つ硫酸化オリゴ糖の調製物を含む、皮膚に適用するための痩身用化粧品組成物。
- 前記組成物が、少なくとも1種の別の痩身有効成分を含む、請求項5に記載の痩身用化粧品組成物。
- 前記別の痩身有効成分が、カフェイン、テオフィリン、テオブロミン、フォルスコリンまたはそれらの混合物である、請求項6に記載の痩身用化粧品組成物。
- 請求項1〜4のうちのいずれかに記載の硫酸化オリゴ糖の調製物を含む痩身用医薬組成物。
- 前記組成物が、少なくとも1種の別の痩身有効成分を含む、請求項8に記載の痩身用医薬組成物。
- 前記別の痩身有効成分が、カフェイン、テオフィリン、テオブロミン、フォルスコリンまたはそれらの混合物である、請求項9に記載の痩身用医薬組成物。
- 体重過多の治療または予防用の請求項8〜10のいずれかに記載の痩身用医薬組成物。
- 活性成分として、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のスペルミンおよび/またはスペルミジンを捕捉する能力を持つ硫酸化オリゴ糖の調製物を含む、脂肪細胞によって貯蔵された脂質の量を減少するための医薬組成物。
- (i)スペルミンおよび/またはスペルミジンを捕捉する能力を持つ硫酸化オリゴ糖の調製物であって、カラギーナンのファミリーに属する多糖を加水分解するステップを含む方法によって得られ、調製物の総重量に対して少なくとも0.1%のカラビオースを含む前記調製物と、(ii)カフェイン、テオフィリン、テオブロミン、およびフォルスコリンからなる群から選択される少なくとも1つと、を含む、組成物。
- (i)スペルミンおよび/またはスペルミジンを捕捉する能力を持つ硫酸化オリゴ糖の調製物であって、カラギーナンのファミリーに属する多糖を加水分解するステップを含む方法によって得られ、調製物の総重量に対して少なくとも0.1%のカラビオースを含む前記調製物と、(ii)カフェイン、その誘導体および/または塩と、を含む、組成物。
- (i)スペルミンおよび/またはスペルミジンを捕捉する能力を持つ硫酸化オリゴ糖の調製物であって、カラギーナンのファミリーに属する多糖を加水分解するステップを含む方法によって得られ、調製物の総重量に対して少なくとも0.1%のカラビオースを含む前記調製物と、(ii)フォルスコリン、その誘導体および/または塩と、を含む、組成物。
- 前記オリゴ糖が最大20個のガラクトース単位から成る、請求項13〜15のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 前記調製物が、さらに、4個の糖単位(ネオカラテトラオース)に基づく少なくとも1個のオリゴ糖を含む、請求項13〜16のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 前記硫酸化オリゴ糖の調製物が、組成物全体の1.10−5〜10重量%の間である、請求項13〜17のいずれかに記載の組成物。
