Description
Claims (4)
- 基材と、
前記基材に配置された画像形成層と、
前記画像形成層に配置された外側層と、
を備え、
前記外側層は、フルオロポリマーコアと、前記フルオロポリマーコア上に設けられたポリマーシェルとを含む複数のコア−シェルフッ素化粒子を含み、
前記ポリマーシェルは、ヒドロキシル基含有フッ素化分散剤と、硬化樹脂とを含み、
前記硬化樹脂は、メラミン−ホルムアルデヒド樹脂、フェノール−ホルムアルデヒド樹脂、メラミン−フェノール−ホルムアルデヒド樹脂、グアナミン−ホルムアルデヒド樹脂、イソシアネート化合物又はマスキングイソシアネート化合物、ポリオール樹脂およびこれらの混合物からなる群から選択されることを特徴とする画像形成部材。 - 請求項1に記載の画像形成部材において、
ヒドロキシル基含有フッ素化分散剤は、ヒドロキシル基と、炭素数6〜20のフルオロアルキル基とを含有するポリアクリレートポリマーを含むことを特徴とする画像形成部材。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の画像形成部材において、
前記フルオロポリマーが、少なくとも、テトラフルオロエチレン、フッ化ビニリデン、ヘキサフルオロプロピレン、パーフルオロ(メチルビニルエーテル)、パーフルオロ(エチルビニルエーテル)、パーフルオロ(プロピルビニルエーテル)およびこれらの混合物からなる群から選択されるモノマーの繰り返し単位を有するポリマーを含むことを特徴とする画像形成部材。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の画像形成部材において、
前記コア−シェルフッ素化粒子は、前記外側層の総重量の約1重量%〜約10重量%の量で存在することを特徴とする画像形成部材。
