Description
本発明の休止中のボイラの防食方法は、メトキシプロピルアミンを含有する溶液をボイラに接触させた状態でボイラを保存することにより、ボイラ缶内の防食を行うものである。
このため、メトキシプロピルアミンを含有する溶液は、ボイラの休止期間後にボイラから排出したときの排水処理の負担が大幅に軽減されたものといえる。
本発明の休止中のボイラ用の防食剤はメトキシプロピルアミンを含有するものであり、そのまま、又は所望の溶媒により希釈された後に、ボイラの内部又は外部の腐食を受けうる構成部品内に添加して使用される。本発明の休止中のボイラ用の防食剤は液状であっても、固体状であっても、ゲル状であってよい。例えば、液状の防食剤は、所望の量のメトキシプロピルアミンを水に溶解させることにより調製される。
MOPA:メトキシプロピルアミン
HZ:ヒドラジン
MEA:モノエタノールアミン
MIPA:モノイソプロパノールアミン
CHA:シクロへキシルアミン
DEEA:ジエチルエタノールアミン
AMP:2−アミノ−2−メチル−1−プロパノール
MOR:モルホリン
純水に表1に示す種類及び量の薬剤を添加して500mlにメスアップしたものを容量500mLのコニカルビーカーに入れ、ここに鋼材性試験片(1mm×30mm×50mm)を2枚浸漬し、ビーカー上部にプラスチック製シートで蓋をして室温にて静置した。表1に示した期間経過後に試験片を引き上げ、脱錆処理して腐食減量を測定し、腐食速度を求めた。結果を表1に示す。
Claims (5)
- メトキシプロピルアミンを含有する溶液を休止中のボイラに接触させた状態でボイラを保存してボイラの防食を行い、ボイラの運転再開前にボイラ内の前記溶液を排出することを特徴とする、休止中のボイラを防食し、かつボイラからの排水処理による負担を軽減する、休止中のボイラの処理方法。
- 前記溶液の溶媒が純水又は軟水である請求項1に記載の休止中のボイラの処理方法。
- 前記溶液のメトキシプロピルアミン濃度が、10〜1000mg/Lである請求項1又は2に記載の休止中のボイラの処理方法。
- 前記ボイラの運転再開前に、前記ボイラを水により逆流洗浄する請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の休止中のボイラの処理方法。
- 前記ボイラの運転再開前に、前記ボイラに水を注入して前記ボイラ内に残留する前記溶液を希釈し、再度ボイラ内の水を排出する請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の休止中のボイラの処理方法。
