Description
本願は、2008年12月26日出願の米国特許仮出願第61/140,909号に対する優先権を主張し、その全内容は、参照により本明細書に組み込まれる。
によって表されるジアルキルエーテルであってよい。該ジアルキルエーテルは、線状又は分枝状であってよく、かつ、次の群:1〜18個の炭素原子、及び水素を有する、アルキル基、脂環式基、アリール基、アルキルアリール基又はアリールアルキル基の1個又はそれ以上を含んでよい。
微粒子
以下に、本願の当初の特許請求の範囲に記載された発明を付記する。
[1] 活性ポリマーを第1重合反応器から第2重合反応器に導入する工程と、
第2重合反応器中で活性ポリマーを少なくとも1種のオレフィンと重合条件下で接触させて、約10%〜約50%のFc値を有する異相共重合体を形成する工程と、
多成分防汚剤が前記異相共重合体中に約1ppm〜約200ppmの濃度で存在するような速度で前記多成分防汚剤を第2重合反応器に添加する工程と
を含む、共重合体の製造方法。
[2] 前記多成分防汚剤が前記異相共重合体中に約10ppm〜約100ppmの濃度で存在するように、多成分防汚剤を添加する工程、及び、15%〜約40%のFc値を有する異相共重合体を形成する工程を含む、[1]に記載の方法。
[3] 前記多成分防汚剤によって、前記第2重合反応器内の汚れを抑制する工程を含む、[1]または[2]に記載の方法。
[4] 活性ポリマーを第1重合反応器から第2重合反応器に導入する工程と、
前記第2重合反応器中で活性ポリマーを少なくとも1種のオレフィンと重合条件下で接触させて耐衝撃性共重合体の粒子を形成する工程と、
コーティング剤を前記第2重合反応器に添加する工程と、
前記粒子を前記コーティング剤で被覆する工程と
を含む、共重合体の製造方法。
[5] 前記コーティング剤によって、前記第2重合反応器内の汚れを抑制する工程を含む、[4]に記載の方法。
[6] 高分子量ポリグリコール、デンドリマー、電子供与基をもつ高分子量ポリマー、及びシラン、活性制限剤、選択性制御剤からなる群より選択される2つ以上の構成物質を混合する工程と、前記コーティング剤を形成する工程とを含む、[4]または[5]に記載の方法。
[7] 連続相と、
前記連続相の中に分散した不連続相と、
前記粒子の外面上の被膜と
を含む、耐衝撃性共重合体の粒子。
[8] 前記被膜が、高分子量ポリグリコール、デンドリマー、電子供与基をもつ高分子量ポリマー、アルコキシシラン、活性制限剤、及びそれらの組合せからなる群より選択される構成物質を含む、[7]に記載の粒子。
[9] 前記被膜が、前記粒子の前記外側表面全体を実質的に取り囲んでいる、[7]または[8]に記載の粒子。
[10] 被膜の厚さが約0.01μm〜約200μmである、[7]から[9]のいずれかに記載の粒子。
Claims (6)
- 活性ポリマーを第1重合反応器から第2重合反応器に導入する工程と、
第2重合反応器中で活性ポリマーを少なくとも1種のオレフィンと重合条件下で接触させて、10%〜50%のFc値を有する異相共重合体を形成する工程と、
多成分防汚剤が前記異相共重合体中に1ppm〜200ppmの濃度で存在するような速度で前記多成分防汚剤を第2重合反応器に添加する工程と
を含み、
前記多成分防汚剤は、活性制限剤(ALA)及びアルコキシシランを含み、
前記活性制限剤は、カルボン酸エステル、ジエーテル、ジオールエステル、及びそれらの組合せからなる群より選択される、
共重合体の製造方法。 - 前記多成分防汚剤が前記異相共重合体中に10ppm〜100ppmの濃度で存在するように、多成分防汚剤を添加する工程、及び、15%〜40%のFc値を有する異相共重合体を形成する工程を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記多成分防汚剤によって、前記第2重合反応器内の汚れを抑制する工程を含む、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 活性ポリマーを第1重合反応器から第2重合反応器に導入する工程と、
前記第2重合反応器中で活性ポリマーを少なくとも1種のオレフィンと重合条件下で接触させて耐衝撃性共重合体の粒子を形成する工程と、
高分子量ポリグリコール、デンドリマー、電子供与基をもつ高分子量ポリマー、アルコキシシラン、活性制限剤、及びそれらの組合せからなる群より選択されるコーティング剤を、前記第2重合反応器に添加する工程と、
前記粒子を前記コーティング剤で被覆する工程と
を含み、
前記高分子量ポリグリコールは、分子量が500〜200,000であり、
前記高分子量ポリマーは、分子量が300〜200,000であり、
前記活性制限剤は、カルボン酸エステル、ジエーテル、ジオールエステル、及びそれらの組合せからなる群より選択される、
共重合体の製造方法。 - 前記コーティング剤によって、前記第2重合反応器内の汚れを抑制する工程を含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 高分子量ポリグリコール、デンドリマー、電子供与基をもつ高分子量ポリマー、アルコキシシラン、及び活性制限剤からなる群より選択される2つ以上の構成物質を混合する工程と、前記コーティング剤を形成する工程とを含む、請求項4または5に記載の方法であって、
前記高分子量ポリグリコールは、分子量が500〜200,000であり、
前記高分子量ポリマーは、分子量が300〜200,000であり、
前記活性制限剤は、カルボン酸エステル、ジエーテル、ジオールエステル、及びそれらの組合せからなる群より選択される、
